According to Women’s Wear Daily, the 3-year endorsement which made Angelina Jolie the spokesmodel for St. John will not be renewed.
Even though the ad campaign shot by famous photographer, Mario Testino, was a marked success, St. John wants to take a new direction, and the brand announced that the 33-year-old actress will be replaced by four new models.
The fashion house also indicated that the new campaign will be in colour, unlike the black-and-white photos featuring Jolie.
“It was a great run we had. Three years is a long time to maintain any campaign, and we felt it was time to do something new and different,” explained Glenn McMahon of St. John.
