McCartney is being sued by the Irish company Nude Skincare for naming her eau de toilette Stella Nude, reports Fashionmag.fr.
The "nude" branding case is set for a hearing in September at London’s Superior Court. Ali Hewson, wife of U2 singer, Bono, owns the Nude Skincare brand with her partner Bryan Meehan.
L’Oréal through YSL owns the trademark licence for McCartney’s fragrance, which also has a September launch date.
