Sting, Adele and Kesha sing on same album

Bob Dylan tribute album to raise funds for Amnesty International.

A Bob Dylan tribute album, featuring artists as diverse as Sting and Kesha, will help raise funds for Amnesty International, reports Gibson.

Titled Chimes of Freedom: Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International, the album will also include Dylan covers by Adele, Patti Smith, My Morning Jacket and the Dave Matthews Band.

Some of the songs on the compilation have already been recorded, as is the case with To Make You Feel My Love found on 19, Adele’s 2008 debut album.

Kesha plans to perform a song dating from 1963, Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right.

“When you think of me, you wouldn’t think of Bob Dylan,” she told Rolling Stone. “My music is more about going crazy than politics. But he’s a huge influence – he writes his own music and means what he says. I write my own music and I f——- mean every word I sing.”

The album will be available on November 22.
