According to the complaint, Rose sold his rights to certain songs without sharing the profits with his former partners.
Slash and McKagen were deposed in a Los Angeles court, and they testified that they never received any money from the profits of selling their song rights.
The lawsuit reads, "Rose’s actions were malicious, fraudulent and oppressive,
and undertaken in conscious disregard of property rights."
