Sylvester Stallone Breaks the Law

Sylvester Stallone is being bombarded with criticism for breaking the law.

The actor is under attack for driving with two passengers in the same seat.

The incident occurred on Sunday (November 22) when Stallone was driving his Mustang with two young girls sitting in the front seat, which is a blatant violation of California law.

"California law states you must have only one passenger per seat. Driving with two passengers in one seat is vehicle code violation 27360. You must have one passenger per seat belt," stated agent Bill Bustos.

The California Department of Motor Vehicles also added, "Children ages six and older, but less than 16, and children under age six who weigh more than 60 pounds, must be properly secured in an appropriate child passenger restraint system or safety belt which meets federal safety standards.”

Stallone is not the only celeb who has broken the rules of the road. David Beckham was photographed driving while talking on his cell phone, and California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was seen with wife Maria Shriver doing the same thing.
