Brooklyn Beckham told ‘go home’

Brooklyn Beckham was ”gutted” to be refused entry to a star-studded party on Tuesday night (22.09.15).

The 16-year-old model was invited to the London Fashion Week bash at Drama nightclub in Mayfair – where Lindsay Lohan and Little Mix were enjoying cocktails – but was turned away by security for being under 18.

A source said: ”Brooklyn was gutted. He was invited to the party and his friend Tallia Storm, who is also 16, was already inside.”

Inside the newly opened club, Scottish R ‘n’ B singer Talia would have been sipping champagne served in neon supermarket trolleys by staff wearing fetish clothing – including PVC bow ties and flashing lights.

But the well mannered eldest child of David and Victoria Beckham showed just how mature he really is by not kicking off and leaving the premises calmly.

The insider told The Sun newspaper: ”It was a shame and he was pretty embarrassed but he was polite and didn’t cause a fuss.”

Meanwhile, fashion designer Victoria was spotted hobbling out of own afterparty at her London boutique, supported by her retired soccer star husband.

Victoria Beckham rules out more kids

Victoria Beckham has ruled out having another child.

The 41-year-old fashion designer has sons Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, and Cruz, 10, as well as three-year-old daughter Harper with her husband, David Beckham, but insists the couple won’t be adding to their brood.

When asked if she would have another child, she said: ”No. I’ve got four! I feel like I’ve done my bit.”

The former Spice Girls star gave birth to Harper in 2011, and revealed it was a ”lovely surprise” when she discovered she was expecting a girl, especially as she had previously been told she would be having a fourth son.

She explained: ”I was told when I had my scan that I was having another boy at first.

”I felt so lucky to be pregnant, so whether Harper was going to be a boy or a girl I felt very blessed.”

However, Victoria joked her daughter is a ”tomboy” because she is a fan of football, just like her father.

She quipped: ”Harper loves football. It’s like a dagger going into my heart! As much as she is girly, she’s a tomboy as well.”

And although the couple are multi-millionaires, Victoria claims she keeps the kids grounded and insists they aren’t ”spoiled”.

Speaking to Fern Mallis at New York City’s 92nd St. Y event, she said: ”None of the kids have ever been spoiled other than the way that we love them. They’re really happy kids. There’s always laughter in the house.”

David Beckham to be Godfather to pal’s son

David Beckham is to be Godfather to Liv Tyler’s son.

The retired soccer star has been chosen by the ‘Lord of the Rings’ actress and her partner Dave Gardner – who provides the same role to the sportsman and wife Victoria’s eldest son Brooklyn, 16 – to provide spiritual guidance to eight-week-old Sailor because they think he is a ”great influence”.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ”Becks and Dave are close pals and go back years. They speak to each other all the time and their families are well connected.

”They were best men for each other’s weddings so are involved in their major events.

”Dave knows Becks will always be a great influence for his kids. He’s the perfect choice.”

While father-of-four David and sports agent Dave – who also has son Grey- seven, from his marriage to actress Davinia Taylor – have been friends for years, it was revealed during Liv’s pregnancy that she had also grown close to Victoria Beckham.

A source previously said: ”Victoria and Liv have been bonding recently when they spent time together in New York.

”Victoria was telling her how she avoided stretch marks and even revealed her best morning sickness remedies!”

Liv also has an older son, Milo, 10, from her marriage to Royston Langdon.

Victoria Beckham named most successful

Victoria Beckham has been named Britain’s most successful entrepreneur.

The 40-year-old singer-turned-fashion designer has topped a list of over 100 business people after seeing her fashion empire’s turnover rise from £1 million to a staggering £30 million in just five years, with her staff growing from three employees to 100.

Andrew Saunders of Management Today magazine, who compiled the list based on the last five years, told The Daily Telegraph newspaper: ”She’s got a real business, some design talent and some business nous. She gets a lot of stick for being a celeb fashionista but I don’t think that’s fair.

”She has built something real out of her own celebrity which is quite a contemporary story. She deserves to be celebrated.”

Victoria – who has children Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and Harper, three, with husband David Beckham – launched her eponymous label in 2008 and opened her first stand-alone boutique in London last month.

According to Management Today, she now has a personal fortune of a staggering £210 million, which also helped push her towards the top spot.

The magazine considered factors such as number of jobs created, overall estimated wealth and sales figures over a five-year period in compiling the list.

Amit & Meeta Patel, founders of pharmaceutical group Auden Mckenzie, and Mahmud Kamani of Boohoo.com took second and third place in the list.

David Beckham, George Michael and Sir Michael Caine in tax avoidance scheme

David Beckham, George Michael and Sir Michael Caine have reportedly been involved in a tax avoidance schemes.

The 51-year-old singer and 81-year-old Academy Award-winner – have allegedly been sheltering their money in the Liberty tax strategy which generates large artificial losses offshore and allows them to avoid tax on other income.

According to a secret database that was leaked to The Times newspapers, George and Michael as well as top businessmen, lawyers and NHS doctors have all sought to save money by using the scheme.

The WHAM! star is believed to have paid Mercury Tax Group, the Leeds based company that ran the scheme, £443,000 to shelter £6.2 million in record and tour sales.

George’s publicist has since said the singer’s ”busy schedule” has left him unable to comment on the claims.

Meanwhile, ‘Zulu’ actor Michael is also believed to have used Liberty to shelter at least £600,000 according to the Mercury Tax Group’s secret documents.

A spokesman for the actor told The Times newspaper: ‘We have no comment to make for or on behalf of Michael Caine.’

Other celebrities on the incriminating list include Arctic Monkeys band members Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Nick O’Malley and Matt Helders – who each paid between £38,000 and £84,000 in fees to shelter between £557,000 and £1.1 million.

Singer Katie Melua also allegedly paid £500,000 into the scheme in 2008.

Meanwhile, David and Victoria Beckham, as well as England soccer captain Steven Gerrard and TV presenters Ant and Dec, are said to have been investing in Ingenious Media – a movie investment company that is being investigated by HM Revenue and Customs over tax avoidance allegations.

A tribunal, starting in November, is set to decide whether the scheme is a legitimate investment.

The company has already written to 1,300 past and present investors to warn them of ”accelerated payment notices” if the investigation is successful.

The news follows revelations earlier this year that members of ‘Take That’ – including Gary Barlow, who is also mentioned on the newly released Liberty database – had been tricked into investing into a tax avoidance system.

The ‘Let Me Go’ singer and his bandmates Howard Donald and Mark Owen are believed to have invested £66 million in an investment scheme in a bid to avoid a huge tax bill – although a tax expert has since insisted that they could simply have been being ”naïve”.

Rebus Group tax scheme expert Martin Taylor told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: ”The alarm bells were already ringing by the time they invested.

”It’s a complete mess for those caught up in it. There’s no doubt it will hit their image. These are complex issues.

”People are naive and listen to their advisers. They can be victims, not just villains.”

Lady Gaga to play herself in new movie

Lady Gaga is set to play herself in Matthew Vaughn’s new film.

The ‘Applause’ hitmaker is the latest celebrity being lined up for a cameo in the director’s British spy thriller ‘The Secret Service’, however, unlike Taylor Swift and David Beckham – who have been rumored for parts in the film – Gaga is expected to play an exaggerated version of herself.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ”Gaga only had to commit one day to film her scenes early next year. She’s such an Anglophile she didn’t take much persuading.”

The 27-year-old pop star is the latest big name linked to a cameo in the movie, joining David, 38, Taylor, 23, Adele, 25, and Sir Elton John, 66.

‘The Secret Service’, which is based on a graphic novel by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons, will follow Colin Firth as a suave secret agent who is tasked with teaching the tricks of the trade to his young protégé.

Samuel L. Jackson will play the movie’s villain.

Singer Gaga has been stretching her talents across the film world after landing her debut acting role in Robert Rodriguez’s dark action movie ‘Machete Kills’, which is due for release later this year.

The ‘Poker Face’ star plays gun-toting vixen La Chameleon in the film, which sees her act alongside Jessica Alba, Charlie Sheen and Sofia Vergara.

Gaga also filmed a cameo for next year’s ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’, and co-star Joseph Gordon-Levitt recently said she ”nailed” the performance.

David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay to open Las Vegas eaterie

David Beckham and Gordon Ramsay are opening a restaurant in Las Vegas together.

The 38-year-old sportsman – who recently retired from professional soccer – and TV chef have reportedly joined forces with business tycoon Steve Wynn to open an eaterie in his luxury hotel down the city’s Strip.

Gordon, 46, already has three joints in the hot spot – a BurGR joint at Planet Hollywood, a steak house at Paris and a Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace – but Steve believes David’s star touch will help generate popularity for the new sports bar and grill.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "The Strip has never seen such fierce competition for food, but Gordon’s places are full seven nights a week. He’s one of the best chefs in the world, so it’s only natural that Steve feels he should have a place in his hotel as it’s the most luxurious on The Strip.

"When you add David Beckham’s global status into the mix it has the potential to be the most talked about restaurant in Vegas.

"[Steve’s] ambition is quite simply to have the best hotels in the world. He spent more than £2billion doing that with the Wynn Resort and thinks Gordon and David can make it even better."

David – who has sons Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10 and Cruz, eight, as well as 21-month-old daughter Harper with his wife Victoria – is already set to open the Union Street Cafe with Gordon near London’s Borough Market this September and revealed how excited he is about the venture last year.

He gushed: "We’ve got something in the pipeline. We are obviously good friends and we are excited about a project that could happen pretty soon.

"It will be a business thing but owning a restaurant is going to be fun as well."
