Amanda Bynes planning ‘triumphant’ comeback

Amanda Bynes is reportedly planning a "triumphant return" to acting.

The 31-year-old actress – who was sectioned in 2013 after a very public breakdown – is set to graduate from fashion school this summer and wants to relaunch her acting career on TV.

A source told Us Weekly that Amanda, "has been focused on school and does want to return to acting."

The insider added: "There is interest about her return to the small screen.

"Amanda will make it a reality – 2018 is going to be Amanda’s triumphant return!"

The former child star began her return to the limelight at the weekend, posting for the first time on social media in almost a year.

Amanda shared a picture of herself at Los Angeles restaurant Girasol on Twitter, captioned: "Dinner with friends".

The ‘Hairspray’ star rose to fame as a child in Nickelodeon series ‘All That’ and by 13 was starring in her own sketch series ‘The Amanda Show’.

He last acting role was in 2010 move ‘Easy A’ with Emma Stone.

Amanda was kicked out of the Los Angeles Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in 2014 but returned in 2015, majority in product development. She hopes to launch her own fashion line.

The ‘She’s The Man’ actress saw her life spiral out of control when she was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in 2012.

A few months later she was charged with two hit and runs, although these were later dismissed following a financial settlement between her and the victims.

Amanda was also arrested at her home for possession of marijuana, attempting to tamper with evidence and reckless endangerment. She was sectioned for mental health issues after she attempted to start a fire outside the family home.

DJ Khaled rescued by Drake and P Diddy after jet ski crash

DJ Khaled has suffered an injury whilst jet skiing.

The ‘I’m the One’ hitmaker – who has 14-month-old son Asahd with fiancee Nicole Tuck – was using the speedy watercraft to get to fellow rapper P Diddy’s house, but later had to be rescued by the ‘Last Night’ star and Drake after he crashed into a tree in the water, which left him stuck for some time.

The 42-year-old star – real name Khaled Mohamed Khaled – documented the entire incident with his 8.7 million Instagram followers on Wednesday (20.12.17).

In the first clip shared on his Instagram Story, he said: "We’ve got a situation here. How do I do this?"

In the next few videos he’s pleading for someone to come out and help him.

He added: "This ain’t no joke, team.

"Never a joke, that’s the problem. S**t! Honey, I just text you. Check your text … anybody know my people, tell them to check their texts, tell them I took the secret route."

Khaled then told his followers how he only shared what was happening to show others it’s important "not to panic" when life brings you a "roadblock"

He said: "To be honest with you the only reason why I’m documenting this … is because in life there are roadblocks and you have to overcome every roadblock. The key is don’t panic. Don’t panic. Don’t panic."

The ‘Wild Thoughts’ hitmaker then shared pictures of Diddy and ‘One Dance’ rapper Drake looking after him.

Alongside a clip of Drake on decking at the property, Khaled wrote: "My brothers making sure I’m good bless up ! MOGUL TALK ! (sic)"

Khaled appeared to have come away with a few bloodied cuts to his leg.

Alongside a picture of his injury, he wrote: "I’m not going panic !! The is to over come every road block!!!! GOD IS THE GREATEST !!! (sic)"

Bella Hadid and The Weeknd ‘still in love’

Bella Hadid and The Weeknd have sparked speculation they could be set to rekindle their romance.

The Victoria’s Secret model and the ‘Starboy’ singer – who dated briefly in 2015 – are said to be "totally in love" and are in constant contact.

A source told Us Weekly that Bella, 21, and The Weeknd, 27, "have been talking, texting and FaceTiming each other pretty consistently."

The insider added: "Bella really missed him. She’s happy with where things are and he is too. They are still totally in love."

The Weeknd – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – and Bella first met in April 2015 and officially became a couple a month later.

But their romance was short-lived as they split in December that year.

At the time a source close to the couple said: "They still have a great deal of love and respect for each other and will remain friends, but it has been too hard to coordinate their schedules. They really tried to make it work."

Bella was briefly linked to ‘Hotline Bling’ rapper Drake earlier this year, while The Weeknd dated Selena Gomez for 10 months until their split in October.

Selena was soon reported to be back in the arms of her on-off boyfriend Justin Bieber, while The Weeknd was recently spotted holding hands with Justin’s ex Yovanna Ventura at a party.

The singer adopted a new puppy shortly after the split.

The Weeknd shared pictures of a beautiful male Doberman Pinscher on his Instagram account shortly after news broke that he and Selena were over.

Denzel Washington thinks Drake’s tattoo tribute is crazy

Denzel Washington thinks it’s "crazy" Drake got a tattoo of his face.

The 62-year-old actor was shown a picture of the inking which the ‘One Dance’ hitmaker recently had etched into his skin but he was more interested in trying to find out where on the 31-year-old singer’s body it was than admiring his likeness.

Showing him a picture of the tattoo – which depicts the actor’s character Bleek Gilliam from 1990’s ‘Mo’ Better Blues’ –

talk show host Jimmy Fallon said: "I just don’t know what body part this is from on Drake."

Denzel replied: " You got me wondering, where is that? That’s crazy.

"I think he got some other people he admires on tattoos too."

Denzel’s comment prompted the presenter to quip: "Maybe I’m on there."

Drake’s tattoo artist, Inal Bersekov, unveiled the ‘Hotline Bling’ singer’s Denzel artwork on social media in September.

He captioned the picture: "Mo’ better blues" first session on my brother @champagnepapi , thanks as usual for your trust. "Clarke: ‘Cause mo better makes it mo better" @denzelwashington1 @officialdenzel #denzelwashington #mobetterblues #tattoo #tattoos #tats #ink #inked #canada #toronto #jazz #blues (sic)"

It comes after Drake revealed he wanted to get Celine Dion’s face tattooed on his body.

In a video taken backstage at the Billboard Music Awards back in May, Drake could be heard telling Celine: "It means the world, you’re very iconic. We love you. I’m like a year away from a Celine tat."

During Drake’s visit to Inal, he also got a tattoo paying tribute to his friend and OVO Sound Affiliate, Fif.

Sharing a picture of the tattoo, Inal wrote: "Was honored to pay tribute tattooing "FIF" on my brother @champagnepapi , Rest in peace #foreverfif #tattoo #tattoos #tats #ink #inked #toronto #canada #cheyenne #cheyennepen #dynamicink (sic)"

Drake and Bella Hadid ‘no longer talking’

Drake and Bella Hadid are said to be "no longer talking" after ending their brief romance.

The 31-year-old rapper and the 21-year-old model were said to have started "casually dating" in October – around a year after she split from The Weeknd – but he has reportedly called time on their short fling by ceasing communication with her.

A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Things ended over text when he basically ghosted her."

Drake and Bella’s short-lived romance was recently said to have caused friction between the ‘Hotline Bling’ hitmaker and fellow musician The Weeknd.

An insider said: "They both hang in the same Toronto crew and now they’re having to pick sides. The Weeknd performed and people on Drake’s side were like, ‘I can’t show up to that … Got to have allegiance.’

"They aren’t getting along right now … The groups are beefing because [Drake] broke the bro code. They 100 per cent hooked up."

Speculation the pair had hooked up increased in October when Drake attended Bella’s 21st birthday in New York City.

The Weeknd – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – dated Bella for nearly two years until their split and then got together with Selena Gomez, but the pair recently went their separate ways, too, after she was romantically linked with her ex Justin Bieber.

Justin’s ex Yovanna Ventura and The Weeknd have now sparked speculation they are an item after they were spotted holding hands at French Montana’s birthday party.

A source recently said: "The Weeknd was there hand in hand with Yovanna Ventura all night.

"They arrived together. They were holding hands. He was there for a solid two hours with her and everywhere they went they held hands."

Drake wants to buy $160k Harry Potter book

Drake is considering buying a $160,000 ‘Harry Potter’ book as a birthday treat to himself.

The ‘Hotline Bling’ rapper is a huge fan of J.K. Rowling’s fictional wizard series, so much so he really wants to purchase a first edition of ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’ and is thinking about doing so as a late present after he turned 31 on October 24.

He said: "I should get it. My birthday’s coming up. Maybe I’ll buy it for myself as a treat."

Drake admitted he is a big fan of the books after reading all seven of the tomes in the fantasy series.

He added to The Hollywood Reporter: "Yeah, I read them all."

But Drake is not the only big-name ‘Harry Potter’ fan in showbusiness as several stars have previously spoken about how much they love The Boy Who Lived, including One Direction stars Niall Horan and Liam Payne.

Liam once tweeted: "I wish I was Harry potter (sic)"

In 2014, Niall tweeted: "Not gona lie, I’m obsessed with Harry potter now, I’ve watched 5 movies in 3 days since I’ve been to the studio tour! (sic)"

Camila Cabello also joined the huge legion of Potter fans in 2015.

She wrote on Twitter: "IS IT TOO LATE TO JOIN THE HARRY POTTER FANDOM (sic)"

Keira Knightley once said: "I’ve read all the books. Harry, he’s pretty cool. He’s got a good scar."

What’s more, Ariana Grande went one step further by naming her dog Sirius Black, after Harry’s godfather, who was played by Gary Oldman in the film franchise.

Korn frontman Jonathan Davis loves the character because he’s an "underdog", but he also enjoyed the books because they "p***ed off a bunch of Christian people".

He said: "I just like the whole ‘Harry Potter’ vibe — about a kid becoming a magician, going to wizarding school.

"I think the movies and the books, everything I’ve seen, is really cool.

"I definitely like Harry, because he’s the underdog. He’s always getting picked on.

"He’s always down and out, but he just comes back, and I think that’s cool. And it’s p***ed off a bunch of Christian people, and that made it even better for me."

Hailee Steinfeld disappointed by first kiss

Hailee Steinfeld was unimpressed with her first kiss.

The 20-year-old singer and actress has admitted she first locked lips when she was about to start secondary school, but confessed she was bitterly disappointed by the intimate moment because her expectations were "way too high".

Speaking about the romantic encounter in the December issue of Cosmopolitan magazine, the brunette beauty said: "The summer going into 6th grade. I set my expectations waaay too high."

The ‘Starving’ hitmaker – who signed her first record deal with Republic Records in 2015 – says she feels her sexiest when she is onstage performing.

She said: "I’m onstage performing for my fans."

And the star is keen to collaborate with rapper Drake on a track in the future.

Asked who the artist she dreams of partnering with is, she simply said: "Drake."

Hailee is set to reprise her role as Emily Junk in ‘Pitch Perfect 3’ alongside Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson and Brittany Snow, which is slated for release next month, and the star has revealed if she could cast any celebrity in her fictitious acapella group The Barden Bellas, it would be Chrissy Teigen.

Asked who she would like to join her in the all-female singing troop, she said: "Chrissy Teigen."

The ‘True Grit’ star is set for a busy year ahead as she has been cast in the upcoming ‘Transformers’ spin-off movie ‘Bumblebee’.

Speaking previously, film producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura said: "We had decided to do this well before ‘The Last Knight’ had come out.

"Our feeling was that we wanted to give the audience a different experience. Bumblebee’s designed to be a more intimate movie.

"What we’re trying to do is deliver, a love story may be too strong of a term, but it is a coming of age for Bumblebee and our lead character, Hailee Steinfeld."

Bella Hadid’s new romance with Drake has apparently caused a rift between the rapper and The Weeknd.

The 21-year-old model and the ‘Hotline Bling’ hitmaker are rumoured to have begun dating in June, but the world-famous duo have kept their relationship under the radar.

Now, sources claim Bella is causing friction between Drake and fellow musician The Weeknd, who dated the model for almost two years until they split in November 2016.

The insider told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column said: "They both hang in the same Toronto crew and now they’re having to pick sides. The Weeknd performed and people on Drake’s side were like, ‘I can’t show up to that … Got to have allegiance.’

"They aren’t getting along right now … The groups are beefing because [Drake] broke the bro code. They 100 percent hooked up."

Drake threw a lavish bar mitzvah-themed bash to mark his 31st birthday on Monday [10.23.17] , but neither the ‘I Feel It Coming’ singer and Bella were spotted at the party.

Meanwhile, Bella previously admitted that her break-up from the ‘Starboy’ hitmaker will always weigh heavy on her heart because it was her first proper split.

The brunette beauty said that while she may have outwardly appeared to have coped with their split, the break-up left her feeling heartbroken.

She insisted though, that she and The Weeknd – who is now dating Selena Gomez – still remain on good terms.

Bella previously said: "As an outsider, you might think I handled it so well but it’s always in your heart, and you always feel it very heavily. It’ll be hard for a while.

"Love hurts, but you have to pull through. There’s no awkwardness between us."

Taylor Swift leads MTV EMA nominations

Taylor Swift leads the nominations for the MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs) with six.

The 27-year-old singer is up for Best Artist, Best Look, Best Pop, Biggest Fans, Best Video for ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ and Best US Act.

And Taylor could make history at the SSE Arena, Wembley, in London on November 12 as the most awards previously won in one night at the ceremony is four, a record jointly held by bother Britney Spears and Lady Gaga.

Shawn Mendes could also challenge the record, as he’s up for five awards – competing against Taylor for Best Artist, Biggest Fans and Best Pop, and also Best Single for ‘There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back’ and Best Canadian Act – while Kendrick Lamar and Ed Sheeran follow closely behind with four nods each.

This year sees the Best Male and Best Female categories retired and replaced instead with a Best Artist prize, which will see Taylor, Shawn, Ed, and Kendrick compete against Ariana Grande and Miley Cyrus for the coveted honour.

Shawn will be fighting for the Best Song award alongside Ed, who got the nod for ‘Shape of You’, Clean Bandit ft. Sean Paul and Anne-Marie with ‘Rockabye’, Dj Khaled ft. Rihanna and Bryson Tiller’s ‘Wild Thoughts’, and Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee ft. Justin Bieber with ‘Despacito’.

The Best Local Act is voted for in various regions, in competing for the honour in the UK & Ireland are Ed, Little Mix, Stormzy, Dua Lipa, and wildcard entry Louis Tomlinson, while other notable nominees are Drake and Justin Bieber in Canada, Bruno Mars and wildcard Fifth Harmony in the US, and Kygo in Norway.

This year’s EMAs will be hosted by Rita Ora, who is also in the running for the Best Look award.

Rihanna remembers being blamed for the UK’s wet summer

Rihanna can still remember being blamed for the UK’s wet summer in 2007.

The Bajan beauty saw her hit single ‘Umbrella’ go to the top of the UK chart a decade ago and, at the time, people jokingly drew a link between the song and the country’s particularly bad weather, calling it the ‘Rihanna curse’.

She said: "I remember the UK blaming me for the rainiest summer in history.

"I legit remember that. They said every week that it was Number One, they had rain."

The weather-themed single, which also featured rap star Jay Z, became one of the best-selling songs in the UK this century.

But the singer insisted she was happy to take the blame for the torrential rainfall – which caused huge disruptions – because it meant she topped the charts.

Rihanna told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: "I can take the blame. I was happy with the number ones."

Meanwhile, Rihanna recently revealed she wants to go back in time to when she lost her virginity.

The ‘Work’ hitmaker – who is in a relationship with Saudi billionaire Hassan Jameel and previously dated Drake and Chris Brown – suggested she has regrets about the first time she slept with someone after illusionist David Copperfield offered to transport her somewhere.

He said: "I’m not kidding, this is a real offer: I can make you disappear and reappear anywhere in the world. Where do you want to go, and why?"

Rihanna replied: "10 minutes before I lost my virginity … and I’m holding you to that offer."

The 29-year-old star also admitted she is making the most of her assets before her body changes.

Asked by Laverne Cox what gave her the courage to wear her iconic CFDA Awards sheer Adam Selman dress in 2014, Rihanna said: "Dear Laverne, I took advantage of my t***ies before they go south. I saw my window, and I took it."
