Eminem furious at podcast that uses “Shady”

Slim Shady, Eminem‘s 2nd alias, has objected to the name of the podcast “Reasonably Shady” by Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon.

The opposition in question against the podcast was filed on Valentine’s Day, February 14. This information was leaked by Page Six, which received documents to that effect!

In these documents, Marshall Mathers stated that his trademark will be “damaged” if the stars of Real Housewives of Potomac use this name for their show!

The name Reasonably Shady could certainly create confusion in the minds of consumers since Eminem has been using the aliases Slim Shady and Shady since the late ’90s.

He owns the name “Shady”, which he uses on derivative products.

Eminem came to prominence a few weeks after Dixon and Bryant applied for a trademark for the name of their podcast with the intention of selling merchandise.

At this time, Bryant and Dixon’s attorneys have offered no comment, nor have Eminem‘s representatives.

However, the ladies have until March 26 to respond to the rapper’s request.

The two partners recently celebrated 5 million downloads of their show in less than two years, which remains a colossal feat.
