The 458 Italia has not left behind any of Ferrari’s allure. Inspired by the brand’s previous models, the California and the Enzo, the 458 gives way to new, stylistic choices.
The integrated taillights take after the aesthetics of the California coupe convertible, while the three center exhaust pipes evoke memories of the F40. The front design of the 458 Italia may not please everyone, though its new look boasts personality.
The series of photos reveals the interior, where changes have been made regarding positioning of the turn signal, windshield wiper and headlight controls on the steering column. On the right of the steering wheel, we find the famous manettino, and on the left, we find the engine start button along with a button that reassigns shock absorber settings.
The supplementary instruments (computer screen and onboard multimedia system) are located in two satellite pods on either side of the dashboard.
Packed with 570 horsepower, the Ferrari 458 Italia registers 0 to 100km/h in less than 3.4 seconds and exceeds the 325 km/h mark. The model is set to make an appearance at the Frankfurt Auto Show in September.
