Public Mobile offering 2GB of bonus data in flash sale

Public Mobile is offering new customers 2GB of bonus data for six months for a limited time.

The free offering only applies to plans starting at $35 a month. The $35 plan offers 2.5GB of data, and the bonus will mean users get 4.5GB of data for the first six months. That’s the same amount of monthly data on their $40 a month plan.

Of course, there are a few caveats. The offer expires on March 21, and only new customers can cash in on the deal. Users must use the promo code ‘6MONTH2GB’ for the offer to apply. The offer isn’t valid on their $15 or $25 monthly plans.

Chatr flash sale offers 4GB bonus data per month for four months

Rogers’ flanker Chatr is running a flash sale for Holi offering 4GB of bonus data per month.

Those who activate a Chatr ‘Talk, Text & Data’ plan that costs $35/mo or more will get the data bonus. However, it’s worth keeping in mind that the bonus will expire if the account becomes inactive or the plan changes before the end of the four months.

The flash sale runs until March 21st, which means customers only have a short time to claim the deal.

Chatr’s eligible plans are below:

  • $70/mo 20GB + 4GB bonus with Unlimited Canada/U.S. Talk
  • $60/mo 15GB + 4GB bonus with Unlimited Canada/U.S. Talk
  • $50/mo 10GB + 4GB bonus with Unlimited Canada/U.S. Talk
  • $40/mo 4.5GB + 4GB bonus with Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
  • $35/mo 2.5GB + 4GB bonus with Unlimited Canada-wide Talk

It’s worth noting that customers can also get an additional 500MB of monthly data if they sign up for Chatr’s auto-pay service. All plans come with unlimited text to Canada, the U.S., and international, call display, call forwarding, and group calling.

Rogers’ flanker brand Chatr Mobile launched another flash sale offering customers 2GB of bonus data per month for 12 months.

New activations of a ‘Talk, Text & Data’ plan priced $35 or more will get the 2GB data bonus. Chatr notes in the fine print that the bonus will expire if the account becomes inactive or if customers change their plan.

Chatr’s eligible plans are as follows:

  • $70/mo 20GB with Unlimited Canada/U.S. Talk
  • $60/mo 15GB with Unlimited Canada/U.S. Talk
  • $50/mo 10GB with Unlimited Canada/U.S. Talk
  • $40/mo 4.5 with Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
  • $35/mo 2.5GB with Unlimited Canada-wide Talk

All the above plans can get the 2GB bonus. They also come with unlimited texting and customers who sign up for auto-pay will get a bonus of 500MB of data each month.

Chatr flash sale offers one month’s fee in credit to new activations

Rogers’ flanker brand Chatr Mobile has a flash sale until March 2nd offering customers one month’s fee in credit.

Customers who sign up for an eligible Chatr plan — which appears to be all of Chatr’s plans according to the provider’s website — during the flash sale will get a credit equivalent to one month’s plan fee applied to their account on their third-anniversary date.

Fine print on Chatr’s website also notes that the offer is available “on new activations.” Moreover, customers will need to reply to a text message received after activation to claim the credit.

It’s also worth keeping in mind that if you change your plan or if the account becomes inactive, Chatr will no longer give the credit.

Get one month of free service with Lucky Mobile’s flash sale

Lucky Mobile is currently offering a Flash Sale that gives you one free month of service.

To take advantage of the offer, you need to purchase a SIM card from the provider. While Lucky Mobile SIM cards are available at certain retailers across the country, such as Dollarama and Giant Tiger, you’ll have to purchase one from the carrier’s website for $5 to claim the offer.

If you sign up for the deal, you need to pay for your first month of service, but you’ll get a bill credit for the second month, essentially making one month of service free.

It’s worth noting that the offer ends on October 1st. However, the fine print on the promotion page says you can activate the SIM card by October 29th.
