The Montreal Alouettes win the Grey Cup!

The Montreal Alouettes are champions!

A parade in the streets of Montreal is in order.

The Montreal Alouettes won the Grey Cup against all odds, after a hard-fought, electric game against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

The Alouettes, whose playoff success seemed impossible at the start of the season, completed a real Cinderella season, culminating in a championship.

This is the 8th Grey Cup in Alouettes history.

Jamie Dornan ‘stalked’ a woman

Jamie Dornan found it ”exciting” to stalk a woman.

The 32-year-old actor wanted to ”get inside” his character in ‘The Fall’, serial killer Paul Spector, so followed someone when she got off a train and admits he found the experience thrilling, albeit ”dirty”.

He confessed: ”The first series, I did do a couple of things to try to get inside [his mind]. On the tube, which is our underground system…

Can we get arrested for this? Hold on…this is a really bad reveal: I, like, followed a woman off the train one day to see what it felt like to pursue someone like that.

”It felt kind of exciting, in a really sort of dirty way.”

Though Jamie – who has four-month-old daughter Dulcie with wife Amelia Warner – insists he isn’t ”proud” of his actions, he found the experience valuable in his research for the drama.

He added in an interview with the Los Angeles Times newspaper: ”I’m sort of not proud of myself. But I do honestly think I learned something from it, because I’ve obviously never done any of that. It was intriguing and interesting to enter that process of ‘What are you following her for?’ and ‘What are you trying to find out?”’

Jamie has previously admitted he is concerned about how ”comfortable” he feels playing characters like Spector and ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ kinky businessman Christian Grey.

He has said: ”It kinda worries me sometimes how comfortable I am in that zone,

”I consider myself quite light-hearted, pretty easy-going, and I keep playing sick psychopath b*****ds!”

Dakota Johnson takes mum as date to Oscars

Dakota Johnson took her mother Melanie Griffith as her date to the Oscar Awards 2015 last night (02.22.15).

The ’50 Shades of Grey’ star probably had a string of men lining up to accompany her to the glamorous event at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, but she won over hearts when she turned up on the red carpet with her famous mum on her arm.

Speaking to E! host Ryan Seacrest prior to the ceremony, she explained: ”My mom is here with me as my date.”

The 25-year-old actress oozed confidence as she walked into the venue in a striking red dress, which clung to her killer curves and exposed her petite shoulders with a crystal-embellished strap.

The brunette beauty kept her look fairly simple with a casual high ponytail, natural make-up and a small black clutch bag.

While Melanie, 57 – who was nominated for an Academy Award for her movie ‘Working Girl’ in 1988 – looked effortlessly stunning in an all-black gown, which hugged all the right places to show off her enviable hourglass figure.

The simple design drew attention to her ample assets with a low, but not too revealing, neckline, while her sparky bag and diamond earrings added some extra subtle glam to the look.

The ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ star has confessed that because she’s still relatively unknown she finds it difficult to get a table at some of Los Angeles’ best restaurants and therefore pretends to be making a reservation for the Hollywood legend instead.

She laughed: ”And then I show up and the restaurant is like, ‘What name is [your booking] under? And I go, [looks at the floor and mumbles] ‘Clooney’. I’ve never even met him. But he eats a lot of meals: George Clooney is the hungriest man in Hollywood!”

The 25-year-old star admits she’s nervous about being thrust into the spotlight when her new film comes out next week but insists she’s not impressed by Hollywood as her parents Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson are both actors.

Claiming her parents can’t give her advice, she added to the Sunday Telegraph newspaper: ”It’s all so different now. When Mom and Dad were at the height of their careers and things were super-crazy and they couldn’t leave their houses, there wasn’t social media. It was all about autographs. Now everyone’s the press. I feel fame is perforated: it can be glorious but it can completely destroy a human too.”

The ‘How We Do’ hitmaker has revealed she struggled with confidence as a teenager and decided to change her hair colour to platinum blonde aged14 in order to feel more attractive, although she insists she has never truly felt comfortable in her ”own skin”.

She said: ”I dyed my hair when I was 14 to make me feel sexy.

”But I’m a female, and females will never be comfortable in their own skin: I feel I’ve got a muffin top, that I can work on my butt. I try to stay healthy.”

The 24-year-old beauty also claims she developed ”s**t” posture after becoming self-conscious of her womanly figure at her ballet class and tried to hide her curves from the other girls.

She explained: ”Every Thursday, we had to wear tight clothing for ballet. You could see every bump and curve. And me and this other girl were the only ones who had breasts early on, and I’d try to cover them, hunching my shoulders. That is why my posture is still s**t.”

However, Rita has since become more accepting of herself after learning to lose all her inhibitions when she goes on stage.

She told The Sunday Times newspaper’s Style magazine: ”It’s where I feel most alive, where I can get away with anything: the colour of my skin, what I’m wearing. All that counts is what is coming out of those speakers.”

The ‘Black Widow’ hitmaker says the Scottish DJ, who she split from in June after more than a year of dating, was ”the right guy at the wrong time,” and admits she ”couldn’t do” another long-distance relationship.

The 23-year-old star told the December issue of Cosmopolitan magazine: ”There’s only so much you can do when you don’t see each other. I really admire people who have long-distance relationships. It’s an incredible achievement. I couldn’t do it.”

The blonde beauty and her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend became embroiled in a bitter public feud shortly after their split when he reportedly banned her from singing his song, ‘I Will Never Let You Down,’ at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards, but she doesn’t regret their romance.

She said: ”It was the right guy at the wrong time.”

She added: ”I was about to start a tour, and he was also all over the place.”

Meanwhile, the ‘R.I.P’ hitmaker, who is now rumored to be dating fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger’s rapper son Ricky Hil, 24, regularly tells herself she is ”f**king sexy” in front of the mirror to boost her confidence.

Ellen Pompeo has second child

Ellen Pompeo has become a mother for the second time.

The ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ actress announced via her WhoSay account yesterday (10.02.14) that she and husband Chris Ivery – with who she already has five-year-old daughter Stella – had welcomed baby Sienna into the world via a surrogate, though it is unclear when the little girl was born.

She wrote alongside a photo of her husband kissing the baby:

”Sienna May Ivery welcome to the world. We love you more than words can say.”

She later added on Twitter: ”Sienna was born via surrogate & I would like to thank my whole @ShondalandTV family for helping us enjoy these first few weeks privately [love] U.(sic)”

The 44-year-old actress recently admitted she was considering quitting acting when she finally decides to depart her ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ role of Meredith Grey – who she has played since 2005 – as she has no ”strong desire” to find new roles.

She said: ”I definitely feel myself transitioning. I don’t find acting terribly empowering. For the place I am in my life, I think my age, once I hit 40, I feel differently. I don’t necessarily want to work for other people.”

However, the Golden Globe winner – who has starred as Meredith Grey on the medical drama since 2005 – refused to confirm that she would be quitting acting for good.

When asked if the end of ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ could mark the end of her acting career, she said: ”Oh, absolutely. I mean, never say never, I’m not going to come out and make one of those statements like, ‘I’m retiring after…’ and then in February come back. I try to keep an open heart, an open mind, an open soul and spirit to whatever comes my way and whatever is meant to be for me will be.”
