Hunter Biden sues Rudy Giuliani

U.S. President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, is suing Rudy Giuliani in civil court and Robert Costello, his former attorney, claiming that they violated federal and state computer privacy laws by attempting to hack into his laptop and caused the “total annihilation” of his digital privacy.

According to a source close to Hunter Biden to CNN: “Everyone involved in stealing and manipulating Hunter’s data should be hearing footsteps right about now”, suggesting that others could also be sued in civil court by Hunter Biden’s legal team.

Hunter Biden accuses Giuliani and Costello of hacking, falsifying, manipulating, copying, disseminating and generally obsessing over the data on his stolen laptop.

The civil suit against Giuliani joins two other lawsuits filed by Hunter Biden in recent weeks, when he filed a civil suit, also in connection with his laptop, against Garrett Ziegler, Trump’s former White House aide, and he also sued the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), claiming that his tax information had been illegally disclosed and his private records had not been properly protected.

Remember that this whole story about Hunter Biden’s laptop refers to a controversial story that emerged during the 2020 US presidential election, when a laptop belonging to Hunter Biden, the son of then Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, was discovered.

The laptop was reportedly left at a Delaware computer repair shop in 2019, and John Paul Mac Isaac, the store’s owner, claimed to have discovered emails and other data on the laptop there that raised questions about Hunter Biden’s business dealings, in particular with a Ukrainian energy company called Burisma Holdings.

Mac Isaac claimed to have several copies of Biden’s illegally obtained laptop data, which he then sent to Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer.

While the son of the US President is still under investigation for his business dealings, he was indicted on federal firearms charges on September 14.

He is accused of lying about his drug use when he purchased a firearm in October 2018. During that time, Hunter Biden allegedly admitted to suffering from a crack addiction, according to the indictment filed in Delaware federal court.

The indictment against him comes just weeks after a failed plea bargain that would have allowed the president’s son to avoid a trial.

While Hunter Biden reportedly intends to plead not guilty to this charge, his run-ins with the law are far from over!

Benedict Cumberbatch wants new title for fans

Benedict Cumberbatch wishes his fans had a different name.

The ‘Imitation Game’ actor has a dedicated following of female supporters who call themselves Cumberbitches and though he is ”flattered” by their attention, he thinks they ought to choose a less ”rude” nickname.

He said: ”It’s funny and I’m flattered. But on a serious note, come on, give yourself more power as women. Don’t just call yourself bitches!

”I know it was a joke, and more of an empowering thing. The majority of [the fans] are smart and savvy and just having fun, but it’s getting out there. It sounds a bit [rude].”

And the 38-year-old actor has several suggestions of alternative monikers.

He said: ”Cumbersomes? Cumbercollective? Cumberfans? There’s lots of stuff!”

Benedict recently got engaged to theater director Sophie Hunter and is very impressed with how well she copes with his female devotees.

He told People magazine: ”She’s just so in command of it.

”It could be a difficult thing, but she’s just really cool. It’s really impressive.”

The ‘Sherlock’ star is looking forward to taking a break over the festive season and is planning a ”traditional” celebration.

He said: ”I like a traditional Christmas, the whole nine yards. It’s all about just shutting down and shutting off for a bit. Going off the grid.”

Benedict Cumberbatch’s hope for new fiancee

Benedict Cumberbatch thinks his fans will like his fiancee.

The ‘Imitation Game’ star – who recently revealed he was engaged to Sophie Hunter – believes his loyal fans will love his future bride because they love him.

He explained: ”Since the woman I’m engaged to is as much a part of me as anything else in my life, if they like me, by extension they like her.”

The 38-year-old actor also revealed that he doesn’t mind the attention he gets from women.

He said: ”I think most of it is good-natured and like anyone who’s ever been in the public eye and kind of revered in a way that I’ve been by these fans, the possession only takes on a sinister quality if the [fan] is really not very secure.”

Benedict – who confirmed his engagement last month by placing an announcement in the Times newspaper – has revealed that he chose that method so he had more ”control”.

He told the New York Daily News: ”There are other operations in newspapers that find things out or try to publicise rumour and gossip.

”I wanted to take control over the facts of it and announce it in a way that I would’ve done if I wasn’t famous.”

The announcement in the newspaper, published on November 5th, read: ”Mr B. T. Cumberbatch and Miss S.I. Hunter: The engagement is announced between Benedict, son of Wanda and Timothy Cumberbatch of London, and Sophie, daughter of Katharine Hunter of Edinburgh and Charles Hunter of London.”

Benedict Cumberbatch’s wedding will be ”very private”.

The ‘Sherlock’ star – who announced his engagement to Sophie Hunter earlier this month – has hinted that their ceremony will be incredibly intimate.

He told Us Weekly: ”I think I’ll be having a very private wedding.”

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old actor has previously praised the love that came ”flooding” in after he announced the good news.

He recently said: ”One of the most incredible things about getting engaged, which we had no idea would be coming back our way, is the amount of love that just comes flooding back.

”I thought it was just all about us declaring that we were in love and getting married, but actually it’s the world going, ‘We love you too!’ It’s amazing. Family, friends, the world … it’s amazing.”

The couple – who met on the set of ‘Burlesque Fairytales’ in 2009 – started dating earlier this year.
