Where to stream Ted Lasso in Canada

Ted Lasso sort of came out of nowhere during the pandemic, taking people by surprise with its winning blend of humour and feel-good optimism.

Now, less than three years after it debuted, it’s already looking like the series is about to end with its third season streaming on Wednesday, March 15th. That’s according to co-creator, co-writer and star Jason Sudeikis, who says he envisioned three seasons for Ted Lasso.

Therefore, you might be someone who’s been clamouring for more Lasso or simply a newcomer who wants to finally catch up with the show. Thankfully, it’s quite easy to do so. The series streams exclusively on Apple TV+ in Canada and worldwide.

The service costs $8.99 CAD/month with a free seven-day trial. It’s also included with Apple One membership bundles, which start at $18.95/month.

In the 12-episode third season of Ted Lasso, Ted (Sudeikis) leads AFC Richmond against West Ham United, which Nate (Nick Mohammed) has since joined. Unlike most Apple originals, new episodes of Ted Lasso will air every Wednesday, starting on March 15th, and currently overlaps with Disney’s The Mandalorian.

Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz moving to Brooklyn

Daniel Craig and wife Rachel Weisz are moving to Brooklyn.

The James Bond star is thought to be the mystery buyer of a Brooklyn brownstone mansion sold by author Martin Amis for $6.75 million.

According to the New York Post, word has spread around the borough that 007 actor Daniel, 49, and wife Rachel, 47 – who has an 11-year-old son Henry from her relationship with director Darren Aronofsky – are to relocate to the area.

The house caught fire on New Year’s Eve in 2016 and ‘London Fields’ writer Martin and his wife Isabel Fonseca are thought to have moved to an apartment in Downtown Brooklyn.

The 6,600-square-foot house, built in 1901, has a brand new roof and has been extensively repaired following the fire, according to listing agency Corcoran.

But it is unfinished on the inside, so the new owners will be able to make it their own.

Patio doors lead out onto a multi-level decked garden, and the four-floor property – including basement – has an incredible rooftop deck with views over New York city.

Daniel and Rachel previously lived in an $11.5 million Soho penthouse in Manhattan.

The ‘Skyfall’ actor – who has a 25-year-old daughter Ella – is also thought to own a flat in London’s affluent Primorse Hill area and a house in Ascot, south east England.

If he and Rachel are moving to Brooklyn, their neighbors will include Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde, Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys, John Krasinksi and Emily Blunt, as well as Michelle Williams.

Martin Amis’ writer father, Kingsley Amis, was a big Bond fan and after the death of creator Ian Fleming, published a 1968 Bond novel, ‘Colonel Sun’ under the pseudonym Robert Markham.

Olivia Wilde changed her beauty products when pregnant

Olivia Wilde changed her beauty products when she was pregnant with her children.

The 33-year-old ‘House’ actress has two kids – Otis, three, and 12-month-old Daisy – with husband and fellow actor Jason Sudeikis, but once she was responsible for another person Olivia became "conscious" of what she was putting onto and into her body.

Speaking to IntoTheGloss.com, she said: "Since having kids, my relationship to health and beauty has become much more thoughtful.

"I used to slather anything on my skin and not care what it was made out of. I’ve always loved the decadence of beauty products, but at the point when I first started having children – when I was suddenly responsible for another living being – I became conscious of what I was putting on and in my body. I wish we would be more conscious when it’s just for ourselves."

Recently, Olivia threw a party to celebrate her daughter’s first birthday, and has now said the event allowed the tot to "recognize her specialness", which is a feeling Olivia wants Daisy to feel "as much as possible".

She said: "We had a party. There was music, there was dancing, and it’s wonderful to see when your child is old enough to recognize their special-ness. To give them a special day allows them to feel extraordinary, which they are, and I want her to feel that way as much as possible."

The ‘Drinking Buddies’ actress is constantly "astonished" by her daughter, and says she wants to make sure she grows up with a "strong foundation" to tackle anything life throws at her.

Meanwhile, the ‘Tron: Legacy’ star recently revealed her son Otis is taking a while to warm up to his baby sister, and has been acting like a "drill sergeant" by putting her through a baby "boot camp".

Olivia Wilde’s birthday tribute to Jason Sudeikis

Olivia Wilde has posted a heartwarming tribute to her fiancé Jason Sudeikis in honor of his birthday.

The ‘Horrible Bosses’ actor turned 42 on Monday (09.18.17) and his partner and fellow actress Olivia – with whom he has three-year-old son Otis and 11-month-old daughter Daisy – has taken to social media to post a series of adorable photos of her beau to mark his special day.

One photo, which sees Jason playing with his daughter, was captioned: "I have approximately one billion pictures of this guy, my partner in life-crime, who was born on this day in 1975, but this one represents his latest chapter, the one in which he became a dad to a little woman, who will grow up thinking all men can dance, sink a jump shot, and tell great jokes. Oh well. Happpppppy Birthdayyyyyyyyy, Jason. I love you! (sic)"

Another snap was simply a picture of the ‘We’re The Millers’ star smiling, in which the 33-year-old beauty praised his "dimples" as she referenced Christopher Marlowe’s 17th century play, ‘The Tragical History of Dr. Faustus’.

She wrote: "The dimples that (totally could have) launched a thousand ships."

Olivia’s last photo was one of the pair moments away from locking lips at a sporting event, and the star apologised for her "copious displays of affection" before admitting she is "crushing hard" on her beau, whom she has been in a relationship with since 2011.

The ‘House’ star – who got engaged to Jason in 2013 – wrote: "Last post before this guy’s birthday is officially over in the East Coast and/or instagram shuts me down for copious displays of affection. Whatever, I crush hard. Find someone who makes you swoon. H B D, A B C, B B D. (sic)"

Olivia Wilde adopts puppy

Olivia Wilde has adopted a new puppy.

The 33-year-old actress took to Instagram on Monday (24.07.17) to share an adorable snap of her new pooch Elvis, whom she has welcomed into her family alongside her husband Jason Sudeikis, and children Otis, three, and Daisy, nine months.

And Olivia used the photo to urge her followers to adopt their future pets from animal shelters rather than buying them from a pet shop, as there are "so many animals" in shelters who are waiting to be taken to a loving home.

The ‘Tron: Legacy’ actress captioned the sweet photo: "Ladies and gentlemen, meet the heartbreaker formerly known as Maxamillion, now christened by his new human brother as Elvis Sudeikis-Wilde. 3 years young and 10 lbs of pure goodness. He’s lived a pretty harrowing life so far, and we are so lucky he adopted us as his new family, so we can treat him like the king he was born to be. Thanks to @barcshelter we found the missing member of our brood. This is our second adopted furry son and we cannot recommend it enough. There are so many animals looking for homes. This little guy was next on the kill list at a shelter in Texas not too long ago! Please consider saving a dog today. #adoptdontshop #Elvishasenteredthebuilding (sic)"

Olivia and her family already have adopted dog Paco, and the brunette beauty wasted no time in sharing a snap of the pair together.

She captioned the photo: "Rescue bros. #PacoandElvis (sic)"

The addition of a new dog to the family is no doubt set to mean more work for Olivia, who already has her hands full with her two tots, and she previously said her son Otis is like a "drill sergeant" to his younger sister.

She said: "He’s like a drill sergeant. I don’t know who let him watch ‘Full Metal Jacket’, but he is so hard on her. He’s really putting her through the works, it’s boot camp. So she’s going to come out of it really ripped and with a great attitude. But he screams!"

Olivia Wilde’s son is ‘hard’ on his younger sister

Olivia Wilde’s son Otis is "hard" on his younger sister Daisy.

The 33-year-old actress has revealed her three-year-old child is like a "drill sergeant" to his eight-month-old sibling, and is already acting like the protective older brother because he puts her though a baby "boot camp".

Speaking about her brood – who she has with her partner Jason Sudeikis – on ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ on Tuesday (13.06.17), the brunette beauty said: "He’s like a drill sergeant. I don’t know who let him watch ‘Full Metal Jacket’, but he is so hard on her. He’s really putting her through the works, it’s boot camp. So she’s going to come out of it really ripped and with a great attitude. But he screams!"

And when the two youngsters battle it out Olivia has revealed Otis will scream harsh words at her to claim his territory.

She continued: "’You don’t live here!’ is what he screams at her."

But Olivia thinks the reason for Otis’ outburst is because he doesn’t want to "share" his mother with anyone, not even his sibling, and because he misses his mother when she is busy working.

She said: "I think he’s aware that he’s sharing me with her because I’m on Broadway and as everyone who’s in a play will tell you, you miss a lot of bedtimes and it’s tough."

However, the ‘House’ star has revealed her upbringing was much different because her sister Chloe Cockburn, 38, was "so nice" to her when they were children.

Olivia said: "I have an older sister who was so nice to me, so I’m not familiar with this."

And the star has revealed she was also "nice" to her 24-year-old brother Charlie.

She explained: "But I have a little brother and I was nice to him. So I don’t know."

Anne Hathaway felt intimidated by birthday snaps on Pinterest

Anne Hathaway felt intimidated after looking at Pintrest to get ideas for her son’s first birthday party.

The Oscar-winning actress was preparing to throw a special birthday bash for her son Jonathan in March, when she decided to refer to the photo-sharing app and quickly realized she couldn’t compete with the efforts of other mothers.

Anne – who welcomed Jonathan alongside her husband Adam Shulman on March 24 last year – shared: "We tried to keep it pretty low-key. We kept the theme just rainbows, which is a fun theme because it’s hard to go wrong with it.

"But I made the mistake – I went on Pinterest and looked at other people’s one-year-old parties. It’s not fair what some people do."

The Hollywood star said she felt particularly outshone by those parents who also work as professional party planners.

Appearing on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’, she said: "You know, some party planners have children, which is definitely not fair. Think about it. They blow it out!"

Meanwhile, Anne recently admitted she felt proud to have kept her butt in "great shape" when she was pregnant – only to later realize she’d caught a glimpse of her stunt double’s derriere.

The 34-year-old actress was adjusting to her changing figure while shooting the sci-fi movie ‘Colossal’ with Jason Sudeikis and Anne confessed she couldn’t recognize herself on screen.

Reflecting on her changing body shape, Anne said: "It’s funny because your body changes when you’re pregnant. And it was my first pregnancy so I didn’t know what was going on.

"There’s a shot in the movie when I saw it and I was like, ‘Oh see, I kept my butt in great shape’. And the second time I watched the movie I realized it was her [the stunt double]."

Olivia Wilde’s close call

Olivia Wilde nearly gave birth in a tunnel.

Jason Sudeikis has revealed the couple were stuck in a traffic jam on the way to see Beyoncé in concert when the 32-year-old actress felt herself getting contractions.

He recalled: "We came really close. Daisy was born on Tuesday, but on Friday night, [Olivia] and I were going out – date night. This is how confident of a lady Olivia is. She’s like, ‘Date night, we’re going to go see Beyoncé.’

"So, we were in line to get in the Lincoln Tunnel and there was an accident in there. Everything was gummed up, so it was going to take us like an hour to get through the tunnel, and we would have been a half hour late to the concert, which would have been a bummer because we would miss all the choreography and fireworks.

"I don’t know if it was the pressure, if it was the traffic, or the fact that we were going to be late. It was just bad in the back seat of the car. We U-turned and got it out of there. We figured it would be a bad scene to have the baby in a tunnel – and a little redundant!"

However, it was a false alarm and the pair had to wait four more days before little Daisy Josephine arrived.

Speaking on Harry Connick Jr.’s new chat show Harry, he said: "We hightailed it to the Upper East Side where the hospital was, got out of the car, walked around the neighbourhood a little bit.

"Then, Daisy calmed down. I think she was just fired up. Just sitting there doing the [‘Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)’] dance, like, ‘I know where I’m going!’"

Olivia Wilde: My son is a feminist

Olivia Wilde is bringing her son up to be a feminist.

The ‘Vinyl’ star – who has two-year-old son Otis with her partner Jason Sudeikis – wants her child to understand the "definition of feminism is equality" whilst he is still young.

She said: "I like to think he’s already a little feminist. And he is. I want to promote the idea that the definition of feminism is equality and it’s something that’s not difficult to teach children because they are born with that sensibility.

"They are only taught to separate people and value them differently once they get older."

And the 32-year-old actress also opened up about her controversial 2014 shoot, where she decided to breastfeed her son for the magazine’s photos.

She added to Yahoo! Beauty: "I’ve learned a lot about that debate since that photo shoot and certainly since becoming a mother. One thing that is very clear to me is that it should be every individual woman’s choice what she wants to do. But once she makes that choice, she should be publicly permitted to do that in whatever way she needs to. Certainly there should be no pressure on women to breastfeed, or they are made to seem like they are terrible mothers. I think that’s really unfair.

"It was an interesting experience because that photo shoot came out of a very organic moment of having to feed my son because it was just my choice to breastfeed. But I did not in any way intend to shame women who had chosen not to breastfeed for whatever reason. It’s a complex issue, but the one thing that’s not complex is that people should be allowed to breastfeed wherever they want, whenever they want."

Jennifer Aniston not interested in social media

Jennifer Aniston isn’t "interesting" enough to be on social media.
The ‘Mother’s Day’ actress – who is married to Justin Theroux – has no desire to join public sites such as Twitter or Instagram as she finds simple text messaging is all she needs to communicate.
She said: "I can’t think of anything interesting enough that I would want to put out there…I just text."
When she does text, the 47-year-old actress is a big fan of emojis and Bitmojis and as well as her own personalised cartoon avatar, she loves creating them for other people.
She told E! News: "I love me a good emoji.
"I love Bitmojis. I like to make people’s Bitmojis."
When her ‘Mother’s Day’ co-star Jason Sudeikis jokingly called her an "artist" for her digital design efforts, she added: "I am. That’s what I’m good at."
Despite her own years of success, Jennifer admits she was intimidated on the set of ‘Mother’s Day’ by co-star Julia Roberts and was so in awe of the ‘Pretty Woman’ actress, she messed up one of their scenes.
Asked why she felt intimidated by the star – who she had known before working with her on the ensemble comedy – she told ‘Entertainment Tonight’: "Because it’s Julia Roberts! Oh my gosh!
"It’s just a different thing when you get to work with them and then you’re doing what you both do, [but] together.
"I even flubbed in the first take and called her Julia!"
