Sandra Bullock’s hubby keeps full custody

According to the Daily News, a judge has denied visitation rights to Janine Lindemulder but allows her to make daily phone calls to her daughter, Sunny, her child with Jesse James.

Lindemulder and James appeared at a hearing in Orange County but James’ wife, Sandra Bullock, was not present.

It seems James is not very happy that his ex-wife has the right to these daily calls. She has to stay four months in a halfway house for violating conditions of her parole.

James say, "She texts at least twice and up to 20 times a day, demanding to talk to Sunny. But sometimes she’ll go a week at a time where she doesn’t make a call."

James goes on to explain that Lindemulder has problems filtering the information she gives her daughter. He says his daughter has been told certain details about prison that are not age appropriate.

Bullock’s husband also accuses Lindemulder of missing four of the last five arranged visits with Sunny, including one on Christmas Day.

James has had full custody of his daughter, with Bullock, since last year.

Another hearing is scheduled for June 14 and until then James and Lindemulder must attend therapy sessions once a month.

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James got married in July 2005.

Sandra Bullock and Hubby Win Their Case

Porn star Janine Lindemulder, the former wife of Jesse James, has lost a battle.

Her request for custody of her 5-year-old daughter, Sunny, was declined by a California court on Monday (December 7).

James and Bullock have been raising the little girl since January, while Lindemulder was serving six months in jail for tax evasion.

Once she was released, she asked to see her daughter, claiming that Bullock was preventing her from seeing and having Sunny because she couldn’t have children of her own. The actress was quick to deny those claims.

Now, Lindemulder can only visit her daughter during the day, but the child will not be spending the night with her. However, despite the objections of Sandra Bullock and Jesse James, Sunny will be spending Christmas Eve with her mother, reports Us magazine.

Sandra Bullock’s Husband Has Her Back

Jesse James, who is married to the actress, is making it clear that his wife is not a part of his current custody battle for his 5-year-old daughter, Sunny.

James, who stars in television’s Monster Garage, is fighting his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, for custody of the little girl.  In an interview with Good Morning America, Lindemulder claimed that Bullock was trying to steal her daughter.

Marilyn Slifman, a lawyer representing Jesse James, told People that Lindemulder’s account was both inaccurate and unfortunate. "Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation. Mr. James’s sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom," stated the attorney.

Bullock and James have had custody of the girl since January, when Lindemulder, the star of more than 100 adult films, was sent to jail for fraud.  The two celebrities have already informed the judge of their concerns for the little girl’s safety, noting the mother’s drug problems.

Sandra Bullock Caught in a Dispute

James’ ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder, claims that Bullock tried to prevent her from seeing her own five-year-old daughter, Sunny, reports Us magazine.

Bullock, who is now married to Jesse James, has been helping her husband raise the young girl since January, when Lindemulder was sent to jail for fiscal fraud.

The woman is now out of prison, and in a custody battle with James and Bullock, who want full custody of the young girl.

In a letter addressed to a judge during Lindemulder’s sentencing, Sandra Bullock revealed that the child was left alone during the day because her mother was sleeping after taking drugs. Bullock went on to explain, "I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own ], that couldn’t be farther from the truth."

The actress is also stepmother to three more children from James’ first wife, Karla.

Janine Lindemulder says she was hurt by Bullock’s allegations, and admits that she’s made wrong choices in the past, but now says her life is back on the right track.

Having Kids Is Not Sandra Bullock’s Priority

Bullock, 44, has been married to West Coast Choppers founder and Motorcycle Mania TV show host, Jesse James, since 2005. However, in the June edition of Harper’s Bazaar, the actress shared reasons why she is not in any hurry to have children.

"It’s hard to do it your way when you hear everyone else telling you to do it their way," said the actress. "I just want people to admit that there’s no one way to live your life."

Bullock, who will be seen in The Proposal on June 19, wants to take life easy.

"I didn’t have a teenage or early-20s experience that was free and without worry. I missed the screw-everything, have-a-good-time phase," she explained. "I was worried that if I didn’t stay on track and work, work, work, I was never going to accomplish anything. Now I’m trying to have fun and have the freedom to do nothing."

It’s Probation for Sandra Bullock’s Stalker

Marcia Valentine, a 47-year-old dental assistant, received a 3-year probation after pleading guilty on November 5 for harassing Sandra Bullock.

She was charged with assault with a weapon, which in this case was a car that she abandoned following the incident.

In April 2007, the woman was lingering close to the actress’ home when her husband, Jesse James, spotted her and then wrote down her license plate number. Valentine tried to run her car into James.

The woman was arrested the next day and released on a $25 000 bond.

Sandra Bullock’s Husband Sued

Jesse James is being sued by the clothing manufacturer Fortune Fashion Industries LLC for fraud.

James, who owns the company West Coast Choppers Inc., is accused of pulling out of a deal at the last minute with the clothing company.  The agreement was for the two companies to create a collection called America’s Brand, to be sold at Wal-Mart.

Representatives of Fortune Fashion claim that James pulled out of the deal because he wanted to name the collection Jesse James Industrial Workwear.  The company also accuses James of hiring several of their employees to work on new designs.  They are asking for 50% of the profits from past and present agreements between James and Wal-Mart.
