BIGMarcia Valentine attacked James Sunday evening in front of the couple’s home. Sandra Bullock and James’ 10 year-old son both witnessed the incident.
This is not the first time that the woman has stalked the stars. She is now charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
A representative for the couple said, "The incident did occur. Both Jesse James and Sandra Bullock are fine and it is now in the hands of the authorities."
According to the website Contactmusic, Bullock, 42, doesn’t enjoy living in the limelight because she likes the freedom to wear whatever she wants without being criticized as she would be in Hollywood.
In 2005, the star married Jesse James, who starred in the television reality series Monster Garage.
When she is not working on location, the Miss Congeniality star has homes in both Texas and Wyoming. Bullock explains, "Living out there is so nice. I do my thing, live a normal life, go down to the grocery store and watch my husband race."
According to In Style magazine, Bullock does not appreciate being asked repeatedly when she will have children.
The actress was not in a rush to get married. She did marry Jesse James at 40, who agrees that people need to stop interrogating her about pregnancy.
Bullock, who starred in Miss Congeniality, denied the rumours that she is pregnant. She does insist that she is very happily married to the star of Monster Garage.
Bullock is realistic that her 42-year-old body is not the same. She states that she does have cellulite, and no longer wears a size 4.
According to IMDB, Timberlake has revealed that he did not take any acting classes to prepare him for his role in the film Alpha Dog.
The SexyBack singer explained that he relied on the acting classes that he had taken as a child during the film.
In Alpha Dog, Timberlake, 25, starred with Bruce Willis and Sharon Stone. The film is based on the true story of Jesse James, an adolescent who became involved in the world of drugs, and also murder.
Timberlake, who is dating actress Camerona Diaz, explained, "I took classes when I was really young. I just use that as much as possible."
According to People magazine, Bullock, 42, and her husband, Jesse James, 37, are not awaiting their first child. The Miss Congeniality star married James in July, 2005.
The two stars are laughing off the rumours, saying, "We are not with child, but we are pregnant with ideas."
Meanwhile, they have been busy with other endeavors. Bullock recently opened her first restaurant, Bess, in Austin, Texas. The executive chef for the restaurant, Brenton Childs, said that the actress,
"loves food, wine and being with friends."
