Bluey Robinson defends Justin Bieber

Bluey Robinson has defended pal Justin Bieber for taking his top off in front of a pensioner.

The 23-year-old singer, who is currently working with a band called The Feds ahead of their Glastonbury performance later this year, has spoken out in support of his pal after pictures of the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker surfaced of him grinding shirtless with an elderly lady.

The pair struck up a friendship when Bluey joined Bieber as support on his European tour back in 2011.

When BANG Showbiz asked if he’d seen the footage, which Justin uploaded to his Instagram page, Bluey, 28, replied: "Yes, I did, he’s spreading the love you know, OAP’s need love too, it’s just hilarious that he didn’t have a top on."

In the video, the Kanye West and Jay Z song ‘N****s in Paris’ plays in the background as Justin dances closely with the lady, while an elder gentleman -thought to be her husband – looks on and laughs. Bieber then embraces the lady, hugging and giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Meanwhile in addition to playing Glastonbury, Bluey will be at Lovebox festival this year and is also performing at Brighton’s The Great Escape and he’s super excited for his other showbiz pal Ed Sheeran headlining Glastonbury on June 25.

He said: "I’ve known him for years – I knew him when he was 16, we haven’t seen each other in two years and meanwhile he’s taking over the whole world. Hopefully I will be able to catch up with him at Glastonbury."

Bluey revealed that he’s known Ed since he was 16 when the pair auditioned for 2008 TV series ‘Britannia High’ when they both made it to the final rounds of auditions but missed out on being cast for the show.

But he admits his pal is still the same now as he was back then.

He recalled: "He was exactly the same as he is now, playing his little guitar with a little claw on it, he’d done hundreds of shows and he’d been working hard from there.

"We had a mutual love for music then he came down to London and then he was couch hopping and he stayed at my mum’s floor one night, he was like, ‘Bro where you staying tonight’ and I was like ‘I’m going home’ and he was like, ‘Can I stay at your house? And I was like, ‘yeah’. My mum wasn’t there that day but she’s met him before, he’s an easy guy to like. He’s a talented good-hearted person."

Selena Gomez impressed by The Weeknd’s maturity

Selena Gomez loves how "mature" The Weeknd is.

The 24-year-old singer previously had a volatile four-year relationship with Justin Bieber, 23, but recently started dating The Weeknd, 27 – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – and could not be happier.

A source told E! News: "She feels very taken care of when she is with him, and like he will have her back. He’s a little bit older and more mature and she likes that about him.

"They can relate to each other on so many different levels; what they do for a living, music, being in the public eye. She just loves how he makes her feel on top of the world. He puts her on a pedestal and makes her feel like the most important and special girl in the world. That’s done wonders for her self-esteem and value. She has a confidence when she is with him and it’s been good for her."

And friends of the former Disney star believe she is "crazy" in love with The Weeknd.

The insider added: "Selena couldn’t be happier right now. She has fallen fast and hard for Abel. They can’t get enough of each other. When they are apart, they miss each other like crazy and can’t wait to reunite again. They FaceTime and text all day, every day."

Selena spent time in rehab last year after suffering from panic attacks and depression and her close pals say that despite his references to drug use in his songs, The Weeknd isn’t interested in a party lifestyle.

The source said: "They inspire each other. He is very supportive of Selena’s sobriety and has helped her stay focused and on track. They have other things they like to do together other than partying. They like to do simple things like go out to dinner or go on walks. Their relationship is not about being out in clubs and partying. They are homebodies and very low-key. They just enjoy being together. They can have fun and be goofy and have this crazy undeniable chemistry.

"She loves his music and thinks he’s so talented and sexy. She has so much pride when she watches him. It’s a crazy-good feeling."

Ringo Starr ‘loves’ Justin Bieber

Ringo Starr is a fan of Justin Bieber.

The 76-year-old music icon – who is best known for being the drummer in the Beatles – has admitted to liking the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker, but Ringo doesn’t think Justin is as big as his band once were.

During a conversation with a reporter, Ringo was asked: "If the Beatles and Justin Bieber were touring together in their prime, who would open?"

And Ringo – who appeared in the legendary group alongside Sir Paul McCartney, John Lennon and George Harrison – had little hesitation in replying: "Justin."

Then, the reporter said: "Beatles all the way, right?"

To which Ringo nodded and added: "All the way, brother."

Despite this, Ringo admitted to being a fan of Justin, whose most-recent album ‘Purpose’ earned him widespread critical acclaim and commercial success.

Ringo told TMZ: "But we love Justin. That’s the second question I’m not going to answer."

Meanwhile, Ringo previously revealed the crucial role his former bandmate Sir Paul played in him being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist in 2015.

The iconic band entered the Hall of Fame back in 1988, but Ringo was the last member of the group to be inducted as a solo artist – and he had his long-time friend Sir Paul to thank for the recognition.

He explained: "[Paul] talked to somebody and they’re going to put me in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and he’s going to give me away like I’m the bride and I will accept."

Despite achieving significant success as a solo artist, Ringo is happy to be remembered as one of the Beatles.

He confessed to a reporter: "I feel inside successful as an act. No one is more successful than [the Beatles] and I was one of them. I mean, you’re here because I was in that band."

Tove Lo refuses to tone down her stage antics

Tove Lo thinks she can be a great role model for kids – despite "singing bluntly about sex, drugs and everything".

The 29-year-old singer-songwriter is known for her controversial on-stage antics, which has previously included flashing her breasts, but the Swedish beauty still feels she can be a healthy inspiration to young women.

She shared: "Usually the question is, ‘Don’t you feel you should be ashamed for setting a bad example to young girls?’ singing bluntly about sex, drugs and everything … a lot of my fans come up to me and say, ‘you make me feel better about me just as me’."

The ‘Stay High’ hitmaker – whose real name is Ebba Nilsson – is set to be the support act for Justin Bieber at British Summertime Hyde Park this summer, but she has no intention of toning down her act to please Justin’s more mainstream fanbase.

Tove explained her mantra on life, saying: "Being unapologetic, not feeling ashamed of being flawed or making mistakes … I feel girls can be so hard on themselves and each other.

"It’s a mantra for me, telling fans, you’re not a bad person because you made a mistake or you don’t want to follow the rules."

In fact, Tove doesn’t understand the fuss surrounding her on-stage behavior, insisting her lack of inhibitions is simply a reflection of her off-stage personality.

She told the Metro newspaper: "Sometimes when it’s a show that isn’t my own, I’ll be told, ‘You can’t do this’. I don’t want to f**k people over but I forget because I’m in my zone.

"When I’ve done support acts and they’ve asked me not to flash if it’s a young crowd, for me, it’s like, ‘It’s just boobs.’ I don’t get it, but they’re very loaded items it seems."

Justin Bieber was ‘joking around’ during exchange with TV reporter

Justin Bieber was "joking around" when he told a TV reporter to "f**k off" on Tuesday (03.14.17).

The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker was caught on camera insulting a TV journalist during his stay on a private Sunshine Coast island in Australia – but Justin has since made light of the situation in an Instagram video, saying he was merely imitating Jonah from Tonga, a character played by Chris Lilley on the comedy show ‘Summer Heights High’.

Speaking in a Tongan accent, Justin said: "I said puck you, miss! There’s a difference between bullying him and joking around. I was joking around."

Justin, 23, addressed the reporter directly in the caption that sits alongside the video.

The chart-topping star wrote: "SORRY BEN – If you don’t get the context its from an Australian TV show called ‘Summer Heights High’. (sic)"

However, Justin subsequently went on to send more abuse in the direction of the reporter and the "news lady" who reported the incident.

Again adopting the persona of Jonah, he said: "Sorry Ben! Motherf*****r! (sic)"

Justin later added: "I was doing it for fun. You just didn’t get that it was fun. You on your period or what, miss?"

Justin has rarely been out of the headlines during his tour of Australia, where it was recently reported he hand-picked a dozen models to party with during a late-night cruise.

All of the women were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and surrender their phones before boarding his boat.

Roze Cook and Nyssa Large, who Justin follows on Instagram, were among the 12 glamorous girls hand-picked for the three-hour trip, but Justin returned to his hotel alone after his boat docked after midnight early on Sunday morning (03.12.17).

Justin Bieber ‘parties with a dozen models on a boat’

Justin Bieber reportedly hand-picked a dozen models to party with during a late-night cruise in Australia.

The 23-year-old singer is currently on tour in the country – but has spent some of his spare time with a group of beautiful women, all of whom were asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement and surrender their phones before boarding his boat.

Roze Cook and Nyssa Large, who Justin follows on Instagram, were among the 12 glamorous girls hand-picked for the three-hour boat trip, according to the Daily Telegraph newspaper in Australia.

Both women partied with Justin during his trip Down Under two years ago – but the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker returned to his hotel alone after his boat docked after midnight early on Sunday morning (03.12.17).

Justin’s late-night party came shortly after he reportedly told a fan she made him "sick" after she asked for a selfie.

The chart-topping star was approached by 20-year-old Sabah Helal in Sydney during the week – but Justin left her in tears after verbally lashing out following her request.

Justin allegedly said to her: "You’re invading my privacy, I don’t want a photo. Look at you, you make me sick."

Sabah’s mother Houda Bennaoui admitted the situation left her daughter feeling humiliated.

She said: "My daughter was bawling her eyes out. She was dying to meet him and then he humiliated her.

"After years of supporting him, my daughter will never see him again in concert."

Justin’s fan snub also came after Adele defended him when he was booed during her recent concert in Sydney.

Adele asked concertgoers at the ANZ Stadium if they planned to attend Justin’s upcoming show at the same venue, which prompted boos from her fans.

However, she quickly rushed to defend the Canadian star, saying: "If you started out at 12, you’d be like that too, okay!"

Adele has a secret Twitter account

Adele has a private Twitter account.

The chart-topping singer isn’t allowed access to her own Twitter account by her management because she can be "mouthy", but Adele has admitted she’s secretly created her own account on the micro-blogging website.

Speaking during a gig in Brisbane, Australia, the 28-year-old star explained: "I was looking on Twitter last night. They don’t know I have a secret account, well obviously they do now because I said that. By ‘they’, I mean my management.

"I’m not allowed access to my own Twitter because I’m quite mouthy and I say the wrong thing a lot of the time, so they took that privilege away from me."

Adele’s tour of Australia has been marked by a series of confessions made by the record-breaking singer.

Just recently, for instance, she confirmed her marriage to Simon Konecki while on stage in Brisbane.

Introducing her song ‘Someone Like You’, she told the crowd: "I could see in people’s eyes as they were listening to it on their headphones that it reminded them of something or someone.

"I was trying to remember how it was I felt at the beginning of the relationship that inspired that record because as bad as a break up can be, as bitter and horrible and messy as it can be, that feeling when you first fall for someone is the best feeling on earth, and I am addicted to that feeling.

"Obviously I can’t go through with those feelings because I’m married now. I’ve found my next person."

Adele also defended Justin Bieber after he was booed at her concert at the ANZ Stadium in Sydney.

She asked concertgoers if they planned to attend Justin’s show at the same stadium, but her question was greeted by boos.

However, she quickly rushed to defend the 23-year-old star, saying: "If you started out at 12, you’d be like that too, okay!"

Justin Bieber vows to become a ‘better man’

Justin Bieber has vowed to become a "better man" after turning 23.

The ‘Love Yourself’ hitmaker celebrated the landmark occasion on Wednesday (03.01.17) and has listed his ambitions for the coming years in a new Instagram post.

Alongside an adorable picture of himself as a child, Justin wrote on the photo-sharing site: "It’s my birthday and all I want is to be a better friend, better brother, better son and better man."

Justin also gave his fans a behind-the-scenes look into how he spent his special day via his Instagram account, posting a photograph of himself leaping over sand dunes on board a quad bike.

He captioned the eye-catching image: "Got some air on my bday (sic)"

Last year, Justin credited God for helping him to transform himself from a party-loving pop star into a more mature adult.

He shared: "God was telling me something. I am not going to go into detail of what I was doing and where I was at, but I was pretty lost and woke up one day and felt like God was telling me something."

Justin said that the spiritual experience convinced him he needed to make some major changes to his life.

The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker explained: "I’m not super religious or anything but I just heard a voice and was like, ‘You know what? I’m going to change my life around. I’m going to switch up some things and put some stuff together."’

And while Justin admitted he still enjoys drinking and having a good time with his friends, he doesn’t consider it to be a contradiction of his faith.

He said: "What’s weird is I am a Christian, I am a believer and often people are too conservative and I don’t think it’s wrong."

Ed recently shared: "I quite like that that song is just having its own life somewhere.

"Me and Justin actually sung that on karaoke together two days ago. He was in Tokyo. It was a really weird night actually, a really weird night.

"We went to a bar called Train Bar and did some shots, then we went to a karaoke bar and sung our own song. He was singing my songs, so I was singing his songs … and then we both sang ‘Love Yourself’."

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are ‘falling for each other’

Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are "falling for each other".

The 26-year-old musician – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – set tongues wagging he was dating the 24-year-old songstress last month, and the pair are rumored to be getting even closer as he regularly tells the brunette beauty how much he "cares" for her.

Speaking about the ‘Starboy’ hitmaker’s love life, a source told E! News: "They are falling for each other.

"[He] has told [Selena] how much he cares for her."

And the couple share a "crazy connection" and enjoy each others company, especially The Weeknd who is "proud" to have Selena in his life.

The source explained: "[They have a ] crazy connection.

"[Selena] feel really confident. Abel is proud to have Selena by his side."

And the publication has reported the ‘Kill Em With Kindness’ hitmaker has introduced the vocalist to her friends, and vice versa.

However, it is claimed the former Disney actress – who played the role of Alex Russo in the series ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ – has yet to bring The Weeknd home to meet her family, and neither has he.

And the duo have been talking "every day" since they were spotted locking lips earlier this year and have a "sexy and flirty relationship".

A source previously said: "He really likes her. They text every day. They have a really sexy and flirty relationship. They laugh and like each others personalities."

And whilst it seems things are quickly heating up between the pair, sources insist they are "just having fun" for the time being and aren’t getting too serious.

The insider added: "As of now, they are just having fun and enjoying each other."

However, Selena – who has previously dated Justin Bieber – has been described as being a "passionate" person who becomes obsessed with things "real fast".

A source said: "She is happy and doesn’t mind sharing that with the world.

"Abel makes her feel secure and Selena has nothing to hide. Selena gets passionate about things real fast and that is exactly what she is doing with The Weeknd."
