Justin Bieber is new face of Japanese phone firm

Justin Bieber is the new face of a Japanese phone company.

The 22-year-old pop star has joined forces with SoftBank – a multinational telecommunications and Internet corporation established in Tokyo – to encourage school students to take out a monthly contract with the highly-popular brand.

Speaking at a press conference, Justin said through video link: "I’m so excited to be part of this new SoftBank campaign, it’s going to be off the chain first of all, second of time we’re going to have the best time, third of all I love Japan, right? So it’s like all those three things you put them in one and it’s like, BOOM!"

Justin has already filmed his segment in the advertisement, which sees a school girl named Suzu walking through a courtyard at her school before the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker appears on the electronic bulletin board and asks: "Do you have a school discount?".

It’s not known when Justin filmed his section for the advert but it’s thought he may have met bosses last summer when he was in Japan to play two gigs in Chiba.

Although he’s worth an estimated $200 million, Justin may have decided to take on the promotional job to cover his payout to his former neighbour Jeffrey Schwarz.

The ‘What Do You Mean?’ hitmaker has already forked out $90,000 to Mr Schwarz after he egged his house in Calabasas, Californian, three years ago but now the victim is seeking further damages because he is still suffering with emotional distress.

Last summer, Justin demanded his former neighbour undergo a mental evaluation to prove him and his wife are battling psychological issues as a result of their feud.

Following the egging incident, the ‘Baby’ hitmaker – who moved out of the gated community in 2015 – was sentenced to probation after he pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism.

He was also told to carry out five days of community service at a homeless shelter and fork out an estimated $80,000 in damages to his neighbors.

He was also ordered to undergo anger management counselling.

Justin Bieber shocks Mark Wahlberg with his underwear messages

Mark Wahlberg was taken aback when Justin Bieber sent him pictures of him in his underwear.

The 45-year-old actor – who stripped down to his tighty whities in a photoshoot with Calvin Klein in 1992 – has admitted the 22-year-old singer bombarded him with half naked images of him from the My Calvins Spring/Summer 2016 campaign, which Mark has hinted made him feel very uncomfortable because he is a man over twice his age and has children.

Speaking about the moment the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker’s raunchy portrait flashed up in his inbox, the ‘Deepwater Horizon’ star – who has sons Michael, 10, Brendan, eight, as well as daughters Ella, 13, and seven-year-old Grace with his wife Rhea – said: "He did send me the pictures and I was like, ‘You don’t send a guy pictures like this in your underwear.’

"He was proud, you know, it was a big deal for him to do. And I was like, I am at 45, a dad and a husband, a father of four, I’m trying to move away from that image."

Although Mark has described the Canadian-born star as having "attitude", he has admitted he was "the biggest punk in the world" when he was younger and would have made Justin look like an angel if the pair were to be compared to one another at the same age.

He explained: "You know what? People give him flack for growing up in the spotlight and they say he has a bit of an attitude, but look at the look on my face, I mean, I was the biggest punk in the world. He’s very nice and young and polite in comparison to what I was.

"Actually, you know what, he is a very nice young man, he’s a friend of mine, I’ve spent time with him."

And the dark-haired hunk says that despite looking proud of himself in his commercial for the longstanding American brand as he grabbed at his crotch, he has admitted it wasn’t his "proudest moment" of his career.

Speaking on the American talk show ‘Conan’, he said: "Well, I can’t say I [haven’t] done worse things, but that wasn’t one of my proudest moments."

Justin Bieber abandons sick puppy

Justin Bieber has abandoned his sick puppy.

The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker has come under fire after he palmed his poorly pooch Tod – a seven-month-old chow chow – off on his backing dancer C.J. Salvador just a few months after he adopted him and now the athlete is desperately trying to raise as much cash as possible so that the fluffy canine can undergo lifesaving surgery on his hips.

The 25-year-old hunk has now set up a GoFundMe page online in the hope of raising the money so that the adorable pooch can have the operation rather than put to sleep.

He wrote alongside a sweet picture of Tod playing in the snow: "Tod is a 7 month old chow chow born with a birth defect called ‘sever hip dysplacia’. Long story short, by the time he turns 1, he wont be able to walk, run, let alone play. This condition presents us with two options: 1: is to put him down ( which I refuse to do) 2: let him go through a very specialized surgery. The surgery however, will cost around $8000. So I am humbly asking you to donate anything. Anything would be greatly appreciated. (sic)"

Although the post only went up a few hours ago, the target has already been met and C.J is planning to use the rest of the money raised to fund Tod’s rehabilitation.

He said in a video: "Words can’t describe how amazing it is to wake up and see that we’ve reached the goal and then some. The extra money is actually going to go to his rehabilitation and his physical therapy, which he’s going to need a lot. Thank you guys so so much for making my birthday wishes come true."

Despite the 22-year-old singer supposedly making an estimated $56 million last year, C.J didn’t feel it was right to ask the pop star for money because he has "nothing to do with the situation" and the defect was only discovered recently.

He wrote on his Facebook account that his family had "adopted" the dog and he "did not ask Justin for money because he has nothing to do with the situation."

However, Justin is no stranger to giving up his pets as he previously took on a monkey, hamster and a snake and then dismissed them within the first few months.

Justin Bieber ‘is trying to block release of deposition video’

Justin Bieber is reportedly trying to block the release of his deposition video.

The on-screen evidence relates to a case brought against the 22-year-old pop star by his neighbour, who has accused Justin of egging his house and spitting on him back in 2014.

Lawyers for the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker believe that the release of the video could create an unwelcome storm around Justin, who recently courted controversy when he lashed out at a fan in Barcelona, Spain, after he reached into his car and tried to grab him.

The singer-songwriter has already paid $90,000 for the egging damage, but has refuted the allegation that he caused emotional distress to his neighbour, according to TMZ.

Earlier this month, meanwhile, PETA President Ingrid Newkirk branded Justin as "self-absorbed" and guilty of causing "needless suffering" to animals after he stepped out in West Hollywood wearing a fur coat.

The Canadian star was spotted wearing the animal pelt winter coat and whilst it was unknown whether or not the coat was real or faux just by looking at it, video footage of the star emerging from Hyde night club shows Justin confirming the coat is authentic fur.

Asked if it was real fur, Justin said: "Hell yeah it’s f***ing real!"

But Justin’s actions subsequently drew criticism from Ingrid, who is the head of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

Ingrid said: "I sometimes think that Justin Bieber needs a brain scan, as I suspect his mirror neurons – the seat of empathy – are underdeveloped or undeveloped, given that he acts like a self-absorbed, childish show-off.

"He seems incapable of seeing how his buying habits cause needless suffering to animals, such as baby tigers, baby monkeys, and wild coyotes.

"Animal groups are tired of having to clean up after him, from the abandoned baby monkey in Germany (now rescued) to the abusive zoo in Canada (now closed) to having to run ads explaining the horrible ways in which animals die for fur."

PETA President slams ‘self-absorbed’ Justin Bieber for wearing fur coat

PETA President Ingrid Newkirk has branded Justin Bieber as "self-absorbed" and guilty of causing "needless suffering" to animals after he stepped out in West Hollywood wearing a fur coat.

The 22-year-old pop superstar was spotted wearing the animal pelt winter coat on Monday (12.19.16), and whilst it was unknown whether or not the coat was real or faux just by looking at it, video footage of the star emerging from Hyde night club shows Justin confirming the coat is authentic fur.

Asked if it was real fur, the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker said: "Hell yeah it’s f***ing real!"

Now, the 67-year-old animal rights activist – who is the head of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) – has slammed the pop sensation for his irresponsible fashion choice, labeling him as a "childish show-off".

Newkirk has also criticized Justin for his past actions when it comes to his choice of exotic pets.

In a statement released to GossipCop.com, she said: "I sometimes think that Justin Bieber needs a brain scan, as I suspect his mirror neurons – the seat of empathy – are underdeveloped or undeveloped, given that he acts like a self-absorbed, childish showoff.

As of yet, Justin has not responded to Ingrid’s statement, nor has he given any further comment on his choice of coat.

Scooter Braun challenges Piers Morgan to match Cruz Beckham’s charity cash

Scooter Braun has challenged Piers Morgan to match whatever Cruz Beckham raises for charity from the sales of his new debut song ‘If Everyday Was Christmas’.

The ‘Good Morning Britain’ presenter has lashed out at the 11-year-old singer’s parents David and Victoria Beckham for pushing the youngster into fame by allowing him to drop his catchy Christmas carol on Wednesday (07.12.16) to raise cash for charity.

But, although the power couple are refusing to dignify the journalist’s harsh words with a response, Cruz’s manager has jumped to his defence and asked the former ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ judge to dig deep and double the money raised from the single.

Taking to his Twitter account, Scooter – who represents Justin Bieber – said: "He is an 11 year old who wanted to make a song to help other kids. Once again Piers shows why he is a jackass and why his show was cancelled … Some people in this world make a living out of finding the worst in every situation. It means they have a career..not class. Just a career

"@piersmorgan how about you match him dollar for dollar to the charity? Instead of criticizing step up and help these kids the way Cruz is …. @piersmorgan I will take that as a no…no u won’t support charity like an 11 year old will. But u can judge kids when u get paid on BGT?

"@piersmorgan please answer my question and stop dodging with bs. Will u match his donation to charity? Or continue to be a hypocrite?

"ALL Proceeds to charity. Good on you young man. Give back. Happy to support. (sic)"

He then concluded his rant at Piers by branding him a "bully" and encouraged him to take a leaf out of Cruz’s book by being "hard on himself" rather than "on others".

Sofia Richie: Twitter is ‘crazy’

Sofia Richie thinks social media is "crazy".

The 18-year-old model recently signed up to Twitter and has already received nasty comments from other users.

She told the new issue of Complex magazine: "This s**t is crazy! I was laughing about my life, like, oh my god, people are so psychotic. Some girl I don’t even know commented on my picture a week ago, ‘You should go kill yourself.’ I just had to say something. I commented back, ‘I just want to understand the sadness in your heart.’

"A lot of people say they know me and my life, but no one really does. Except for, like, my family and Bronte. It’s frustrating. My whole thing is I’m trying to spread love to everyone. Some people don’t see that, but I really am trying to spread positivity to people."

The blonde beauty – who is the daughter of Lionel Richie – took to Twitter in late November to announce her arrival.

She wrote: "Just a bit late to the twitter game (sic)."

And sharing a photo of her first tweet on Instagram, she captioned the picture: "Just a bit late but hi twitter (sic)."

And Sofia only knows too well about how to deal with online critics after her ex Justin Bieber shut down his Instagram account when fans sent him nasty messages about his then-girlfriend Sofia.

He said at the time: "I’m gonna make my Instagram private if you guys don’t stop the hate this is getting out of hand, if you guys are really fans you wouldn’t be so mean to people that I like. (sic)"

The comment started a public spat with Justin’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez, who fired back: "If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol – it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you (sic)."

Justin Bieber ‘not looking’ for romance

Justin Bieber’s "not really looking" for a relationship.

The 22-year-old singer has dated the likes of Selena Gomez and Hailey Baldwin in the past, but has said he’s currently "single" and isn’t on the lookout for his next romantic partner.

Speaking on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ on Monday (12.05.16), the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker said: "I am not dating anybody. Single. I’m not really looking either."

Ellen, 58, then asked the Canadian heartthrob if he had ever used dating apps such as Tinder to find himself a date whilst on his long tours, to which he said no.

And the blonde hunk also said he wouldn’t even be curious to try out the app, as whilst he does find it lonely on tour he combats it by bringing his pet dog Todd with him.

Whilst Justin might not be concerned with finding himself a girlfriend just yet, he isn’t ruling out the company of women all together as he is recently reported to have posted an advert on social media calling for eight women to party with him during his stay in Prague, Czech Republic, as part of the ‘Purpose World Tour’.

The post read: "Eight pretty girls for a dinner and party with Justin B in Prague. It is not paid. If you’re interested, message me quickly. I will let the chosen ones know the place and the time. You need to be there in one hour, behave well and speak English!"

The chosen girls, who are believed to include law student Anna, Denisa, a model named Michaela and a nursery school teacher Hanka, revealed Justin’s plea was to allow other people to have a "pleasant experience", but they said a confidentiality agreement was in place forbidding his guests from speaking about the spontaneous evening.

Anna said: "You think that he chose the girls to enjoy the night with them, but he wanted to give someone else a pleasant experience. He talked to us as a normal person would. (sic)"
