David Haye taught Justin Bieber how to box

David Haye taught Justin Bieber how to box.

The former world heavyweight champion encouraged the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker to take part in a training session at his Hayemaker gym in London, which has since closed down, five years ago in order to teach him how to throw a left hook and a vicious jab.

Speaking as part of Vauxhall’s ‘Great British Legends’ series, he explained: "I did a TV show where I had Justin Bieber on it. He was cool, he was young. It was a while back. It was about five years ago. I brought him down to my gym and gave him a training session. I interviewed him whilst training."

And the 35-year-old professional boxer’s tips and tricks obviously stuck with the handsome pop star as he took on his friend Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather Jnr two years ago in Las Vegas.

The 22-year-old singer stripped down to his white basketball shorts as he lunged at the 39-year-old retired boxing legend, who was holding hand pads as part of a training session.

The pair have been friends for a good few years and Justin – who has earned himself the nickname ‘Moneybags’ by the athlete – even walked to the ring with Floyd ahead of his super-fight against Manny Pacquiao last May.

However, 50 Cent – whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III – believes Floyd is only friends with Justin because his daughters Iyanna, 16, and Jirah, 12, are "huge fans" of Justin.

He said previously: "Really, it’s about Iyanna. His youngest daughter’s such a huge Justin Bieber fan."

Justin Bieber has deleted his Instagram account.

The 22-year-old singer’s fans – known as Beliebers – have been left devastated after the star axed his social media account just hours after threatening to make it private if supporters didn’t stop trolling his reported new girlfriend Sofia Richie, 17.

After warning his fans, he set his account to private before restoring it to the public setting so supporters could see his pictures again but he then removed it completely.

When fans try to access his Instagram – which had 77.8 million followers on – a message now pops up reading: "Sorry, this page isn’t available.

"The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Go back to Instagram."

Following Justin’s threat to set his account to private if fans didn’t stop hitting out at Sofia, his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez weighed in on the drama.

She wrote: "If you can’t handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol – it should be special between you two only. Don’t be mad at your fans. They love you (sic)."

An unhappy Justin replied: "It’s funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way. Sad. All love. I’m not one for anyone receiving hate. Hope u all can be kind to my friends and each other. And yes I love my beliebers (sic)."

Selena then accused Justin of cheating during their on/off relationship, and he reportedly replied: "I cheated…Oh and I forgot about you and Zayn (sic)," which is believed to refer to former One Direction singer Zayn Malik.

Speaking about Zayn – who is currently romancing Gigi Hadid – Selena has previously said: "If he had asked me out on a date, I would be seen with him. Just kidding, but not kidding."

Selena Gomez’s ideal man

Selena Gomez wants to date a "low key" actor.

The ‘Hands To Myself’ hitmaker – who enjoyed a very public on/off relationship with Justin Bieber – has revealed she’d like to settle down with someone whose a little less famous but admits those kind of guys are "terrified" of her.

She told Australia’s Vogue magazine: "I think people would think it’s kind of dumb [to date me]. Nobody would want to throw themselves into that situation where it was so heightened publicly, like, why would they?

"[I’d like a] low-key actor, writer or producer but those kind of guys are terrified of me!"

Meanwhile, the 24-year-old singer previously admitted she is "so done" with her ex-boyfriend but insists she still cares about his "health and well-being".

She said: "At first I didn’t care. To me it was: I’m 18, I have a boyfriend, we look cute together, we like that. Then I got my heart broken and I cared. Because people had no idea what was going on, but everywhere it was a million different things. I was kind of in a corner, banging my head against the wall. I didn’t know where to go.

"I’m so exhausted [by the constant references to him]. I honestly am so done. I care about his health and well-being. But I can’t do it anymore."

And Selena finds it difficult thinking that a potential date might have googled her before they went out.

She added: "I hate it. It’s hard and I’m weirded out by the idea that a guy has googled me before we meet, and that has happened. I feel like I look 16 sometimes, which is a bummer because I would love to date older guys."

James Corden to welcome Britney Spears to Carpool Karaoke

Britney Spears is to join James Corden on Carpool Karaoke for a drive-along sing-along

The 34-year-old singer is believed to be the next big star to join the ‘Late Late Show’ host on the popular segment on his hit US late night television show.

According to the New York Post newspaper, Britney is keen to do the segment to promote her upcoming new album ‘Glory’ – which is her first LP since 2013’s ‘Britney Jean’ and comes out on August 26.

The ‘Make Me’ hitmaker will follow in the footsteps of Justin Bieber, Adele, Sir Elton John, Stevie Wonder and many more who have been on the ride with the British funnyman and belted out their biggest hits.

It comes after James, 37, revealed Kanye West had turned down the chance twice to appear on the show and that he is currently doing everything he can to secure Beyoncé.

On the ‘Famous’ rapper bailing on him, he said: "Kanye has been booked to do [it] twice now but both times something came up. "He’ll do it eventually… He wants to do it."

And on his plans to get the ‘Hold Up’ hitmaker on board, he said: "It would break the internet. She’s on tour right now. We’re working on it."

Britney dropped the first single ‘Make Me’ on 15 July, and it debuted at number 17 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, becoming her 34th Hot 100 entry and her sixth-highest charting debut tying with her first ever track "…Baby One More Time" released back in 1998.

She has repeatedly teased that several of the tunes on the album have a "new" sound for her.

Kanye West bailed on James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke twice

James Corden says Kanye West has pulled out of doing Carpool Karaoke twice.

The ‘Late Late Show’ host is determined to get the ‘Famous’ hitmaker to appear on the popular segment on his US late night television show and says the 38-year-old rapper is keen to make it happen "eventually".

In an interview with Britain’s GQ magazine, he said: "Kanye has been booked to do [it] twice now but both times something came up. "He’ll do it eventually… He wants to do it."

Meanwhile, the 37-year-old comedian has set his sights on having R&B superstar Beyonce join him in the car to perform some of her biggest hits.

He said: "It would break the internet. She’s on tour right now. We’re working on it."

Justin Bieber, Coldplay, One Direction, Adele, Stevie Wonder and One Direction have all had their turn.

And James previously admitted doing Carpool Karaoke with Sir Elton John was worth "hundreds of thousands of dollars".

He said: "We did ‘Crocodile Rock,’ and it’s flamboyant.

"To sing ‘Tiny Dancer’ with Elton John in a car, you just think: If this was an auction prize, it would go for hundreds of thousands of dollars. I feel lucky every time I get in the car with any of these people who I just really admire and respect."

And the British funnyman thinks his carpool guests have an equally nice time belting out their back catalogues.

Discussing Chris Martin’s recent appearance, he said:

"After every song he was like, ‘Oh, I haven’t heard that for ages!’ Or, ‘It brings me back to where I wrote this!.

"It’s actually quite a lovely thing for them to reminisce; they hear their whole career in eight songs."

James feels the segment shows a very different side to his guests.

He said: "There’s an ease and an intimacy to it where you’d never ever see stars quite so unguarded.

"I’m different from when I’m doing the show when there’s an audience of 200. Seeing a huge megastar sing their hits in the same environment that you and I sing on our way to work — it’s humanising."

Speaking on ‘Rove and Sam’ on Australia’s 2DayFM, she said: "We do that a lot.

"[My kids] are addicted to it, they’re constantly talking about it, and I’m introduced to these new Pokémon everyday.

"They got me to go shopping all over the mall to look for Pokémons. I was like, ‘Well you know what, it’s summer we have nothing to do today, let’s go look for Pokémon!’"

Britney is not the only star to become obsessed with the game, Justin Bieber recently joined dozens of other people in New York’s Central Park as they tried to catch a rare Pokémon.

Justin Bieber taunts Taylor Swift

Justin Bieber has taunted Taylor Swift on Instagram.

The 22-year-old singer posted a picture of himself on a video call with Taylor’s ex Calvin Harris and Kanye West, who she is embroiled in a public feud with, and captioned the image: "Taylor swift what up (sic)."

Both Calvin and Kanye are smiling in the picture and no doubt all three had plenty to talk about.

Taylor, 26, reportedly was not impressed with Justin’s on/off relationship with her best pal Selena Gomez, 24, from 2011 to 2014 and it has been claimed that she urged Selena to dump him.

And Calvin, 32, would have had plenty to say after his bitter break-up with Taylor in May and her subsequent new relationship with Tom Hiddleston.

He also recently slammed his former lover in a lengthy Twitter rant after it emerged she had secretly written his song ‘This Is What You Came For’, blasting her and her team for "going out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage."

He added: "I figure if you’re happy in your new relationship you should focus on that instead of trying to tear your ex bf down for something to do.

"I know you’re off tour and you need someone new to try and bury like Katy [Perry] ETC but I’m not that guy, sorry. I won’t allow it. Please focus on the positive aspects of YOUR life because you’ve earned a great one. God bless everyone have a beautiful day."

Kanye has recently been involved in a huge public spat with Taylor over his controversial single ‘Famous’, after she claimed she didn’t give him permission to sing about her.

However, his wife Kim Kardashian West decided to leak a series of videos on Snapchat which featured the rapper on the phone to Taylor discussing the controversial lyrics and she appeared to give it the go-ahead.
