Justin Bieber settles paparazzi lawsuit

Justin Bieber has settled a lawsuit with a member of the paparazzi.
The ‘What Do You Mean’ hitmaker was accused of kicking and punching photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran in 2012 whilst outside a shopping centre in Southern California with his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez.
Duran claims the star was leaving the shopping mall in Calabasas, California when he attacked the photographer, kicking him in the stomach and punching him in the face.
In 2013, he sued the 22-year-old singer, claiming he was left with severe emotional distress as a result of the incident.
But the case has reportedly now been settled with the trial, which was due to take place presently, now cancelled.
Meanwhile, only last month, Justin was ordered to be available to give a statement to a Florida court to fight another lawsuit surrounding a member of the paparazzi.
The singer’s bodyguard has been accused of chasing a Florida photographer, Manuel Munoz, down a busy street and causing him to injure himself as he tried to take a picture of the singer leaving a nightclub in early 2014.
And whilst Justin insisted he couldn’t be available because of another lawsuit and his ‘Purpose’ world tour, Judge Jerald Bagley insisted he give evidence in Florida before July 31.
Munoz’s lawyer, Mark DiCowden, said: "The judge understands Bieber is making it hard on us."
It is thought Justin had suggested two dates last month but they were not convenient for Munoz’s team.

Selena Gomez agrees to date with Roman Kemp

Selena Gomez has reportedly accepted a date with Martin Kemp’s son Roman.
The 23-year-old pop beauty was recently interviewed by the DJ for his new Capital FM show and Roman – the son of Spandau Ballet’s Martin Kemp and his wife Shirlie Holliman, who was one half of Pepsi & Shirlie – has revealed they are set to get together the next time she is in London for a pizza.
Roman, also 23, shared: "I’ve invited her out for pizza and she seems to think that it’s going to happen when she comes back on tour so we’ll see."
Roman revealed he was completely blown away by Selena’s beauty when they first met.
He told The Sun Online: "I’ve got a huge crush on Selena Gomez. When she came into the studio, I was like, ‘Oh my god!’
"She’s one of those people that you see so much on TV and stuff, and then she’s even more stunning in real life."
However, Roman admitted a romance with Selena could prove awkward because of his friendship with Justin Bieber, who was involved in a high-profile relationship with the ‘Same Old Love’ hitmaker.
He explained: "It’s a bit awkward because I’m mates with the Biebs, so I can’t do that. It’s bro code. I wouldn’t want to run the risk of offending him. I stick to the bro code but it would be very difficult with Selena."

Charlie Puth slams Justin Bieber

Charlie Puth slammed Justin Bieber during a show on Friday (03.11.16).
The 24-year-old singer shouted "F**k you Justin Bieber" in the middle of a rendition of his song ‘We Don’t Talk Anymore’ – which features the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez – sparking cheers from the audience.
Charlie – who wasn’t joined by Selena at the show – later took to his Twitter account to apologize and insisted he is a "massive" fan of Justin.
However, he deleted the remarks shortly afterwards.
He wrote: "Hey everyone. I feel like I need to clear something up.
"What I said at the concert last night about Justin was meant to be a joke. However… The way it was said mid song did not sound like one.
"I am a massive @JustinBieber fan and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his music always.(sic)"
The ‘Marvin Gaye’ hitmaker previously appeared to take a swipe at Justin for "mistreating" Selena.
He said: "I care a lot about that girl. She was really mistreated in the past and now I’m out spreading the good word."
However, Charlie also insisted he and the brunette beauty are just friends and he isn’t interested in her romantically.
Asked if he wants to be more than just friends with Selena, he said: "Oh no, she’s my friend. I consider her my musical collaborator.
"The best thing about Selena is that, when she’s being nice, it’s not an act at all. She’s really being genuine, that’s why I like her so much."

Selena Gomez leads Kids’ Choice Award nominations

Selena Gomez leads the individual nominations at the 2016 Kids’ Choice Awards with four.

The 23-year-old star’s work on ‘Hotel Transylvania 2’ has earned her a nod for Favorite Voice From an Animated Movie, while she joins Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift in picking up another three nominations in the musical category.

The trio will be doing battle against one another in the Favorite Collaboration category.

Taylor’s ‘Bad Blood’ – which features Kendrick Lamar – is up for the award, as is ‘Good For You’, which is by Selena feat. A$AP Rocky, and Justin’s track with Skrillex and Diplo, ‘Where Are U Now’. The three songs face competition from ‘Downtown’, by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis feat. Eric Nally, Melle Mel, Kool Moe Dee and Grandmaster Caz, ‘Like I’m Gonna Lose You’ by Meghan Trainor feat. John Legend, and Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth’s track ‘See You Again’, to scoop the award on March 12.

Additionally, ‘Bad Blood’ is also up for Favorite Song of the Year, as is Justin’s ‘What Do You Mean?’, while Taylor and Selena will also contest alongside Adele, Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor and Nicki Minaj for the Favorite Female Singer category.

Justin’s third nomination is for Favorite Male Singer, but he faces competition from Blake Shelton – who will host the Kids’ Choice Awards – Drake, Ed Sheeran, Nick Jonas and The Weeknd for the accolade.

But even if he doesn’t win, the 22-year-old star is ”excited and honoured” just to be nominated.

He told The Hollywood Reporter: ”I’m so excited and honoured to be nominated for another three Kids’ Choice Awards.

”I have the best fans in the world; thank you all so much. And thanks to Nickelodeon for all the love and support over the years.”

Elsewhere, in the TV categories, the stars of ‘Modern Family’ and ‘The Big Bang Theory’ have helped both shows pick up four nominations, including nods in the Favorite Family TV Show category.

Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki will contest for Favorite Male TV Star – Family Show alongside ‘Modern Family’s Rico Rodriguez, as well as ‘Black-ish’ star Anthony Anderson, Ben McKenzie from ‘Gotham’, and ‘The Flash’ actor Grant Gustin.

‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ – which is up for Favorite Movie – scored an impressive three nods in the Favorite Movie Actor category, with its stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and Robert Downey Jr. battling it out for the award, alongside ‘Jurassic World’ actor Chris Pratt, John Boyega, who played Finn in ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’, and ‘Daddy’s Home’ star Will Ferrell.

‘Avengers’ actress Scarlett Johansson also scored a nod for her role in the Marvel adventure, in the Favorite Movie Actress category alongside Anna Kendrick, Daisy Ridley, Jennifer Lawrence, Lily James, and Rebel Wilson.

The awards will be handed out in a ceremony televised live on Nickelodeon from the Forum in Inglewood, California.

Justin Bieber had ‘best time’ doing community service

Justin Bieber had the ”best time” doing community service.

The 21-year-old star was sentenced to 40 hours of labour in July 2014 after pelting a Californian neighbour’s home with eggs but insisted it ”felt good” to be helping people out by creating an area for children to play in.

He explained: ”I built a plastic playground for these little kids.

”I was pretty hidden away. Usually you have to do it in the street but they didn’t make me. I was painting, listening to music and having the best time.

”There were families there, and I got to meet a lot of people who were happy to see me. That felt good. Like I wasn’t just doing it because I did something stupid.”

However, the ‘Sorry’ singer – who allegedly caused thousands of dollars worth of damage by throwing eggs at the house – admitted he thinks the charges are silly.

He joked: ”I think I’m the first person with a felony egg charge. Right now I’m on probation from an egg charge.”

But Justin – who releases his new album ‘Purpose’ today (11.13.15) – believes his ”wholesome” image as a youngster caused his rebellious streak, during which the eggy incident occurred.

He told NME magazine: ”It’s because of the way the ‘Justin Bieber brand’ was portrayed. I was a wholesome pop star who was so amazing who had nice hair and a f***ing image that no one could ever live up to. So when all this happened people were like, ‘Woah, let’s rip him apart.’ ”

Justin Bieber storms off stage

Justin Bieber stormed off stage during a TV appearance on Thursday (10.29.15).

The 21-year-old singer was preparing to start his performance on the Norwegian show when a fan on the front row spilled something on stage.

Justin tried to mop up the liquid, but the crowd blocked him from doing so and failed to listen to his pleas for them to stand back – so he walked off stage and declared he wouldn’t do the show.

The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker – who walked out of a radio interview in Spain on Wednesday (10.28.15) – later blamed his response on having a ”rough week” of long days and being underslept and promised to ”work on” getting better at reacting calmly to things.

He posted on Instagram: ”Sadly it’s Been a rough week for me, long days no sleep, while having to be ”on” as they would say for cameras fans etc.

”In no way did I mean to come across mean, but chose to end the show as the people in the front row would not listen.

”Hopefully people will understand where I am coming from.

”I don’t always handle things the right way but I’m human and I’m working on getting better at responding not reacting. ”

And Justin also apologized for his antics.

He added: ”Unfortunately people were affected by this as am I. For the people in the back I am so sorry and for anyone I may have disappointed im sorry.

”Sorry for wasting the tv people’s time I’ll be sure to make it up to you next time on tour.. With love Justin.(sic)”

Justin Bieber is ‘done apologising’ for his mistakes

Justin Bieber is done with apologising for his mistakes.

The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker has been arrested twice, run into legal battles among many other mishaps at just 21, but can understand why people would criticise him for his errors, but at the same time, he thinks they don’t realise how being a teenager and growing up in the spotlight makes things much more intensified.

He said: ”The fact that people weren’t open to me making mistakes was almost really hypocritical, because we all know, if you’re 19 and 20 and making mistakes – of course I have access to a lot more stuff and I’m under a microscope, I got cameras on me all the time. So I understand, but I’m done really apologising.”

The 21-year-old star – who will release his new LP ‘Purpose’ on November 13 – also discussed how he copes with being scrutinised and said he just remains ”neutral” and tries not let it worry him.

Speaking to Nick Grimshaw on BBC Radio One on Tuesday (27.10.15) Bieber added: ”If you are so invested in people loving you, then when people start hating you, you’re going to die by the hate.

”So I try just to be neutral, understand, like – yeah I have amazing fans, and of course I love them and it’s an awesome relationship, but not to be so invested to the point where, if this person doesn’t like me, that’s not going to be the be-all and end-all.

”Or if I see something in the tabloids I’m like, you know what? It sucks that they gotta say that, but I’m going to still drink my beer.”

Justin Bieber’s former home is up for rent at $13,000 per month.

The ‘What Do You Mean?’ hitmaker lived at the futuristic mansion in Atlanta, Georgia for three months in 2014 and it has now been put on the rental market.

Justin’s producer friend Dallas Austin owns the home, which has also hosted stars including Lenny Kravitz and was featured in movies such as ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting’.

Angela Beck of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty said: ”This is an extraordinary property – there is nothing else like it in Atlanta.

”It’s a modern masterpiece that has been the temporary residence of many celebrities and the backdrop of several well-known films.

”The property features an infinity pool that can be viewed through a glass wall in the media room and a carved-out nook for children or adults looking for a secluded getaway.

”It has an out-of-this-world atmosphere – it transcends the norm.”

The four-bedroom home features a bar, Zen garden and infinity pool.

Justin Bieber has a new girlfriend.

The ‘What Do You Mean’ singer admits there are certain situations he is shy of because he is ”scarred” from his relationship with Selena Gomez – who he had an on/off romance with between 2011 until 2014 – and how she reacted to certain situations.

Asked if he thinks he’ll compare all his future relationships to what he had with Selena, he said: ”Yeah. You get scarred from certain things. Even like — I’m kind of seeing this girl, right? I’m shy about doing or saying certain things, and then I say it and it’s not even a problem.

”And I’ll remember when I couldn’t…. You’re just scarred and you don’t do something because in your last relationship they’d freak out, but [the new person is] just like, ‘What are you talking about?’ ”

The 21-year-old star also revealed he used to live with Selena and thinks their relationship hit the rocks because it was so intense.

He explained to the new issue of Complex magazine: ”I moved in with my girlfriend when I was 18. Started my own life with her. It was a marriage kind of thing.

”Living with a girl, it was just too much at that age. But we were so in love. Nothing else mattered.

”We were all about each other. But when it’s like that and you get your value from that, people will always disappoint you. Your girl or your dude, they’re always going to disappoint you.

”Your full identity can’t be in that person. My identity was in her. Her identity was in me.

”When stuff would happen, I would lose my freakin’ mind, and she would lose her mind, and we would fight so hard because we were so invested in each other.”

Justin Bieber’s date with ex-Playboy model

Justin Bieber has been seen getting close to a former Playboy model.

The ‘Confident’ hitmaker was seen dining and dancing with Moldovan beauty Xenia Deli in Los Angeles on Friday (08.21.15), following the wrap of his music video for ‘What Do You Mean?’ in which he recruited her to star.

Fans watched on as he serenaded her on a piano, joking to the growing crowd: ”I’ll be here all weekend.”

The pair also seemed to hold hands at one point, according to The Sun newspaper.

Meanwhile, the 21-year-old star previously revealed he was focusing on family rather than relationships.

He said last month: ”[I have] no girlfriend at the moment, no. I’m single. My love? My love today is my little brother. He’s staying with me for the next week. So he’s my love right now.”

And Justin also revealed he enjoys cooking for breakfast for his girlfriends.

He shared: ”I cook breakfast, and that’s pretty much it. For myself or if I have a girl. I made breakfast for my little brother the other day, some eggs, pancakes, and bacon. Simple.”

In the past, Justin enjoyed an on/off relationship with Selena Gomez and has been romantically linked to the likes of Hailey Baldwin and Kendall Jenner in the past.
