Justin Bieber placed on two years probation

Justin Bieber has been placed on two years probation and ordered to seek anger management.

The 20-year-old star, who pleaded no contest to misdemeanor vandalism charges on Wednesday (07.09.14) for egging his former neighbor’s house in Calabasas, California in January, must attend 12 weeks of classes with a minimum of one every week, and must pay the victim $80,900 for causing ”an incredible amount of damage,” as part of his deal with prosecutors to avoid jail.

The ‘Confident’ hitmaker, who was not required to attend the Superior Court hearing in Van Nuys, California, was also ordered to perform five days of community service, such as picking up rubbish or graffiti removal, according to CNN.

In a written statement after the hearing, a spokesperson for the star said: ”Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music.”

The victim previously submitted estimates suggesting the Canadian star, who was captured on video during the incident, had caused $20,000 worth of damage to his house because a large portion of the property needed to be re-plastered, but the judge said that cost of the repairs actually exceeded $80,000, adding: ”The house is a dream house.”

Following months of tension between him and his neighbors, Justin sold his mansion in the gated community to Khloé Kardashian, 30, in March, but the singer was also slapped with a restraining order, instructing him to stay 100 yards away from the former neighbor and his family.

Meanwhile, the ‘Baby’ hitmaker is reportedly still in talks to reach a plea deal with prosecutors in Miami to avoid a trial in relation to his Driving Under the Influence (DUI), resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver’s license charges stemming from his arrest there in January.

Justin Bieber sung at his manager’s wedding at the weekend.

The 20-year-old star broke out into The Beatles’ ‘All You Need Is Love’ as Scooter Braun – who discovered the ‘Baby’ hitmaker when he was just a teenager and has guided him ever since – tied the knot with charity boss Yael Cohen in Whistler, Canada, on Saturday (07.04.14).

Later on in the ceremony, Justin took to the stage again, but this time with Carly Rae Jepsen, 28, to perform a rendition of her hit ‘Call Me Maybe’, according to TMZ.

Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson, Sophia Bush and Ed Sheeran also attended the star-studded ceremony.

Meanwhile, Justin made sure his fans were kept up-to-date throughout the day by posting photographs from the romantic nuptials on Instagram.

Scooter, 33, proposed to the blonde beauty – who is the CEO of F**k Cancer, which she founded after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009 – in January and announced the happy news on his Twitter account.

He tweeted at the time: ”loving 2014. Luckiest guy in the world (sic).”

Yael simply posted a picture of a neon writing which spelled ”yes”, which she accompanied with the caption: ”2014, I like you.”

Justin Bieber involved in car crash

Justin Bieber was involved in a car crash on Tuesday (06.24.14).

The 20-year-old star was traveling in an Escalade when it was reportedly hit by a BMW that was pulling out of a parking garage near Bouchon restaurant in Beverly Hills, California at approximately 2 p.m., but no one was injured.

An eyewitness told gossip website TMZ.com that the ‘Confident’ hitmaker – who wasn’t behind the wheel – was unfazed by the collision and almost immediately jumped out of the SVU and into another vehicle to continue his journey.

The source said that Justin’s Escalade was being chased by a paparazzo at the time of the incident and the BMW misjudged the speed it was traveling at before smashing into it.

The Canadian star recently moved into two new rental properties in the upmarket neighborhood, and it was previously reported that police have been called to his apartments twice already because of his alleged partying.

Justin has rekindled his on-again, off-again relationship with Selena Gomez, whom he first started dating in 2010, but the 21-year-old beauty wants to take their romance slowly this time.

A source said: ”She still loves him. It is hard for her to get over him, because they have so much history.

”You just can’t drop those feelings. There is too much there.”

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez attended a bible study class together on Wednesday.

The newly-reunited couple appeared ”smitten” with one another at the session at City Church in Los Angeles, where they sat quietly with friends and listened to a sermon from Pastor Judah Smith.

A source told Us Weekly: ”They were very lovey dovey and cute. They came and left together with a few friends

”They sat next to each other and listened to the sermon and were smitten with each other.”

And it seems the sessions have been having a positive effect on Justin, following months of controversial antics.

The source added: ”He looks so happy and at peace.”

The 20-year-old singer won back the ‘Come and Get It’ star – who he has had an on/off romance with since 2010 – after vowing to curb his wild ways and even change his friendship group.

A source told The Sun newspaper: ”He told her he can’t live without her and that he’s reformed his bad boy ways for good.

”He’s ditched a few of the troublesome characters he’s been hanging out with after advice from his management.

”And Selena thinks he’s being genuine and given Justin another chance.

And as a symbol of his new direction, Justin presented Selena with a £6,000 Segway at his Beverly Hills home so they can have ”good, clean fun” together.

The source added: ”It was when she agreed to go to his house that he gave her the new, shiny Segway.

”He thought a Segway would be a chance to prove they can have good, clean fun together, and she thought that was a really sweet touch.”

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are back together.

The 20-year-old singer and the ‘Come & Get It’ hitmaker, 21, have rekindled their romance after they spent the day riding around Los Angeles on a three-wheeled motorcycle and getting cosy at their friend Alfredo Flores’ birthday party on Monday (06.16.14).

A source told Us Magazine: ”Justin and Selena are definitely full-on back together at the moment. They spent all day riding together on a Can-Am Spyder on Sunset Boulevard … Justin drove while Selena sat on the back holding on to [him]. He was incredibly sweet with her and they looked super happy and in love.”

However, one pal believes it won’t be long before the couple – who have been on/off for three years – call time on their romance again.

The insider close to Justin explained: ”It is always on and off. Same story, every other week, every year. Now they are together again, next week they won’t be. They never stop talking, even when you don’t see them together — that never changes. They fight, take a break, and then get back together.”

Meanwhile, Justin sparked speculation he and Selena had patched things up last week when he posted an intimate picture of them together on Instagram, along with the caption, ”Our love is unconditional”, before quickly deleting the snap.

The brunette beauty, who sought treatment in rehab in January, previously reunited with the ‘Baby’ singer in March, but they split a few weeks later amid rumors she was jealous of his friendship with reality TV star Kylie Jenner, 16.

Justin Bieber’s robbery case rejected

Justin Bieber will not be prosecuted for allegedly stealing a woman’s phone.

The 20-year-old singer was accused of snatching the device at a mini-golf complex in the San Fernando Valley, California last month, but the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office has officially rejected the case due to a ”lack of evidence,” according to gossip website TMZ.com.

The L.A. County District Attorney (D.A.) referred the case to the city attorney for misdemeanor consideration last week after they decided that the ‘Confident’ singer should not face felony charges because nine witnesses said the woman made up the alleged robbery.

The woman claimed at the time that Justin demanded to see her phone so he could delete pictures he believed she had taken of him, but when she refused, he grabbed it from her bag.

She said she began ”wrestling” with the star for the phone and although he allegedly ”ripped it out of her hands” he wasn’t able to access the pictures because the phone was locked.

Justin was said to have demanded she unlock it and she proved she hadn’t taken any photographs, before he allegedly ”screamed” at her and upset her 13-year-old daughter.

Justin previously denied the incident ever happened on Twitter, writing: ”It is hard to defend myself and my privacy every moment of the day. Then to see rumors. The truth will set u free. (sic)”

He then continued: ”My mom raised me to be kind to others. I get judged, harassed, and I try to take the high road. Sometimes it isn’t easy. But we keep trying…

”I will continue to be the man my mother raised. I love people and I will try to be kind even when things are not fair. Don’t believe rumors…(sic)”

Justin Bieber flirts with model on Instagram

Justin Bieber has been flirting with model Yovanna Ventura on Instagram.

The 20-year-old star is rumoured to be dating the 18-year-old beauty and despite her referring to him as her ”amigo”, which means friend in Spanish, he appears to have been flirting with her on the picture sharing site.

Yovanna posted an image of herself trying on a figure hugging black dress for her high school prom and Justin later copied the image onto his own account adding the caption: ”I see you in that Dolce Dress. Glad u had fun. 🙂 (sic).”

When the ‘Boyfriend’ hitmakers’ rumoured love interest spotted her picture on his account she decided to return the compliment by posting a shot of him in a smart tailored suit at the Cannes film festival in France last week stating that he was her crush of the day.

She wrote: ”#mcm [man crush Monday] looking great in that suit (sic).”

Although Justin – who split from his on-again-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez earlier this year – didn’t accompany Yovanna to her senior high school prom in Miami, the pair were reportedly seen ”acting like a couple” after attending the boxer Floyd Mayweather’s fight in Las Vegas earlier this month.

The brunette model posted a picture of herself and her rumoured love interest on Instagram following the event with the caption: ”#lp #mayweather w’ mi amigo @justinbieber (sic).”

Justin Bieber reportedly called a woman a ”b***h” for trying to take his picture.

The ‘Believe’ hitmaker got into an altercation with Melinda Giel-Murray at Circle K Stables in Burbank, California on Monday (05.12.14), just hours before he allegedly tried to take a woman’s phone at a mini-golf course.

Melinda told TMZ she was at the stables with her horse when the 20-year-old star arrived to go riding, and as soon as she pulled out her camera, Justin freaked out.

In video footage, he can be heard pointing out Melinda and saying: ”…that b***h over there”.

The rider went on to say four of the star’s security guards surrounded her and tried to ”intimidate” her, but she stood her ground and told them there was no law against her taking photographs.

The ‘Beauty and a Beat’ hitmaker – who she described as acting ”very strange and nervous” – then drove to another part of the stable to mount up, which he did without a shirt on.

It was revealed earlier this week that police are investigating claims the Canadian star tried to steal a woman’s phone at Sherman Oaks Castle Park.

The unnamed woman claimed Justin demanded to see her phone so he could delete the pictures however when she refused he grabbed it from her bag.

She began ”wrestling” with the star for the phone, and although he ”ripped it out of her hands” he wasn’t able to access the pictures because the phone was locked.

Justin then demanded she unlock it and she proved she hadn’t taken any snaps.

The singer has not yet been questioned by police over the alleged incident, but later took to twitter to apparently deny the claims.

Justin Bieber has sparked rumors he’s dating a model.

The 20-year-old hunk was spotted getting cozy with Yovanna Ventura, 18, yesterday (05.05.14) as they rode in a rickshaw through Venice Beach, California.

The pair were seen acting ”like a couple” on the beach boardwalk, where they ”had drinks and snacks”, before Justin drew even more attention to himself by putting his hand on Yovanna’s thigh while they rode the bike.

A source told E! News: ”Their relationship is blossoming. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have now started dating.”

The duo have known each other since March after the stunner caught Justin’s eye on Instagram and he reached out to her, before meeting her a few weeks later in Miami.

The source added: ”It’s been killing her she couldn’t tell anyone about him. Meeting Justin has been exciting for her.”

It appears the feelings are mutual as the ‘Baby’ hitmaker reportedly enjoys her company and likes talking to her.

The source explained: ”Justin really likes her. I think he really enjoys being around her. She is just such a genuine person and he likes to talk to her.”

However, the news that Justin’s found himself a new love interest might not go down well with his former flame Selena Gomez, whom he has been dating on/off for three years, as she reportedly ”flipped” out last month after the star was getting too friendly with her pal Kylie Jenner.

Justin Bieber gets May 5 DUI trial date

Justin Bieber’s driving under the influence (DUI) trial date has been delayed until May 5.

The 20-year-old singer has been called to appear in front of the judge following his arrest in January after he was allegedly caught drag-racing in Miami.

The ‘Baby’ hitmaker has also been charged with resisting arrest and possessing an invalid driver’s license, but he has pleaded not guilty to all charges against him.

Justin’s original trial date was set for February 14, but was pushed back until March 3, and has now been postponed for another two months after news organizations requested the release of a video showing the troubled star giving a urine sample in jail.

It was believed the CCTV footage was of public interest, but the Miami Judge ruled ”sensitive images” should be censored before being published.

An initial breath test showed Justin’s alcohol levels were below the 0.02 limit for under-age drivers, but further tests revealed there was a presence of marijuana and Xanax in his blood at the time of arrest.

Meanwhile, as well as facing legal problems in Miami, Justin could also potentially face felony charges after an incident where one of his neighbors’ homes was egged, causing $20,000 of damage.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney is now reviewing evidence and deciding whether to press charges against the star.
