Justin Bieber viewing $11m mansion

Justin Bieber has been looking at an $11 million mansion in Atlanta.

The ‘Confident’ singer has been to view the huge property in the exclusive Buckhead district – where his mentor, Usher, lives – and is keen to move to the city to be close to its famous hip-hop scene.

The house the singer is interested in has seven bedrooms and is16,000 square feet in size, according to TMZ.com.

Justin, 19, is said to be selling his home in Calabasas, California, after falling out with his neighbors over his partying and loud music, which came to a head with an incident where one of his neighbor’s houses was egged, causing up to $20,000 of damage. The matter is currently being investigated by the District Attorney and could result in charges brought against the star.

Criteria listed for any potential new home for Justin includes the property must not be visible from the street and must preferably have at least five acres around it and be a minimum of 10,000 square feet inside.

The singer is said to be looking at houses listed for between $4 and $10 million and is also searching for a second home in the Los Angeles area, as well as looking at 20 acre estates in the Hidden Valley area.

Justin recently paid a visit to Atlanta where he was seen partying with P. Diddy, T.I. and Rick Ross.

While in the city he wrote on Twitter: ”Back in my second home. Good to be back. Focused on building up positive energy”

Atlanta was the first place Justin – who was raised in London, Ontario – lived when he moved to the US from Canada to embark on his music career.

Justin Bieber to be charged for felony?

Police officers want Justin Bieber to face felony charges for throwing eggs at his neighbor’s house.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department passed the case on to the L.A. County District Attorney (D.A.) on Thursday (02.06.14) and strongly recommended that the ‘Baby’ hitmaker be punished to the fullest extent of the law for allegedly causing $20,000 in damage to his neighbor’s house in Calabasas, California last month.

Lt. Dave Thompson told gossip website TMZ.com: ”I went to the D.A.’s office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony. Of course I want a felony.”

The D.A. is expected to make a decision on the case, which was originally filed as a misdemeanor but could become a felony due to the extent of the damage, in approximately one week.

Justin’s friend Lil Za, 20, was charged with felony possession of Ecstasy and oxycodone, and breaking a pay phone while in police custody after being arrested when police raided the Canadian star’s home following the egg-throwing incident. If convicted on all counts, the budding rapper could face up to nine years in jail.

Legal issues are building up for the 19-year-old singer.

The ‘Heartbreaker’ hitmaker is to appear in court in Miami on March 3 over charges of driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license following his arrest there on January 23.

Justin’s lawyer Roy Black has already filed a written plea of not guilty.

Justin, who partied with P. Diddy and Rick Ross in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday night (02.05.14), was also recently charged with allegedly assaulting a limousine driver last year while leaving a basketball game in Toronto.

Selena Gomez went to rehab

Selena Gomez went to rehab last month.

The 21-year-old star – who has an on/off relationship with Justin Bieber – was admitted to Dawn at The Meadows recovery center in Arizona on January 5, and spent two weeks at the facility, which treats people aged 18 to 26 years old who are ”struggling with emotional trauma, addiction or dual diagnosis concerns.”

Her representative confirmed: ”Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse.”

The former Disney child star was urged to seek help by those close to her amid concerns her partying was getting out of control.

One source told RadarOnline.com: ”Her friends and family became increasingly worried that there might be a serious problem with Selena.

”Particularly, her parents. The partying was, at times, wild. They wanted to help her — and they very much encouraged her to go to rehab. Others very close to her also urged her to seek professional help.”

Another added: ”It’s important to remember that Selena had worked in Hollywood non-stop for six years. She was exhausted. Selena was smart enough to understand that she needed to take control of her life.

”It just got to a point where she needed to get out of Los Angeles, get away from ‘the scene’ and the pressures of Hollywood, to also get away from those who had, admittedly, become a bad influence on her.

”Selena needed to take the opportunity to work on herself. She realized she needed help.”

Selena – who reportedly ”regularly” smoked marijuana with Justin – had been due to tour Australia this month but cancelled the shows in order to ”spend time on [herself].”

And the brunette beauty is now said to be doing well.

A source said: ”Selena is now happy and very healthy and already getting back to work.”

Justin Bieber charged with assault

Justin Bieber has reportedly been charged with assault.

The 19-year-old singer called into the 52 Division police station in Toronto today (01.30.14) to be formally charged with allegedly attacking a limousine driver last month.

According to TMZ.com, Justin and his entourage were allegedly involved in an altercation while leaving a Toronto Maple Leafs game on December 29, 2013, at the Air Canada Centre and police were forced to intervene.

This is the latest in a string of legal issues the ‘Beauty and A Beat’ hitmaker faces after he was arrested last week in Miami for driving under the influence (DUI), driving with an expired license and resisting arrest.

The hunky star reportedly pleaded not guilty to the charges yesterday (01.29.14).

An arraignment date has been set for Valentine’s Day (02.14.14), but Justin is not required to attend.

However, the troubled star could also potentially face felony charges after an incident earlier this month where one of his neighbors’ homes was egged, causing $20,000 of damage.

Officers for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department said they will soon be submitting evidence to the District Attorney, who will then decide whether to press charges.

Meanwhile, Justin – who is from Ontario – could be deported back to Canada after over 100,000 people signed a petition to have him removed from the US.

Selena Gomez is reportedly dating Austin Mahone.

The 21-year-old singer was introduced to the American pop singer by good friend Taylor Swift – who Austin supported on particular dates for the blonde beauty’s ‘Red Tour’.

A source told UsWeekly.com: ”They’re seeing each other.”

Selena and Austin hung out with one another at the Beats Music concert in Los Angeles on January 24 but were keen to keep a low profile.

The source added: ”[They] sneaked out separately then got in the same car.”

Selena split from Justin Bieber in November 2012 but the pair were spotted hanging out in Los Angeles recently and were believed to have rekindled their romance, before splitting again amid reports of leaked text message conversation between the pair in which Selena told Justin to go to ”rehab”.

She previously claimed her break-up with the star – who was charged for drunk driving and resisting arrest last week – helped her to turn her career around.

The pop starlet felt she had stopped being challenged musically before she was 20 but her painful breakup from the ‘Never Say Never’ singer in January 2013 motivated her to re-evaluate and come back with pop hit ‘Come & Get It’.

She previously said: ”I questioned the way I looked, acted, sang, and wrote. I started becoming very stale with my music, and I realised that I was doing things for other people.

”Then I turned 20, went through a really bad break-up, and realised I needed to pick up everything.

”I needed to have ‘Come & Get It’ be amazing. I wanted it all to be me. I was tired of feeling defeated.”

Justin Bieber jets back to Los Angeles

Justin Bieber has jetted back to Los Angeles after being released from jail.

The ‘Baby’ hitmaker – who posted $2,500 bail shortly after appearing at a court hearing in Miami, Florida today (01.23.14), after he was charged with drink driving, resisting arrest and drag racing in the early hours of the morning – jumped on top of a black SUV to wave to fans upon leaving the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre before making his way to the airport.

A source told gossip website RadarOnline that the 19-year-old star has a prior commitment in California that he needs to attend to and chartered a private plane to get there.

The Canadian star was arrested in Miami Beach this morning after being stopped for allegedly drag racing in a rented yellow Lamborghini and soon after he failed a sobriety test, was accused of disobeying officer’s orders and was found to have an expired license.

If found guilty of all the charges, the teenager could face up to six months in jail, 50 hours of community service, have his driving privileges suspended for some time and be forced to pay several fines.

Meanwhile, Justin, who cried his eyes out after appearing in court in an orange prison jumpsuit despite smiling in a mugshot, allegedly told police officers that his mother supplied him with prescription drugs.

The singer, who admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking beer before getting behind the wheel, claimed his mother Pattie Mallette also gave him anti-anxiety medication, according to TMZ.com.

Pattie and Justin’s father Jeremy Bieber, who was reportedly with Justin at the time of his arrest, split when the star was 10 months old and have yet to comment on the incident.

Selena Gomez partied with a mystery man at the Sundance Film Festival.

The ‘Come & Get It’ singer – who was recently thought to have reunited with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber – appeared at the festival to promote her new film ‘Rudderless’, last night (20.01.14) and attended the Grey Goose party alongside a good looking man described as having shaggy blond hair and wearing a green sweater.

A source told People.com: ”She went right up to him really early on in the evening.”

Selena was then seen hanging out cozily with the mystery man, and casually placed both hands on his legs several times throughout the evening.

Despite their apparent closeness, a representative for Selena claims they are just friends.

The singer and actress later performed two songs at the party before leaving around 1am.

Selena, 21, split from Justin, 19, a second time after allegedly branding him a ”drug addict” and urging him to ”go to rehab” following a police raid on his mansion last week, during which drugs were found, said to belong to his friend, Lil Za.

In one message Selena is said to have fumed: ”I don’t buy that bulls**t any more. I was honest with you and I gave you a second chance. All my friends were right, You’re such an a**hole.”

Meanwhile, Justin is said to have spent $75,000 in a Miami strip club last night while celebrating another friend, Lil Scrappy’s, birthday.

Justin Bieber urged to check into rehab

Justin Bieber is reportedly being urged to seek help in rehab.

The ‘Heartbreaker’ hitmaker has been advised by those closest to him to seek treatment for his alleged use of recreational drugs and behavioral issues following a police raid on his home in Calabasas, California on Tuesday (01.14,14).

An insider told gossip website RadarOnline.com that Justin’s friends and family are ”deeply concerned” but the 19-year-old star has no plans to check into a facility.

Another source said: ”The people who care about Justin and whom are closest to him wish he would consider getting help.”

A source previously claimed that Justin’s on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez, 21, had asked him to attend anger management classes following a string of bad behavior, which includes allegedly throwing eggs at his neighbor’s home last week, a prank that resulted in his home being raided.

A source recently said: ”Selena is an old fashioned southern girl from Texas and believes in manners and good behavior, she’s told Justin that he has to mend his ways if they are to start seeing each other regularly again.

”Selena has been on her own and what she calls ‘on the road’, but she hasn’t stopped being attracted to Justin. She just wants some pleases [and] thank yous, as well as some good behavior if things are to get serious again.

”She has told Justin he needs help with anger management and that he should book classes.”

Justin Bieber’s friend arrested for drugs at his mansion

Justin Bieber’s friend was arrested for cocaine possession during a raid at the singer’s mansion this morning (14.01.14).

Police swooped on the 19-year-old star’s home in Calabasas, California, to search for evidence related to the egging of his neighbor’s home last week, and have charged his friend, Lil Za with felony possession of the class A drug.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Lieutenant David Thompson told reporters: ”The cocaine was in plain view of the deputies when they were looking for other evidence.

”[Justin] was not connected to that cocaine except that gentleman was staying at his residence.”

Lil Za – real name Xavier Smith – is an old friend of Justin and is thought to have been living at the ‘Change Me’ singer’s home for months.

Lieutenant Thompson added Justin was cooperative during the raid, but as his lawyer was not present he did not answer ”any questions at the time we were there.”

He also confirmed security footage had been removed from the star’s home as part of their investigation into the egging incident – in which Justin is a suspect – which caused up to $20,000 of damage to the neighboring property.

A source close to the singer says he is very upset at the police raid.

The friend told RadarOnline.com: ”He is obviously upset that cops basically had free reign and are going through his personal belongings in his house. Justin has been kept out of the house while the search warrant [was] being executed and watched over by several sheriff’s deputies.”

Justin Bieber reportedly branded a fellow hotel guest a ”beached whale”.

The 19-year-old singer shocked sunbathers on the pool deck at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Perth, Australia, on Sunday (12.08.13) when he mocked a ”gorgeous” fan for her curvy figure.

Hotel guest Helen Robinett told website News.com.au: ”There were four young girls in bikinis. One girl who was gorgeous looking, with long dark hair and would have been about a size 14. Justin looked over at her and said, ‘What are you, Hawaiian or something?’ She said, ‘No, I’m not.’

”Then he said ‘You look like a beached whale’ … The girl said, ‘Are you serious?’ And he said, ‘You should go on ‘The Biggest Loser’.’ … The whole pool deck heard him call this beautiful young girl a beached whale.

”I made a complaint to the hotel, and they said the girl was OK and she was a Bieber fan.

”He’s nothing without his fan base. And he’s abusing them. The girl next to me said, ‘I can’t believe he just said that, he’s my idol.’ And I said, ‘Well get yourself a new idol.’ ”

Helen also criticized the star – who had had the gym and pool closed for private use the day before – for his irresponsible actions around the water in front of young children.

She continued: ”There were two little boys having a ball around the pool and Justin said, ‘Hey kids, don’t do this,’ and then jumped into the pool. He did it twice.”

A spokesperson for the hotel refused to comment if there had been any complaints about their famous guest.

The spokesperson said: ”We are a hotel, we have hundreds of guests staying with us, we simply cannot speak on behalf of every single guest that comes in and interacts with another guest. But obviously we want all our guests to feel comfortable and not intimated by anyone. We have security, as do any VIP guests, they have their own security.”
