Justin Bieber: One Direction have unfinished business

Justin Bieber is sure there will be a One Direction reunion.

The ‘Friends’ hitmaker has been friends with Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and Liam Payne for years now and says they are bound to get back together eventually after going on hiatus in 2015, because they were "too big" for it not to happen and have "unfinished business".

He told The Sun newspaper: "I don’t see or speak to the guys like I used to but I am sure they will get back together at some point.

"I still message a couple of them, and even though they are all doing their own thing, at some point One Direction will happen again.

"I’m not saying it will be soon, but they were too big, have a huge amount of fans that will demand it and I think they have unfinished business with the group themselves."

Liam and Niall have been the most vocal about letting their fan base – known as Directioners – know that the band is not over despite them embarking on solo careers.

‘Strip That Down’ hitmaker Liam, 24, recently said its definitely on the cards, as they never got a chance to tour their 2015 album ‘Made In The AM’.

He said: "Yes, I think we will reunite at some point in the future. We have to — I mean we’ve got an album we haven’t even toured yet, and I want to write some more songs as well with the boys."

While Irish hunk Niall, 23, said he won’t "rule out" a reunion in the future, but doesn’t think it’ll happen any time soon.

He previously said: "I suppose right now, it would be a bit weird. Can’t rule anything out really, can you?"

However, despite being busy with his own solo venture, the 23-year-old musician previously insisted he would drop everything if a One Direction reunion was to "come knocking".

He said: "I told my managers from the start: When One Direction comes knocking, f*ok what I’m doing. I don’t give a s**t if I sold out arenas or won Grammys. I wouldn’t be doing this if it wasn’t for that."

Justin Bieber reaches 100m Twitter followers

Justin Bieber has reached 100 million followers on Twitter.

The 23-year-old singer reached the social media milestone on Thursday (08.31.17) and is only the second person to reach the huge number of supporters behind Katy Perry, who hit the target in June.

The microblogging website marked the occasion with a video featuring some of the ‘Sorry’ singer’s most popular hashtags.

They wrote: "In each other’s company since Tweet number one. Congratulations @justinbieber on #100MBeliebers (sic)"

The ‘Never Say Never’ singer then retweeted the post.

And Twitter also revealed the word ‘Belieber’ – the nickname for Justin’s fans – has been retweeted 84 million times, and there have been over two billion mentions of ‘Bieber or @JustinBieber’ on the site.

The ‘Believe’ hitmaker’s most popular tweet, from 2014, has been retweeted 638,000 times to date.

The popular post read: "YOU ARE ALL WORTHY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS >> BE STRONG GOD IS WITH US ALL> MY BELIEBERS CHANGED MY LIFE> I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL (sic)"

Justin has frequently deactivated his Instagram account over the years, but has stayed loyal to Twitter, using the platform to praise other artists, including Drake and Shawn Mendes, and in August 2015, he used the direct message feature to delight 49 of his biggest fans by sending them the lyrics to his song ‘What Do You Mean’ before it was released.

Fans of the Canadian pop star can get a special Justin emoji if they tweet the hashtag #100MBeilebers.

Katy, 32, has 103 million Twitter followers, while behind her and Justin are Taylor Swift with 85.5 million, Rihanna with 76.9 million, and Lady Gaga with 69.5 million.

Justin’s ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez is currently the most followed person on Instagram with 126 million.

Selena Gomez’s Instagram is hacked

Selena Gomez’s Instagram account has been hacked.

The ‘Bad Liar’ hitmaker – who is the most followed person on the photo-sharing site – was forced to take her profile offline temporarily over the weekend after someone managed to break through her security and post a photograph of her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber standing in the nude on her page.

The raunchy shots were taken two years ago while the 23-year-old hunk was on holiday with blogger Jayde Pierce in Bora Bora and were posted online at the time without his consent.

Although the pictures were taken a while ago, Justin was no doubt devastated when he found out they’d been shared again on his ex-girlfriend’s account as he admitted at the time that he felt "violated" and as if he was being ridiculed for being naked.

He told ‘Access Hollywood’: "Like, I feel like I can’t step outside and feel like I can go outside naked. You should feel comfortable in your own space … especially that far away."

And Selena, 25, was undoubtedly similarly embarrassed when the pictures were published on her site over the weekend as she’s now in a happy relationship with The Weeknd.

She said recently: "I don’t depend on one area of my life to make me happy. It’s really important for me to love and nourish my friends and family and to make sure that I never get influenced by a guy. I’ve wanted to be in a strong head space for years, and I really wasn’t. Before, I was so young and easily influenced, and I’d feel insecure. You want someone to add to your life, not to complete you, if that makes sense. I’m lucky because he’s more of a best friend than anything else."

Selena and Justin first started dating in 2011 and have been on and off for several years until they called it quits for good in 2016.

Justin Bieber ‘distances himself from Floyd Mayweather’

Justin Bieber has reportedly decided to distance himself from Floyd Mayweather Jr.

The ‘Sorry’ hitmaker revealed in July that he would be cancelling the remaining 14 shows on his ‘Purpose World Tour’ due to "unforeseen circumstances", which were later linked to exhaustion, and Justin has subsequently been seeking advice from the folk of the Hillsong Church.

Justin, 23, has been urged to reconsider his friendships and put some space between himself and those people who could lead him astray.

And while Mayweather has not been explicitly cited by the Church, Justin has decided to distance himself from the iconic boxing champion, whose career has been blighted by controversies.

The Canadian singer still considers himself to be a friend of Mayweather, but has opted to "reset boundaries" with the 40-year-old star, who is poised to fight MMA champion Conor McGregor in Las Vegas later this month.

He has, therefore, unfollowed Mayweather on Instagram, prompting Mayweather to go "insane, nuclear".

What’s more, the athlete has branded Justin a "traitor" in light of his new-found attitude, according to TMZ.

Meanwhile, Justin has been "getting better" since cancelling the remainder of his world tour.

The time away from the stresses of touring has already helped "ground" Justin, who is now starting to feel much better.

An insider recently said: "I don’t think people understand how exhausted Justin has been, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally.

"At some point, burnout happens. But he’s getting better now; this time off has helped ground him and centre him, and he’s finally surrounding himself with people who have his best interests at heart."

And Justin feels the Hillsong Church is helping him to rediscover happiness.

The source added: "Justin has a really deep faith, and he truly loves God. He has found a church family that accepts him and loves him for who he is, not for his fame or money.

"Justin needs a church that will say, ‘We love you, we accept you, but you need to tone down some of your behaviour.’ He also needs someone to remind him – actually we all need someone to remind us – that it’s not all about you."

Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester helped raise £18m

Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester concert helped raise £18 million for victims of the Manchester Arena bombing.

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter staged the fundraising gig at Emirates Old Trafford on June 4 to aid the victims of the Manchester terrorist attack, which followed her concert at the Arena on May 22 and caused 23 fatalities.

In a statement, Councillor Sue Murphy said: "The city and the world responded with such extreme kindness, generosity and solidarity in the aftermath of the Manchester Arena attack.

"Thanks to this we have raised more than £18 million and we were conscious that we had to get some of swiftly this to those with immediate needs.

"We have therefore given around a third of the total to the bereaved families and £3.5 million to those who were hospitalised after the attack."

Councillor Murphy revealed that "over half" of the funds raised by the gig – which also featured the likes of Katy Perry, Liam Gallagher, Coldplay and Justin Bieber – have already been allocated.

But of how the remaining money will be awarded, Councillor Murphy explained: "This will be a complex and sensitive process as we will need to assess the long-term impacts of the attack.

"We will issue an update as soon as we know more."

In July, Ariana admitted to feeling "moved" after being made an honorary citizen of Manchester.

The brunette beauty was handed the honour in recognition of her efforts to organise One Love Manchester.

Alongside a report confirming the news, Ariana wrote on Instagram: "I don’t know what to say. Words don’t suffice. I’m moved and honored. My heart is very much still there. I love you. Thank you. (sic)"

Ariana was widely praised for the instrumental role she played in organising the One Love Manchester benefit gig, which featured a star-studded line-up of musical guests and was also broadcast on BBC TV in the UK.

Justin Bieber: Floyd Mayweather won’t knock out Conor McGregor

Justin Bieber doesn’t think Floyd Mayweather will knock out Conor McGregor.

The ‘Never Say Never’ hitmaker has played down his professional boxer friend’s chances of destroying the UFC fighter when they compete in an epic boxing bout, billed as the fight of the century, in Las Vegas on August 26.

Quizzed on whether he thinks Floyd will knock Conor out, he told TMZ Sports: "I don’t think so. I think it’ll be a good fight."

The 23-year-old star has been spending a lot of time at attending services at Hillsong Church lately, but insists he is not thinking about starting up his own religious establishment and doesn’t currently have any plans in place to work with any church-goers on new music.

When asked if he was thinking about opening up his own church, he said: "No. Nah. Nope. Church is good.

"No, I’m not working with any artist at the church."

Justin has long been friends with Mayweather, who is heavily expected to defeat McGregor, and even walked to the ring with him and rapper Lil Wayne when the professional fighter was set to face off against Marcos Maidana in May 2014 in Vegas.

The singer was a guest at the sportsman’s 40th birthday party in February at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles, where he sang his hits ‘What Do You Mean?’ and ‘Where Are U Now’.

Speaking about Floyd – who is thought to be dating British reality TV star Abi Clarke – at the bash, Justin said: "I love this guy. I look up to him.

"Give it up for the champ."

The Weeknd ‘has been thinking about having kids with Selena Gomez’

The Weeknd has reportedly "thought about starting a family" with Selena Gomez.

The 27-year-old star has been dating the brunette beauty since January and their relationship has progressed serenely in the subsequent months, leading The Weeknd to think about having children with Selena.

An insider told HollywoodLife.com: "He has thought about starting a family with Selena at some point down the line, maybe in a few years and he has told her that he would want to have a girl because nothing would be better for him then to have a cute little Selena look-alike bouncing around.

"He’s mentioned to her many times that two of her would always be better than one."

The claims come shortly after Selena revealed she sees The Weeknd as her "best friend".

The ‘Bad Liar’ singer – who previously had an on/off romance with Justin Bieber – has learned the key to a strong relationship is not to expect a partner to "complete" her, but rather to "add" to her already-fulfilled life.

She shared: "I don’t depend on one area of my life to make me happy. It’s really important for me to love and nourish my friends and family and to make sure that I never get influenced by a guy.

"I’ve wanted to be in a strong head space for years, and I really wasn’t. Before, I was so young and easily influenced, and I’d feel insecure."

But Selena, 25, admitted she feels lucky to have a boyfriend like The Weeknd – whose real name is Abel Tesfaye – as part of her life.

She explained: "You want someone to add to your life, not to complete you, if that makes sense.

"I’m lucky because he’s more of a best friend than anything else."

Liam Gallagher won’t do Carpool Karaoke with ‘fat bloke’ James Corden

Liam Gallagher won’t do ‘Carpool Karaoke’ because he thinks James Corden is a "k**b head".

The 44-year-old singer’s girlfriend and manager Debbie Gwyther thinks it would be a good idea for him to take part in the hugely popular ‘Late Late Show’ segment, but even though the ‘Wall of Glass’ hitmaker has never actually seen it, he isn’t keen on getting together with fellow Brit James, 38, on his CBS series.

Speaking to the new issue of GQ magazine, he said: "No, thank you very much. No f***ing chance mate. With that fat bloke from ‘Kevin and Perry’?"

Debbie replied: "It’s called ‘Gavin and Stacey’ and you’ve never watched it."

Liam insisted: "I don’t need to watch it to know I won’t like it. James Corden is a k**b head."

James’ in-car segment has seen him drive round some of the world’s biggest music stars whilst he joins them in a sing-along to their greatest hits.

Guests have included Ed Sheeran, Adele, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Coldplay’s Chris Martin Sir Elton John, Mariah Carey and Bruno Mars among others.

Liam started his career in the early 90s as the frontman of Oasis alongside his guitarist and songwriter brother Noel Gallagher and the siblings conquered the globe with their rock anthems before one fight too many prompted Noel, 50, to quit the band in August 2009.

The ‘Songbird’ hitmaker initially formed new band Beady Eye from the ashes of Oasis but as they have disbanded he is now launching his solo career with debut LP ‘As You Were’, which is released in October.

Twice divorced Liam has earned and spent millions over the last three decades but he has no idea how much money he has in the bank.

He said: "I don’t think I’ve ever gone to the cashpoint and pressed ‘Balance on screen’. For 20 f* **ing years I’ve put my card in, pressed for money, crossed my fingers, said a little prayer and money’s come out. I’ve no idea how much money I’ve had or lost. I didn’t have a guitar habit because I could never play; I had a tambourine habit once, though. But, to be honest, you play one tambourine, you’ve played them all, mate."

Gene Simmons blasts Justin Bieber

Gene Simmons has told Justin Bieber to "get a life".

The KISS rocker has hit out at the ‘Sorry’ hitmaker after he cancelled the remaining dates of his ‘Purpose’ world tour and insisted the 23-year-old pop star has "nothing to complain about".

Asked if he has any advice for Justin, he told TMZ: "Get a life. You don’t have to worry about anything. You’re rich. In case you didn’t notice, you’re white. You’ve got white privilege b***h. You have nothing to complain about."

However, the 67-year-old star insisted he still wishes Justin well.

He added: "I wish him well. He’s young; he’s got lots of fans."

Gene spoke out after Justin addressed the cancellation of 14 concerts for the first time on Instagram.

In a lengthy message, he wrote: "Im so grateful for this journey with all of you.. Im grateful for the tours but most of all I am grateful i get to go through this life WITH YOU.! Learning and growing hasn’t always been easy but knowing I im not alone has kept me going. I have let my insecurities get the best of me at times.

"I let my broken relationships dictate the way I acted toward people and the way I treated them! i let bitterness, jealously and fear run my life.!!!! I am extremely blessed to have people in the past few years help me build my character back up reminding me of who I am and who I want to be!!!

"Reminding me my past decisions and past relationships don’t dictate my future decisions and future relationships. Im VERY aware I’m never gonna be perfect, and I’m gonna keep making mistakes but what I’m not gonna do is let my past dictate my future.. What I’m not gonna do is be ashamed of my mistakes. I wanna be a man that learns from them and grows from them.!!

"I want you all to know this tour has been unbelievable and has taught me so much about myself.. I am reminded of how blessed I am to have a voice in this world. I’ve learned the more you appreciate your calling he more you want to protect your calling. (sic)"

And the ‘Love Yourself’ hitmaker rounded off his note by letting his fans know he’s taking some time away so he can work on making his his "mind, heart, and soul" are "sustainable".

He continued: "Me taking this time right now is me saying I want to be SUSTAINABLE.. I want my career to be sustainable, but I also want my mind heart and soul to be sustainable. So that I can be the man I want to be, the husband I eventually want to be and the father I want to be.

"This message is just an opportunity for you to know my heart, I’m not expecting anyone to understand, but I do want people to have an opportunity to understand where I am coming from! THIS MESSAGE IS IS VERY GRAMMATICALLY INCORRECT BUT ITS FROM THE HEART. BUT I ITHINK THERES SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT IMPERFECTIONS!!" (sic)"

Robbie Williams swaps sex for cakes

Robbie Williams has swapped "sex with strangers" for "more cake and carbohydrates".

The 43-year-old singer – who has kids Theodora, four, and two-year-old Charlton, with wife Ayda Field – gorges on a lot more calorific treats than he used to during his wild partying days when, instead of sugar rushes, he was getting his thrills between the sheets.

He said: "It’s interesting, having a wife now and being the guy that I was. The sort of faders you have to turn up and down.

"It’s like, there’s the ‘sex with strangers’ fader, turn that one down. which one can we turn up? Cake! More cake and carbohydrates."

But the ‘Old Before I Die’ hitmaker admitted not everyone is a big fan of his music and even his kids are often keen to change the channel when he is on the TV.

He said: "They were watching the television yesterday and they said, ‘Mommy, after we watch daddy can we watch something that we want to watch?’ "

Robbie has offered his support to fellow singer Justin Bieber, who has come under fire recently after axing the remaining dates of his world tour, but the Take That star insists the ‘Never Say Never’ hitmaker is not a "bad person".

Speaking on ‘Today’, he added: "I just want to give Justin Bieber some love. I was that soldier.

"I know what it feels like to be 22 and 23 and the world pointing fingers at you, telling you that you’re a bad person."

While Robbie has ditched sex with random people for cakes, he still hasn’t learned how to drive a car and doesn’t plan to start anytime soon.

He said: "I can’t drive. I never got a car licence – I had one lesson. It’s just not for me."
