Kim Kardashian inspired by Jennifer Lopez

Kim Kardashian has been inspired to diet by Jennifer Lopez.

The 35-year-old beauty recently reached her goal weight of 120lbs after giving birth to son Saint last December but she now wants to shed even more pounds after helping to celebrate the singer’s 47th birthday in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Writing on Instagram, the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star said: I know I’m a little late but Happy Birthday to my girl @jlo We had the best time in Vegas celebrating your birthday & after seeing your show I started my diet again LOL I’ve never met anyone who ages backwards! So beautiful inside & out! Forever my inspiration! (sic)."

Kim – who also has three-year-old daughter North with husband Kanye West – recently embarked on a strict exercise and diet regime in a bid to lose 70lbs.

And last week she revealed: "I’m definitely to my goal weight. I’m down more than I expected."

Kim followed the low-carb Atkins diet and said she found it very easy.

She revealed: "I think if you just really stay motivated and focused, the Atkins diet was so easy for me because there’s so many sweets and treats that keep you satisfied along the way."

Speaking about her exercise regime, she added: My sisters are really into working out right now,. So when you have a good support system and you all want to just get it together… Kanye is super into working out. It just makes it easy."

Khloe Kardashian gets insomnia after Twitter row with Chloe Moretz

Khloe Kardashian is suffering from "insomnia" following her Twitter row with Chloe Moretz.

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star got involved in an online spat with the 19-year-old actress on Sunday night (07.16.16) after the ‘Kick-Ass’ starlet appeared to comment on the blow-up between Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian West over her husband Kanye West’s track ‘Famous’.

Kim had logged on to Snapchat on Sunday to share footage of Kanye talking to the ‘Blank Space’ singer about the song – in which he raps about wanting to have sex with Taylor, 26 – prompting Taylor to hit back and insist she never "approved" the song because she wasn’t aware of the full lyrical content which described her as a "b***h".

Chloe then took to Twitter to post, "Everyone in this industry needs to get their heads out of a hole and look around to realize what’s ACTUALLY happening in the REAL world.

"Stop wasting your voice on something so petulant and unimportant (sic)," apparently talking about Kim’s actions.

Khloe, 32, then waded in posting an extremely explicit image of a mystery woman dressed a skimpy red bikini with her bottom exposed, with a picture of Chloe in a similar bikini next to it.

She tagged Chloe in the tweet, writing: "Is this the a hole you’re referring to @ChloGMoretz??? (sic)"

Chloe – who is dating Brooklyn Beckham – responded by tweeting: "@khloekardashian fact check: first photo is me filming my movie Neighbors 2, the second photo is some girl who was wrongfully photographed. (sic)"

It seems the social media drama was playing on Khloe’s mind as she lay in bed as she logged on five hours later to tell her followers: "Insomnia strikes yet again."

Rather than stress about not getting any rest, Khloe decided to watch one of her favourite TV shows, ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’.

She shared: "SpongeBob is my go to for this."

Perhaps Khloe should have taken her own advice about what to do before putting you head on the pillow in order to calm your mind.

Before her row with Chloe kicked off, the curvaceous beauty had posted: "B4 you go to sleep, do not forget to say thanks for what has happened 2 you today there’s always something 2b grateful for (sic)"

Khloe Kardashian clashes with Chloe Moretz

Khloe Kardashian has lashed out at Chloe Moretz after she appeared to slate her sister Kim Kardashian West.

The 19-year-old actress took to her Twitter account in what many thought was in reference to Kim and her husband Kanye West’s high-profile feud with Taylor Swift.

She wrote: "Everyone in this industry needs to get their heads out of a hole and look around to realize what’s ACTUALLY happening in the REAL world.

"Stop wasting your voice on something so petulant and unimportant. (sic)"

However, Khloe wasn’t impressed with her tweets and decided to get involved.

She posted an extremely explicit image of a mystery woman dressed a skimpy bikini and with her bottom exposed, with a picture of Chloe in a similar bikini next to it.

The 32-year-old reality star wrote: "Is this the a hole you’re referring to @ChloGMoretz??? (sic)"

But Chloe made it clear it wasn’t her in the photo and responded: "@khloekardashian fact check: first photo is me filming my movie Neighbors 2, the second photo is some girl who was wrongfully photographed. (sic)"

The ‘Kick-Ass’ star also posted pictures of herself in the bikini, which proved it wasn’t her.

Back in March, Chloe – who is dating Brooklyn Beckham – clashed with Kim when she slammed her for posting a naked selfie on Instagram.

The feud between, Kim, Kanye and Taylor has escalated after the ‘Bad Blood’ singer denied she gave Kanye her blessing for his controversial song ‘Famous’.

But Kim, 35, has since posted a string of videos of Kanye speaking to Taylor about his music on SnapChat.

Taylor, 26, now claims she’s being painted as a "liar" and insisted she was never given the "full story" about the track.

Kim Kardashian West grilled by young child on fame

Kim Kardashian West struggled to explain her fame to a little boy.

The 35-year-old reality star – who initially gained recognition as Paris Hilton’s best friend and, more prominently, after featuring in a sex tape with then-boyfriend Ray J in 2007 before becoming a household name with family show ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ the following year – was grilled on Snapchat by a youngster named Sid, and had few answers to his probing questions.

Sid began by asking why Kim is "on magazines", to which she replied: "Why am I? I dunno, because I like magazines."

The little boy then asked: "Are you famous?"

But Kim – who has children North, three, and Saint, seven months, with husband Kanye West – claimed she doesn’t like to refer to herself as famous.

She said: "Am I famous? I don’t like to use that term."

Next in their exchange, Sid wanted to know "how" Kim is famous.

She simply said: "How am I famous? That’s up for question too."

At that point, the person filming the exchange – who sounded a little like Kim’s sister Khloe Kardashian – interjected, saying: "She’s got a big booty!"

The chat ended with Kim – who has her own emoji line, Kimojis – agreeing to make an avatar for her interviewer’s mother.

Meanwhile, the brunette beauty has poked fun at critics who deride her for having "no talent" after being featured on the cover of financial tome Forbes magazine.

She tweeted: "Such a tremendous honor to be on the cover of @forbes! I never dreamed this would happen& know my Dad would be proud. #NotBadForAGirlWithNoTalent (sic)."

Kim was interviewed by her game ‘Kim Kardashian: Hollywood’, which has made $160 million since it was released in 2014, and her Kimoji app, but she admitted she was unsure about launching her own game at first but until Kanye convinced her to take the plunge.

She said: "I loved video games, growing up. I remember I asked Kanye, ‘Should I do this?’ He was like, ‘Yes!’ That’s how he got into music, because he wanted to do music for videogames and wanted to create videogames. [But] I was like, ‘I wonder if people are really going to … mimic my life.’

"When people looked at me in a way like, ‘Why is she stepping into the tech world? That’s not her territory! Stick to reality TV!’ I was like, ‘No’. This fun for me. Now I’m coming up with Kimojis and the app and all these other ideas. I don’t see myself stopping."

Lena Denham slams Kanye’s Famous video

Lena Denham has slammed Kanye West’s "disturbing" new music video.

The ‘Girls’ actress is upset about the ‘Famous’ video – which features synthetic versions of Kanye, Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Anna Wintour and many more naked in bed together – as it has made her feel "sad and unsafe and worried for the teenage girls".

Writing on her Facebook page, Lena, 30, said: "I don’t have a hip cool reaction, because seeing a woman I love like Taylor Swift (f**k that one hurt to look at, I couldn’t look), a woman I admire like Rihanna or Anna, reduced to a pair of waxy breasts made by some special effects guy in the Valley, it makes me feel sad and unsafe and worried for the teenage girls who watch this and may not understand that grainy roving camera as the stuff of snuff films."

Although she acknowledged that Kanye was "cool", she urged the rapper to "make a statement" on fame, privacy or "whatever is on your mind", before adding: "But I can’t watch it, don’t want to watch it, if it feels informed and inspired by the aspects of our culture that make women feel unsafe even in their own beds, in their own bodies."

The video feature Kanye in bed with wife Kim before the camera zooms out to reveal what appears to be wax figures of another 10 famous people asleep beside them.

Others stars in the video include Donald Trump, Caitlyn Jenner, Bill Cosby, former US president George W Bush, singer Chris Brown, Kim’s former boyfriend Ray J and Kanye’s ex-girlfriend Amber Rose.

Explaining the controversial video, Kanye, 39, has said: "It’s not in support or anti any of (the people in the video). It’s a comment on fame."

Scott Disick’s vow to Kourtney

Scott Disick wants to prove to Kourtney Kardashian he "can hold it together".

The 33-year-old businessman – who split from the reality TV star in July 2015 following rows over his drinking, partying and womanising – recently joined the Kardashian family on a holiday to Cuba and he admitted he was on his best behaviour so he could impress his former love.

The trip was filmed for their TV show ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’, and Scott told the camera: "One of the biggest issues between Kourtney and I is me drinking. I get overly emotional when I drink and I just want her to see that I can keep it together."

And his plan seemed to work as Kourtney, 37, was very impressed by Scott.

Speaking to sister Kim Kardashian West, she revealed: "I’m really glad he came, he’s been so good. He has been fine. I’m glad that he could be here.

"It was a great decision to have Scott on the trip and it’s great for him to know that he’s always going to be a part of the family."

The couple had a turbulent relationship for nine years and have three children together, Mason, six, Penelope, three, and Reign, 18 months.

Although it is unlikely they will get back together, Kourtney’s family are pleased Scott is still close to them.

Sister Khloe said how happy she was Scott had joined them in Cuba because Kourtney was relaxing more as she could see he has started taking more responsibility for his actions.

She said: "I know Kourt had a ton of anxiety in regards to Scott coming on this trip (to Cuba), which I totally understand. But the more that we’re on this trip and Scott is really proving himself I could just see that her guards are getting left down and Kourtney’s now having more fun and I can see those nerves are completely leaving her."

Whilst Kim added: "I don’t care if he tells me, I truly could care less."

And Kourtney appeared to have her brother’s best interests at heart and spoke of her hope that he could reconnect with his family again soon.

Joanna Lumley: I used to be a monster

Joanna Lumley was a "spotty monster" during her youth.

The 70-year-old model and actress is known for her enviable good looks, but has admitted she has never considered herself to be beautiful.

She said: "I wasn’t good-looking. I was a spotty monster. I’ve never thought of myself as remotely beautiful.

"I knew I could be a model because I was tall with even features and good with make-up. Models are never actually beautiful, they are just long and photogenic."

Joanna also rubbished the idea that she was ever a sex symbol, insisting she never saw herself in that context.

She told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "You can’t be sexy if you don’t think you are sexy. The French producers of ‘The New Avengers’ didn’t think I was sexy enough to be Purdey. They wanted Linda Thorson (who played Tara King in the original ‘Avengers’). Being sexy has never been anything to me.

"I mean, who actually is sexy? Is Kim Kardashian sexy because she poses with very few clothes? Do people find that sexy? It’s something I don’t even really think about."

Meanwhile, Joanna also revealed her opposition to social media, saying it has an unhealthy influence on young people.

She reflected: "The real problem for kids is social media. They walk around with their harming machines [mobile phones], harming each other with nasty comments. I’m absolutely against social media. I don’t do any of it.

"I use email and that’s it. The rest of it is a huge problem with enormous repercussions we are storing up for the future. Being young is terribly stressful today and social media is a huge part of that stress. I believe in actually speaking to people, writing letters, reading books. Doing things, not just sitting behind a computer – utterly deadening."
