Lady Gaga also thanked the person who threw her a bouquet of roses on stage.

She ends by saying that this will really never be the end for The Chromatica Ball since this tour was made to talk about healing and understanding that we are enough as individuals.

Lady Gaga pens essay urging sexual assault law change

Lady Gaga has penned an essay to support a bill calling for better laws against sexual assault in New York.

The ‘Pokerface’ hitmaker – who previously revealed she was raped as a teenager – has teamed up with the state’s Governor Andrew Cuomo to back the ‘Enough is Enough’ campaign.

In their joint letter for Billboard magazine, the activists wrote: ”Today, too many college students experience sexual assault, too few of the assailants are prosecuted, and too often the survivors lack the resources they need to recover …

”As a result, these victims are not only deprived justice, they are denied the opportunity to tell their stories publicly. Being able to speak about such difficult experiences openly is fundamental to easing a survivor’s recovery and to removing the shame that still shrouds sexual assault.”

The 29-year-old singer and Governor Cuomo urged other politicians to ”stand up” against sexual violence.

They continued: ”We have a responsibility to the young men and women of this country to stand up against sexual violence everywhere. Everyone – from lawmakers and educators to advocates like Born This Way Foundation and the students themselves – need to join forces on this issue.

”Together, we must create the scaffolding necessary to foster the mental, emotional, and physical health of all young people … Quite simply, enough is enough.”

Lady Gaga wants New York apartment

Lady Gaga is looking for a $20 million penthouse.

The ‘Poker Face’ singer and her fiance Taylor Kinney are currently hunting for a new home on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, close to her parents’ Cynthia and Joe Germanotta’s house, and the couple have told realtors they want a home with a terrace or outdoor space.

A source told the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column: ”Gaga is looking for a penthouse on the Upper West Side near her childhood home, where her parents still live. She is looking at apartments at around 4,000 square feet, with high ceilings and outdoor space.”

The 29-year-old singer has been renting a $22,000-a-month duplex apartment for the last few years and recently admitted she loved the fact the property had a terrace where she could relax outdoors because her fame makes it hard to go out in public without a disguise.

She said: ”The most important thing to me about this place is I can come out here and stand outside. That’s the best thing. I miss going outside.

”Such is life, I’m blessed in many ways.”

As well as a New York apartment, the ‘Born this Way’ star recently splashed out $24 million on a Malibu estate, where she is expected to marry her actor fiance.

The five-bedroom, 12-bathroom property boasts ocean views, a private gym, pool, Jacuzzi, wine cellar and even a two-lane bowling alley.

The house is situated on six acres of grounds, which also feature a guest cottage, motor court, three-car garage, eight horse stable and riding trails.

Tony Bennett to sing at Lady Gaga’s wedding

Tony Bennett will sing at Lady Gaga’s wedding.

The 88-year-old crooner has revealed he will be performing at the musician’s forthcoming nuptials to ‘Chicago Fire’ actor Taylor Kinney, after the couple got engaged on Valentine’s Day (14.02.15).

The legendary crooner said: ”They invited me to do it and, of course, I will.”

Tony, who collaborated with the 28-year-old singer on an album of jazz classics titled ‘Cheek to Cheek’ last year, was quick to praise the couple – who have dated for more than three years – and their blossoming relationship.

When asked what he thought of the wedding, he said: ”I love it.

”She’s marrying a very wonderful man, very talented and very handsome. I think he’s going be highly successful in films. He’s a very nice person.”

However, the 18-time Grammy Award winner – who has been married to his third wife, Susan Crow, since 2007 – was reluctant to spill any details about the ceremony itself, which will reportedly take place at the ‘Do What U Want’ singer’s $23 million mansion in Malibu, California, later this year.

Speaking to the New York Post newspaper’s Page Six column at the First Time Fest closing party at the Gansevoort Park Avenue Hotel, he said: ”All I know is, knowing Lady Gaga, it will be fabulous.”

Monica Bellucci wants to be a ‘Bond lady’

Monica Bellucci wants to be called a ‘Bond lady’.

The 50-year-old actress – who has been cast opposite Daniel Craig, 46, in the latest James Bond movie ‘Spectre’ – believes women will be thrilled the female lead has gone to an older actress but insists the youthful term ‘Bond girl’ is no longer applicable to her character.

She said: ”My first thought was, ‘How can I be a Bond girl at 50?’. After my audition, [director] Sam Mendes told me that, for the first time in history, he wanted a woman of a similar age to the actor playing Bond.

”I told Sam he would be a hero among women for casting me in Spectre. Compared to the Bond girls that have gone before me I am so much more mature, I’d prefer to be called a Bond woman, or perhaps a Bond lady.”

The raven-haired beauty – who split from actor Vincent Cassel in August 2013 after 14 years of marriage – is now rumoured to be dating businessmen Telman Ismailov and claims that all older women need to feel sexy is inner confidence.

She explained to The Mail on Sunday newspaper’s Event magazine: ”Many 50-year-old women feel invisible to men but it doesn’t have to be that way. It’s worth remembering what you project outside comes from inside.

”True sexiness is in the mind, the imagination, not in the age of the body.

”It doesn’t surprise me that men in their 20s and 30s are often looking for a much older woman.”

Lady Gaga was raped as a teen

Lady Gaga has revealed she was raped as a teenager.

The 28-year-old singer, who is dating actor Taylor Kinney, admits she ”went through some horrific things” when she was 19 and relied on ”a lot of mental and physical therapy” to help her to heal.

When asked if she was raped by a music producer while discussing her song, ‘Swine,’ the singer initially told ‘The Howard Stern Show’: ”I don’t…I don’t want to… Happy times! Let’s talk about happy things!”

But when the radio host pressed her on the issue, she said: ”I went through some horrific things that I’m able to laugh [at] now, because I’ve gone through a lot of mental and physical therapy and emotional therapy to heal over the years. My music’s been wonderful for me. But, you know, I was a shell of my former self at one point. I was not myself. To be fair, I was about 19. I went to Catholic school and then all this crazy stuff happened, and I was going, ‘Oh, is this just the way adults are?’…I was very naive.”

Asked if she’s ever confronted the guy, who was 20 years older than her, she said: ”I think it would terrify me. It would paralyze me. I saw him one time in a store and I was so paralyzed by fear. Because it wasn’t until I was a little bit older that I went, ‘Wow, that was really messed up.’ ”

The blonde beauty didn’t tell anybody about the incident at the time, but eventually decided to seek help.

She said: ”I don’t know what I was thinking. I didn’t tell anybody. And I didn’t even tell myself for the longest time. And then I was like, ‘You know what? All this drinking and all this nonsense, you have to go to the source, otherwise it just won’t go away. It will not go away.”
