Priscilla: See the trailer for Sofia Coppola’s long-awaited Priscilla Presley biopic

Already a controversial film!

The trailer for Sofia Coppola’s biopic on the life of Priscilla Presley, wife of rock and roll king Elvis Presley, has been unveiled ahead of its eagerly-awaited cinema release.

Priscilla first met Elvis Presley in 1959, when she was just 14, while he was stationed in West Germany during his military service. They began dating and their relationship continued long-distance until she moved to the U.S. to live with him in 1963.

Their marriage soon faced challenges due to Elvis’ demanding career and lifestyle, which eventually led to their separation in 1972. They officially divorced in 1973, but maintained a friendly relationship and continued co-parenting their daughter, Lisa Marie Presley, until Elvis’s death in 1977.

Priscilla will be released in cinemas on November 3!

Stars pay tribute to Lisa Marie Presley

The tragic death last Thursday (Jan. 12) of Elvis Presley’s daughter Lisa Marie took everyone by surprise and many celebrities paid tribute to her on social media.

Priscilla Presley (Via TMZ): “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us. She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known. We ask for privacy as we try to cope with this profound loss. Thank you for the love and prayers.”

Donatella Versace: “I will never forget the moments we spent together. Your beauty and kindness shone so bright. Rest in peace Lisa Marie. We will never forget you đź–¤”

John Travolta: “Lisa baby girl, I am so sorry. I will miss you but I know I will see you again. My love and heart goes out to Riley, Priscilla, Harper and Finley.”

Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of Elvis, dies at 54

It is in total confusion that the fans of Elvis and the Presley family learned of the death of Lisa Marie.

Lisa Marie Presley died at 54 years old, People reports, a few hours after being rushed to the hospital following a cardiac incident.

The star was present in person at the recent Golden Globes Awards, presented and broadcasted live last Tuesday night (January 10), even being in the front row to see the man who played her father, Austin Butler, in the movie Elvis, win an award for the role.

More details will be released, but the Presley family fans are currently in shock.
