Telus is reporting its best first-quarter mobile customer results in 15 years.
The company added 46,000 mobile phone net additions in the first quarter of 2022.
Internet net additions of 30,000 and security net additions of 26,000 were also added.
Net additions calculate the number of new subscribers minus the subscribers that dropped a service.

Rogers is reporting four percent revenue growth in its Q1 2022 report, driven by its wireless and media businesses.
Wireless revenue increased by seven percent year-over-year. Revenue came through roaming charges from the higher amount of travel as COVID restrictions continue to ease. A growing subscriber base from postpaid mobile phones also contributed.
