Russell Wilson involved in golf accident

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson was thankfully unharmed after being involved in a minor golfing accident at Arrowhead Golf Course in Littleton, CO; the golf cart that he was riding in hit a bunker and flipped over.

“They were reversing because the cart locked up and were too close to the edge and it tumbled in. Their teammates ran over to pick it up and push it out of the bunker.”

This came just weeks after Wilson underwent surgery to correct a knee problem.

Wilson will be looking for a bounce back year in 2023 with Denver, his second season with the franchise after having previously played nine with the Seattle Seahawks.

Ciara works ‘extra hard’ on post-baby abs

Ciara has to work "extra hard" to push her abdominal muscles back together after giving birth.

The 32-year-old singer welcomed her second child Sienna into the world 11 months ago and, although she’s managed to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight, she has to train her core extra hard because she’s been left with a baby pooch, which is known medically as Diastasis recti where the abdominal muscles part down the middle and leave a slight bulge after birth.

Taking to her Instagram account, the brunette beauty uploaded a photograph of her toned tummy and captioned it: "I have Diastastis Recti from both of my pregnancies, so I have to work extra hard to regain my core strength. Determined. Let’s Go Mammas! [sic]"

As soon as she gave birth to Sienna last April, the ‘I Bet’ hitmaker made it her mission to lose the 60lbs she gained during her pregnancy and after just one month she’d already shed 20lbs.

Captioning a photograph of her scales reading 178.6lbs, she wrote: "I said I wasn’t going to gain 60lbs Carrying Sienna, and… I did exactly that!! … 4 weeks after her birth I lost 20 lbs. This Weeks Goal is 10lbs. I was 183 yesterday. #BounceBack #LevelUp [sic]"

Ciara fell for Sienna less than a year after she and her husband Russell Wilson – who had agreed not to have sex until after they were husband and wife – got married in July 2016.

Speaking about their decision to wait, Ciara said "I really believe that when you focus on a friendship, you have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for a relationship – and once you know you’re really great friends and you’re what we call ‘equally yoked,’ where you share the same values or the same outlook on life, it kind of sets the tone. Knowing that you’ll always have the friendship and that you can always go back to it is very important, and very powerful.

"I have to give credit to my husband for sharing those views. It’s awesome how it all worked out. We women think with our hearts and with our minds. When we see a guy, we envision what he’s like and whether this could be something special. Guys see us from an exterior point of view – that’s something I learned along the way as a woman…. You shouldn’t feel like you have to give your body away to get someone to like you."

Ciara also has three-year-old son Future with her ex-partner Future.

Russell Wilson and Ciara get a pet dog

Russell Wilson and Ciara have got a new pet dog.

The couple have opened their home up to a beautiful silver grey puppy who they hope will act as best friend to the children they raise together, son Future, three, and 10-month-old daughter Sienna.

Russell, 29, unveiled the majestic mutt on his Instagram account by posting a photograph of him cuddling the pooch to his 3.3 million followers.

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback captioned the snap: "New Pup Alert!!! Welcome to the Wilson Family! [sic]"

Russell must be followed by an abundance of animal lovers as the photo has been liked almost 200,000 times.

The addition of a pet to the family is a further sign that the sportsman and Ciara, 32, are settling into domestic bliss since tying the knot in 2016.

The ‘Goodies’ hitmaker has made no secret of the fact that her husband Russell inspires her in life and gives her belief that she can achieve anything.

She said: "Love conquers all. Love is the most powerful force on Earth. You can’t go wrong if you put love in."

Previously paying tribute to Russell on Instagram, Ciara said of her man: "I love you so much … You inspire me … I am grateful for the man that you are to our house, the father that you are to our kids, the lover that you are. You inspire me to be better. You make me a better woman. I am a better woman because of you. You make me want to figure out ways to love in a way that I never knew I could but I sure want to try hard as heck to make you happy because you make me feel so good … You are the best to me."

Ciara thinks love is the "most powerful force on Earth".

The 32-year-old singer – who has son Future Zahir, three, with her ex-partner Future, and ten-month-old daughter Sienna with husband Russell Wilson – has revealed that regardless of the stresses and strains she faces in life, she believes that love can help her to overcome any problems.

She shared: "Love conquers all. Love is the most powerful force on Earth. You can’t go wrong if you put love in."

Ciara and Future were engaged in October 2013, but the celebrity couple called off their engagement amid acrimonious circumstances in August 2014.

The ‘Goodies’ hitmaker has subsequently found love again with the American football star, and Ciara has revealed that the pair own matching dog tags, which represent their roles as parents.

"I have one too, and it has the kids’ birth dates, and it’s very special to me as a mom."

In November last year, Ciara took to Instagram to share a sweet video message in honour of her husband’s 29th birthday, revealing she feels inspired by him.

In the clip, she explained: "I love you so much. I am so excited for this special day for you. It is your birthday, but I also hope you feel like every day is your birthday or at least it is my goal to love you that way. May this year be everything you hope for and more – everything that you work hard for and more, you work hard. And you inspire me.

"I am grateful for the man that you are to our house, the father that you are to our kids, the lover that you are. You inspire me to be better. You make me a better woman. I am a better woman because of you.

"You make me want to figure out ways to love in a way that I never knew I could but I sure want to try hard as heck to make you happy because you make me feel so good. I hope you feel all the love you make me feel on this special day. I love you."

Future gifted ‘$500k of bling for birthday’

Future was given $500,000 worth of bling for his birthday.

The rapper turned 34 on Monday (20.11.17) and celebrated the milestone last weekend at bar-and-restaurant The Forge in Miami, and his pal The Weeknd is said to have gifted him a Low Life pendant.

According to gossip website TMZ, the ‘Where Ya At’ hitmaker also received diamond-encrusted dog tags from his manager Ebonie Ward, and a Pluto pendant from Elliot Avianne of Avianne Jewelry in New York City, where all of his latest jewels were said to have been commissioned.

Young Scooter is said to have given his rapper pal a BMFBG piece, and the total value of the haul, including two rings gifted to him by members of his family, is reported to be around half a million dollars.

Earlier this week, Future’s former partner Ciara – who he has three-year-old son Future Zahir with – and her husband Russell Wilson visited Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The Seattle Seahawks quarterback and his wife headed to the medical facility to visit two fans, Isaac and Logan, who were due to spend Thanksgiving (23.11.17) in hospital.

The couple sang a "transplant song" to Isaac, to the tune of ‘Happy Birthday To You’.

She wrote on Instagram: "BIG DAY! HAPPY TRANSPLANT DAY ISAAC!!! Praying For You Angel @DangeRussWilson @SeattleChildrens (sic)"

Future and Ciara previously got engaged in October 2013 but called it off in August 2014, three months after their son was born.

Ciara and Russell – who have a six-month-old daughter Sienna – tied the knot in July 2016 in Cheshire, England, just four months after he popped the question.

Ciara and Russell Wilson visit children’s hospital

Ciara and her husband Russell Wilson have paid a visit to a children’s hospital.

The 32-year-old singer and her American football star beau – who have six-month-old daughter Sienna together – took a trip to Seattle Children’s Hospital this week to visit two special fans named Isaac and Logan, who will be spending the American holiday Thanksgiving (23.11.17) in hospital.

Ciara and the Seattle Seahawks quarterback even sang a special "transplant song" to Isaac, to the tune of ‘Happy Birthday To You’.

Uploading a video of the adorable song – which was sung by the couple as well as the nursing staff at the facility – to her Instagram account on Wednesday (22.11.17), Ciara wrote: "BIG DAY! HAPPY TRANSPLANT DAY ISAAC!!! Praying For You Angel @DangeRussWilson @SeattleChildrens (sic)"

Russell, 28, also shared a selection of snaps of himself and Ciara – who also has three-year-old son Future Zahir with former partner and rapper Future – alongside the young tot and his mother.

The pictures were captioned: "Transplant Day. Praying for you Isaac!!! @SeattleChildrens @Ciara @WhyNotYouFdn (sic)"

The sports star also gave a shoutout to second patient Logan, as he shared a picture of himself, Ciara, Logan, and his father.

It was captioned: "Logan is one awesome kid!!! @SeattleChildrens @Ciara @WhyNotYouFdn (sic)"

It isn’t the first time the pair have visited Seattle Children’s Hospital either, as last November, the ‘I Bet’ singer burst into tears when she met a 20-month-old patient who was said to not have much longer to live.

She said at the time: "Pretty tough for me being a mom, because I didn’t even know what to expect when I walked in there and angel baby. We both said prayer. I said a prayer for him and we did handprints and stuff, that was really sweet. So really, really tough time, very special time."

Ciara’s anniversary message in the sky

Ciara surprised her husband with a sweet message in the sky to mark their first anniversary.

The ‘Dance Like We’re Makin’ Love’ hitmaker is currently on holiday with her husband Russell Wilson and kids Future Jr., three, and Sienna, two months, and wanted to mark the couple’s first year of wedded bliss with something neither of them would ever forget.

Uploading videos and pictures of the couple and the kids watching the banner cross the sky, she wrote on Instagram: "Happy 1 Year Anniversary @DangeRussWilson! 1 Year Down… #ForeverTogether …

""HAPPY 1 YEAR BABY! YAY! I [love] U!" … I’m Grateful to God for the Love he has given me, by putting you in my life. I have all that I need. Truly 1 of the Best years of my life. (sic)"

Meanwhile, the 31-year-old singer previously revealed she is very "blessed" to have a family.

"My husband is pretty awesome … You see Russell playing on the field; he’s that same person at home. I think even cooler! He’s an awesome support system to me and best friend so that makes a world of difference."

Ciara agrees joint custody of son

Ciara and her ex-fiancé Future have agreed joint custody of their son.

The ‘I Bet’ hitmaker – who was left heartbroken in 2015 when she called off her one-year engagement with the rapper just weeks after the birth of their child – has been locked in a bitter legal battle with the hunk for almost two years but has now decided to bury the hatchet by accepting equal ownership of two-year-old Future Jr., according to TMZ.

Despite the former couple’s decision, the 31-year-old singer will spend the majority of the time with the youngster due to the ‘I Won’ hitmaker’s busy tour schedule.

The singer decided to put an end to the on-going court battle because she wants to get on with her life now that she’s expecting a baby with her husband Russell Wilson.

The case conclusion comes weeks after the brunette beauty decided to drop her $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future after he went on a number of foul-mouthed rants about her online and took a swipe at her and her new spouse in interviews.

Future – whose real name is Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn – previously lashed out at his former flame on social media by claiming she had denied him access to their son.

He wrote: "This bitch got control problems… I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture…the f**kery for 15k a month. (sic)."

However, Ciara was said to believe Future – who has four children with four different women – took aim at her in order to get publicity and was just annoyed that she has moved on with Russell, who she married last year in a romantic ceremony in the UK.

Now that her legal woes are behind her, Ciara can now focus on her relationship with the 28-year-old soccer player and look forward to their new addition later this year.

Russell Wilson designs Nike trainers for unborn baby

Ciara’s unborn baby has new Nike trainers designed by soon-to-be daddy Russell Wilson.

The 31-year-old singer – who already has son Future, two, with ex-fiance Future – shared a cute picture of the tiny custom sneakers made by her NFL player husband on Instagram.

Alongside the photo, she wrote: "What In The Cuteness Are These?!?!…. Our New Little Ones 1st Pair Of Shoes Designed By Their Daddy (sic)"

The army patterned shoes have the words "DANGEROUS WILSON" written across the velcro flap.

Meanwhile, the ‘Goodies’ hitmaker – and Russell, 28, recently revealed they know whether they’re expecting a boy or a girl and have even decided on a name, but she doesn’t want to tell anyone.

She said: "I do know [if it’s a boy or a girl]. I’m not telling, not yet, but I’m very excited."

Asked if they’ve chosen a name, she added: "We’ve already done that actually."

And the couple aren’t the only ones excited about the new addition to their family as little Future "can’t wait" to be a big brother.

Ciara said: "He rubs my belly and he says, ‘Hi baby. I love you, baby,’ … and then he puts my shirt down and says, ‘Bye, bye baby.’ So, that’s his own thing.

"He sees a baby walking, smaller than him and walking — it doesn’t matter, it’s a baby. So, he goes, ‘baby’ and he looks at me and he goes, ‘Mama, baby’ – and he tries to pull my sweatshirt up."

After struggling with feeling nauseous in the first few months of her pregnancy, Ciara is thankful to be feeling "really good" now.

Debuting her bump for the first time at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles last month, she said: "I’m feeling really good, the first few months were a bit tough for me.

"Well, not tough, but a bit more like, I didn’t throw up last time and this time I haven’t thrown up but I’ve had that in between feeling where I don’t wanna throw up, I can’t throw up but I’m not normal and that’s even more torture.

"I’m like can we find the rhythm here? What do I eat, what do I drink?

"I’m now in that place where I’m not feeling that feeling and I’m not that tired so it’s good."
