Courteney Cox sparks engagement rumors

Courteney Cox has sparked rumors she is engaged to Johnny McDaid.

The former ‘Friends’ actress, who started dating the Snow Patrol frontman in September, was spotted wearing a huge diamond ring on her engagement finger as she strolled through Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) with the rocker on Sunday (04.20.14).

A source told Us Weekly magazine that their wedding will be ”sooner than later” and ”they are talking about having a child together.”

The 37-year-old Northern Irish singer’s close friend Ed Sheeran recently predicted that the couple, who moved in together last month in LA, would tie the knot in the future.

He said: ”I wouldn’t be surprised, but it’s still early days.

”They certainly enjoy each other’s company and feel very comfortable with each other.”

The 23-year-old British singer later said: ”I’m not sure that it’s public knowledge, so maybe I shouldn’t have said anything – but, yes, they’re already living together. Things are moving fast. He moved in and, judging by the last time I saw them, they couldn’t be happier.”

Courteney, 49, was previously married to David Arquette with whom she has a nine-year-old daughter, Coco, and her ex-husband has given her relationship with Johnny his seal of approval.

An insider said: ”What has really impressed Courteney is how good Johnny is with Coco.

”She didn’t let any other men near her daughter but he’s always out in their grounds playing sport with Coco and bonding with her.

”Also, David approves of him – they’ve met a few times and are even planning a dinner with David and his partner Christina. They’re all comfortable around each other. Johnny doesn’t feel at all awkward about it.”

Ozzy doesn’t rule out a Black Sabbath reunion

With his army of hardcore fans, Ozzy Osbourne could spend the rest of his career on auto-pilot. But the Prince of Darkness has no intention of fading into the night.

On the eve of the release of his 10th studio album, Scream, Ozzy gave an interview to Rolling Stone magazine. He did not rule out a Black Sabbath reunion. He said, "I love those guys — [drummer] Bill [Ward], [guitarist] Tony [Iommi] and [bassist] Geezer [Butler]. I never say never anymore because you never know what’s going to come around."

However, before such a meeting could take place with the group he helped make famous, Ozzy Osbourne will embark on a monster 18-month tour to promote his upcoming album.

Claiming to want to surprise his fans and have fun at the same time, Osbourne said: "I have such a body of work to pick from now I want to try some different songs other than Iron Man and War Pigs. I’ll always have to do Paranoid because that’s my anthem. I wouldn’t mind doing Fairies Wear Boots or something different just to see how it goes."

Scream by Ozzy Osbourne arrives in stores on June 22. The legendary musician will kick off his world tour with some shows in England, Italy and Finland the following week.

The scream heard around the world

Legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne is one of the most popular figures in the world of heavy metal. An announcement posted on his website last Wednesday (April 14) informed fans: "OZZY OSBOURNE will release SCREAM — his first album in almost three years and 10th studio album overall — June 15 via Epic Records."

The site also mentions Ozzy will hit the road for an 18-month long world tour of several countries. There’s also an announcement coming this week about Ozzfest, his annual summer music festival.

Scream is the 11th album of the rocker’s solo career since he left Black Sabbath. Ozzy was originally going to name the new album Soul Sucka. Fans quickly expressed their disapproval so he went back to the drawing board and chose another title.

Fans can listen to a first excerpt of the song Let Me Hear You Scream on the AOL music website.

Other songs on the new album include Diggin’ Me Down, Let It Die, Soul Sucka, Fearless, I Want It All, Time, Crucify and I Love You All.

Ozzy Osbourne’s last album, Black Rain, was released in 2007.

Neve Campbell Returns in Scream 4

Variety reports that the actress has penned a deal to star in the fourth instalment of Scream.

While Courteney Cox and David Arquette have already agreed to resume their respective roles, producers are trying to convince Wes Craven, who directed the first three films, to get back on board for the first film of the new trilogy.

Scream 4 will be filmed in 3D, and production is set to begin in April or May 2010.

The first three films earned over 300 million dollars at the American box office.

Neve Campbell has kept a low profile in regards to film. She was featured in the television series The Philanthropist, and the last film she starred in was the romantic drama in 2007, called Closing the Ring, with Shirley MacLaine.
