Shopper’s Drug Mart Bonus Redemption event is on in-store and online until February 8th.

During the event, you can get up to $65 off when you redeem 50,000 PC Optimum points. You can get up to $140 off when you redeem 100,000 PC optimum points and $300 off when you redeem 200,000 optimum points. That’s anywhere from an extra $15 to $100 off, depending on how much you redeem.

Horizon PS5 bundle in stock at Shoppers

While PlayStation 5 stock is more evenly available across retailers nowadays, the price disparity among stores is drastic.

The Source is out of stock, and the same goes for Best Buy. Walmart has the disk console listed for $965, while Amazon has it listed for $959.

Shoppers Drug Mart, on the other hand, has the PS5 Horizon Forbidden West bundle with an extra Dualsense White Controller available for $809.98.

Shoppers is offering free shipping, alongside 12,135 PC Optimum points, for the order. There’s also a limit of one console per household.

Get $300 for 200k points during Shoppers Drug Mart bonus points event

Shoppers Drug Mart is back with another ‘Bonus Redemption Event‘ until March 2nd.

The event effectively offers bonus points when you redeem certain amounts of PC Optimum points on purchases, resulting in an extra discount. The three tiers of bonus points are as follows:

  • Redeem 50,000 points for up to $65 off (normally $50 off)
  • Redeem 100,000 points for up to $140 off (normally $100 off)
  • Redeem 200,000 points for up to $300 off (normally $200 off)

Ultimately, that means you get more if you redeem more points. Plus, it’s worth noting that Shoppers sells various electronics — for example, you could redeem 200,000 points to get $300 off a Nintendo Switch, meaning you just pay $79.99 for the console.

Shoppers’ redemption event runs from February 25th to March 2nd, so if you’re looking to make any big purchases and have a ton of points saved up, now might be the time to use them.

However, there are a few caveats to keep in mind, as highlighted by the deal experts over at RedFlagDeals. First, customers pay taxes on the entire amount of the purchase. Second, customers can’t redeem the points for gift cards. Third, customers can’t use multiple bonus redemptions in one transaction. Finally, customers can’t earn points on the redeemed amount, but can still earn points on the amount leftover.

Those are all good things to keep in mind for anyone planning to take advantage of the bonus redemption event.

Purchase a $100 Apple Gift Card, get $15 back in PC Optimum points

No Frills will go live with its new Apple Gift Card promotion starting tomorrow, January 27th, as first spotted by iPhone in Canada.

According to its weekly flyer for January 27th – February 2nd, you can get 15,000 PC Optimum points for every $100 spent on an Apple Gift Card. 15,000 PC points equals $15, so essentially, you’re getting a $100 Apple Gift Card for $75.

The same promotion is also applicable for PlayStation Store, Google Play, Uber Eats, DoorDash and The Keg gift cards with a $500 limit for Apple and Google Play gift cards.

The offer is available in-store only and can not be combined with a different gift card promotion.

You can now find Shoppers Drug Mart vending machines at select Go stations in Ontario

Metrolinx is bringing Shoppers Drug Mart vending machines to select Go Stations across Ontario.

Go customers can buy allergy relief products, lip balms, beauty items, toiletries, seasonal items and more at these new Shopper Drug Mart vending machines.

So far, these vending machines are located on the second floor of the Union Station Bus terminal, the Burlington Go Station and the Oshawa GO Station.

Metrolinx says that the vending machines offer the same prices you’d typically find at your local Shoppers Drug Mart stores.

Shoppers Drug Mart offering up to 30,000 points on $100+ purchases

Shoppers Drug Mart is back again with another PC Optimum points bonus deal. These deals go live starting January 14th and run until January 20th.

From January 14th until January 16th, when you spend $60 on “almost anything in-store” you’ll get 20,000 points. Also, between those dates, when you spend $100 or more on cosmetics, haircare, skincare or fragrance products online, you get 25,000 points. However, these two promotions can’t be combined.

But you might want to hold off on buying cosmetics. From January 17th to the 20th, when you spend $100 or more on cosmetics, skincare or fragrances, in-store, you get 30,000 points. Further, seniors can get 20 percent off regular price items when showing their PC Optimum card on January 20th.

Shoppers Drug Mart says it’s running a two-day sale from January 15th to the 16th on snacks, groceries, household essentials, health care and personal care, beauty.
