Did Cher organize the kidnapping of her own son?

Did singer Cher organize the kidnapping of her 47-year-old son, Elijah Blue Allman, while he was with his wife, Marie Angela King, in a New York hotel on the evening of their wedding anniversary?

Whew!

That’s the story reported by Variety, a case alleged by Marie Angela King herself and revealed via documents obtained on the heels of her divorce from Cher’s son, at the center of this kidnapping story.

According to Variety, the couple had marital problems and spent several days in a New York hotel in 2021, working on their relationship. According to King’s testimony, which can be read in the legal documents, the stay was abruptly interrupted by four men who forced Cher’s son out of the hotel room, while one of them claimed they were acting under instructions from… Cher herself!

King even claims she hasn’t seen the man she married in 2013 since the events:

“I am currently unaware of my husband’s wellbeing or whereabouts.”

“I am very concerned and worried about him,” King continued in her statement.

Also according to Variety, Allman, who has been battling a drug addiction for many years, was allegedly taken to a forcible treatment center under the direction of his mother, something King seems to corroborate in the documents in question:

“Since August 2022, I have been told that I am not allowed to see or speak to [Allman] who is currently in lockdown at a treatment facility that is undisclosed to me. I am also told [Allman] has no access to his phone.”

Few details of the divorce resolution are available at the time of writing, and the singer has yet to comment on the allegations made by her son’s wife.

Colin Farrell ‘cautious’ about dating

Colin Farrell is ”very cautious” about dating anyone.

The ‘True Detective’ actor – who has sons James, 11, and Henry, five, from past relationships – is ”reluctant” to enter a new romance because of the scrutiny he attracts and finds life ”easier” when he is single.

He said: ”I’m very cautious about entering into relationships.

”I’ve basically been single for five years and, even though I love women, it’s difficult to get involved and put someone in the spotlight because of my being a celebrity.

”You’re reluctant to expose someone to that unless you’re so much in love that you’re both willing to put up with the attention that’s going to follow you around. Being single is so much easier!”

Colin was previously renowned for his wild partying, and though he admits he had an ”amazing” time, he was also leading an ”empty” life.

He told the UK edition of OK! magazine: ”I arrived in Los Angeles from Dublin and it was a culture shock.

”I was working non-stop and partying non-stop and I didn’t have time to even think about what I was doing with my life.

”I was caught up in this whirlwind and I had the most amazing time of my life. But it was also the kind of life that leaves you empty a lot of the time.”

Sofia Vergara having a ‘great’ time with Joe Manganiello

Sofia Vergara is ”having a great time” with Joe Manganiello.

The ‘Modern Family’ actress – who split from fiance Nick Loeb in May – has been romancing the 37-year-old hunk since the beginning of July but admits she doesn’t know what the future holds for them.

She said: ”You know, I’m just having a great time. It’s a special time in my life, and I’m trying not to think too much about it. It’s something very new, so we will see what happen.”

The 42-year-old beauty – who has 22-year-old son Manolo from her marriage to Joe Gonzalez – admitted the ‘True Blood’ star has already proved to be a hit with her family.

Asked if her mother approved of her new romance when she introduced them in Miami recently, she told ‘Extra’: ”What is there not to approve of?”

Sofia is currently shooting the new season of ‘Modern Family’ and admitted she campaigns every year for a storyline that would take her back to her home country.

She said: ”We have only shot the first episode last week, so we don’t really know what’s going to happen, but I am always trying to put pressure and hope that before the whole show ends, we can go one time to Colombia so we can meet Gloria’s family.”

Joe Manganiello is ‘like a unicorn’

Joe Manganiello is ”like a unicorn in the world of actors”.

The 37-year-old actor insists that, unlike many other famous faces in Hollywood, he has honed his enviable physique through sheer hard work.

He told Men’s Health magazine: ”A lot of the actors who are on the cover of lifestyle magazines look like they’ve had their waistline airbrushed or they’re wearing winter clothes or whatever.

”I see them and think, ‘That guy doesn’t work out, I know that guy and he smokes two packs of cigarettes a day and is a complete drunk on the weekends. Now he’s putting out an illusion on the cover of a glossy magazine.’ ”

Joe, who plays Alcide in ‘True Blood’, added: ”It’s absurd to me. I’m athletic and I’m healthy. I’m like a unicorn in the world of actors.”

The hunky star – who is rumored to be dating ‘Modern Family’ actress Sofia Vergara – explained that one of his biggest motivations to work out was having to spend much of stripper movie ‘Magic Mike’ without a shirt.

He said: ”When you’re shirtless every day there’s no let up. So we spent a fortnight doing thousands of push-ups, thousands of curls, thousands of lat raises.”
