David Beckham’s daughter designs his tattoo

David Beckham’s new tattoo was designed by his daughter.

The former soccer star took to Instagram to reveal the new inking, a sketch of a girl drawn by his four-year-old daughter Harper, which he has had etched on his palm.

Captioning the photo, he wrote: ”Apparently Harper is allowed to scribble on daddy (sic)”

Whilst wife Victoria Beckham wrote alongside a similar image: ”Harper is a true little artist x x vb (sic)”

The 40-year-old star also debuted another new inking on his left ribcage of a scrawled message, ‘We love you Daddy’, which appears to have been based on the handwriting of one of his sons, Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 10.

Captioning a photograph of the tattoo, he wrote: ”The boys expressing how they feel about daddy (sic)”

Meanwhile, David recently showed off a rose tattoo on his neck near his ‘Pretty Lady’ inking, a tribute to Harper.

Writing at the time, he shared: ”Hey Pretty Lady …. Just adding to the collection of tattoos that mean so much to me… Thanks Mark as always looks amazing … @shamrocksocialclub (sic)”

David is a huge fan of tattoos, with each having a strong meaning for him. He recently got the number 99 inked on himself to note the year he married the 41-year-old fashion designer as well as celebrate his soccer achievements during that season.

Brooklyn Beckham told ‘go home’

Brooklyn Beckham was ”gutted” to be refused entry to a star-studded party on Tuesday night (22.09.15).

The 16-year-old model was invited to the London Fashion Week bash at Drama nightclub in Mayfair – where Lindsay Lohan and Little Mix were enjoying cocktails – but was turned away by security for being under 18.

A source said: ”Brooklyn was gutted. He was invited to the party and his friend Tallia Storm, who is also 16, was already inside.”

Inside the newly opened club, Scottish R ‘n’ B singer Talia would have been sipping champagne served in neon supermarket trolleys by staff wearing fetish clothing – including PVC bow ties and flashing lights.

But the well mannered eldest child of David and Victoria Beckham showed just how mature he really is by not kicking off and leaving the premises calmly.

The insider told The Sun newspaper: ”It was a shame and he was pretty embarrassed but he was polite and didn’t cause a fuss.”

Meanwhile, fashion designer Victoria was spotted hobbling out of own afterparty at her London boutique, supported by her retired soccer star husband.

Victoria Beckham tells Spice Girls to do reunion without her

Victoria Beckham has told Geri Horner she won’t be part of the Spice Girls reunion next year but has given the band her blessing to go ahead without her.

The 41-year-old designer had a ”secret” meeting with her former bandmate to inform her she won’t be joining her, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Mel B in 2016 to mark 20 years since their debut single ‘Wannabe’ and first album ‘Spice’.

A source said: ”Victoria met Geri recently to have an afternoon together reminiscing about old times.

”Geri filled Victoria in on the plans for the reunion next year and while Victoria made it clear she couldn’t make it, she said she was more than happy for the other girls to go ahead. It’s wrong to suggest she would try to stop them doing it if the other girls wanted to.”

However, the brunette beauty – who was known as Posh Spice when in the band – may not be able to commit to the reunion due to her busy schedule but is adamant she’ll support her former bandmates every step of the way.

The insider explained to The Sun newspaper: ”Victoria also told Geri she would be at one of the shows, or maybe more, cheering from the front row.”

Meanwhile, Geri – who was known by her nickname Ginger – confirmed last week the Spice Girls have had ”talks” about honouring the landmark date but insisted she would have to remain tight-lipped on the finer details – for now.

She said: ”It almost feels you know that it (the Spice Girls) belongs to everyone, like a generation. So I think it’s [a reunion is] one of those things that’s been discussed, but until it’s concrete I wouldn’t announce it.”

The Spice Girls – which sold more than 85 million records – last performed together at the 2012 London Olympics.

Geri Horner: Spice Girls have had anniversary talks

Geri Horner has confirmed the Spice Girls have had ”talks” about marking the 20th anniversary of their debut single ‘Wannabe’ and first album ‘Spice’.

The 43-year-old singer and her former bandmates, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Mel B, have started making plans to do something next year to honor the landmark date but she can’t reveal what that might be – yet.

Speaking on ‘This Morning’, Geri – who was better known as Ginger Spice when in the band – said: ”I think it’s really faltering that people are still supportive of the Spice Girls individually and collectively, that’s beautiful, it’s really nice. It almost feels you know that it (the Spice Girls) belongs to everyone, like a generation. So I think it’s one of those things that’s been discussed, but until it’s concrete I wouldn’t announce it.”

When pushed by hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby to give more details on the potential reunion of the Spice Girls – who last performed together at the 2012 London Olympics – she added: ”I think it would be nice to celebrate it in some way. I can say that there’s been talks! I think that’s fair and honest.”

Before the Spice Girls do potentially reform for a project in 2016, Geri is releasing a new solo album this year – her first since 2005’s ‘Passion’.

The reason for the 10-year wait between LPs is that Geri wanted to take some time away from the music business to concentrate on raising her daughter Bluebell, who is now nine.

She said: ”I wanted to be a mum first and foremost, that’s more important I think. But then I thought maybe I could write songs that we can all relate to, I love the creative process, but it’s just taken me ages to go through that transition of being that pop star that wears hot pants to grow up a little bit and find that material that really reflects who I am, so I’ve been working on it for ages.

Geri – who is married to Christian Horner, the Team Principal of the Infiniti Red Bull Racing Formula One team – has promised the album will have ”great songs and lyrics” and a classic pop sound.

Victoria Beckham has ruled out having another child.

The 41-year-old fashion designer has sons Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, and Cruz, 10, as well as three-year-old daughter Harper with her husband, David Beckham, but insists the couple won’t be adding to their brood.

When asked if she would have another child, she said: ”No. I’ve got four! I feel like I’ve done my bit.”

The former Spice Girls star gave birth to Harper in 2011, and revealed it was a ”lovely surprise” when she discovered she was expecting a girl, especially as she had previously been told she would be having a fourth son.

She explained: ”I was told when I had my scan that I was having another boy at first.

”I felt so lucky to be pregnant, so whether Harper was going to be a boy or a girl I felt very blessed.”

However, Victoria joked her daughter is a ”tomboy” because she is a fan of football, just like her father.

She quipped: ”Harper loves football. It’s like a dagger going into my heart! As much as she is girly, she’s a tomboy as well.”

And although the couple are multi-millionaires, Victoria claims she keeps the kids grounded and insists they aren’t ”spoiled”.

Speaking to Fern Mallis at New York City’s 92nd St. Y event, she said: ”None of the kids have ever been spoiled other than the way that we love them. They’re really happy kids. There’s always laughter in the house.”

Victoria Beckham named most successful

Victoria Beckham has been named Britain’s most successful entrepreneur.

The 40-year-old singer-turned-fashion designer has topped a list of over 100 business people after seeing her fashion empire’s turnover rise from £1 million to a staggering £30 million in just five years, with her staff growing from three employees to 100.

Andrew Saunders of Management Today magazine, who compiled the list based on the last five years, told The Daily Telegraph newspaper: ”She’s got a real business, some design talent and some business nous. She gets a lot of stick for being a celeb fashionista but I don’t think that’s fair.

”She has built something real out of her own celebrity which is quite a contemporary story. She deserves to be celebrated.”

Victoria – who has children Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and Harper, three, with husband David Beckham – launched her eponymous label in 2008 and opened her first stand-alone boutique in London last month.

According to Management Today, she now has a personal fortune of a staggering £210 million, which also helped push her towards the top spot.

The magazine considered factors such as number of jobs created, overall estimated wealth and sales figures over a five-year period in compiling the list.

Amit & Meeta Patel, founders of pharmaceutical group Auden Mckenzie, and Mahmud Kamani of Boohoo.com took second and third place in the list.

Victoria Beckham to unveil e-commerce site

Victoria Beckham is launching her debut e-commerce site today (26.03.13).

The designer had a "hands on" approach in creating her revamped website victoriabeckham.com, which will stock her ready-to-wear collection, contemporary Victoria by Victoria Beckham line, accessories, eyewear and denim for the first time.

The site will also sell an exclusive array of reissued dresses from previous seasons, The Victoria Beckham Icon collection, with a new selection becoming available every few months.

Victoria explained to WWD: "They don’t seem to date, and the customer feels good in them. Once it’s sold out, that’s it. There will be no more. I limit my production.

"It’s not about making and selling as many dresses as I can. I’ve never done that. I want to limit it so the customer feels special. It won’t go to any other retailer. It’s really exclusively for me."

Since 20 percent of her fashion empire’s revenue currently comes via other retailers’ websites, the former Spice Girl felt it was important to create a "modern, clean and easy" site of her own.

The stylish mother-of-four – who shot some of the online images and helped design the sales packaging – added: "There’s a cool, edgy rawness to it – and that’s very much how I wanted it to look. With regards to the imagery, I haven’t done anything too complicated. I’ve kept it real. It’s very relatable.

"I didn’t want the images to be super glossy and retouched – I find that quite an old-fashioned approach. It’s very honest. That’s why people respond to the brand in the way that they do."

Victoria Beckham’s collection for ‘engaged intellectuals’

Victoria Beckham’s new fashion range is for "engaged intellectual" women.

The fashion designer unveiled the fallwinter collection 2013/14 for her Victoria, Victoria Beckham line at New York Fashion Week yesterday (02.12.13), and explained that her latest designs are for independent and sophisticated women.

She wrote in the show notes: "I feel like the Victoria, Victoria Beckham girl this season is an engaged intellectual with a sense of humor.

"She can wear anything with aplomb yet she chooses the simplicity of a dress. She marches rather than walks, she drinks espresso and she devours books and art and film. And she is subversively sexy without trying."

Victoria – who was joined by her and husband David Beckham’s 19-month-old daughter Harper at the fashion show – added her latest pieces represented clothes she’d want to wear herself.

The new collection features dark-colored apparel with bold masculine tailoring, but features flirty hemlines and polka dots for a more feminine look.

The 38-year-old star – who also has three sons, Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 10, and seven-year-old Cruz, with David – unveiled her latest line at the New York Public Library.

Victoria Beckham launching e-commerce

Victoria Beckham is to launch e-commerce.

The fashion designer is gearing up to unveil a digital overhaul of her site, victoriabeckham.com, early next year, which will include e-commerce for her accessories, eyewear, denim and Victoria, Victoria Beckham line.

The new site, created by King & Partners, will be powered by the agency’s proprietary Sellect e-commerce platform and house branded content that users can share via social media.

Victoria Beckham chief executive officer Zach Duane told WWD: "For us, this is the first step toward creating our own store environment. There are obviously already some fantastic digital stores in place so the bar to entry is very high. But we feel that we’ve learned a lot from the market and that we are bringing our take on what we believe is ultimately all about customer experience."

Victoria has also asked collaborative partners Jonny Lu and Isaac Lock for their art direction on the site.

It has been a very busy week for the Beckham family in the fashion world as yesterday (17.12.12), it was revealed Victoria’s 10-year-old son, Romeo, had become the new face of the Burberry.

The little lad stars in the new campaign for the British brand and impressed the label’s creative director Christopher Bailey with his talents.

Victoria also has sons Brooklyn, 13, and seven-year-old Cruz with soccer star husband David as well as 17-month-old Harper.
