Take a Walk to Battle Your Craving

According to a recent study, a good 15-minute walk can help ease cravings for chocolate.

According to researchers at Exeter University, a brisk 15-minute walk can considerably calm your chocolate craving.

A group of participants was divided in two, and the first group went for a walk, while group two took a nap.  Researchers noted that the group that was active had a significantly decreased need for chocolate, while the nappers were still craving the sweet.

It was also recently discovered that physical exercise can help people who are addicted to nicotine and certain drugs.
