Take That announce new music and tour

British pop group have a new mini-album coming out in June.

British pop group Take That will release a new mini-album of eight songs next month, reports NME.

The new mini-album will be part of a two-disc set titled Progressed, that includes their 2010 two-times platinum album, Progress.

Progress debuted at number one in the U.K. when it was released last November. A commercial success throughout Europe, it has so far sold over two million copies in the U.K. alone.

The eight new tracks promise to feature more vocals from band member Gary Barlow, who took the lead for only a single track on the original Progress album.

The album will also include the band’s newest single, Love Love Love, from the X-Men: First Class soundtrack.

The Progressed two-disc set is expected to hit shelves on June 13, two weeks after the band kicks off their massive European tour in Sunderland, U.K. on May 27. They will play a number of shows in Britain – including one at the world-famous Wembley Stadium in London – before heading to mainland Europe in July.
