A new ad was unveiled for Material Girl, the clothing brand created by Madonna and her daughter, Lourdes, Coco Perez reports. The ad will appear in magazines later this month.
This ad features none other than actress Taylor Momsen from the popular series Gossip Girl.
Madonna and her 13-year old daughter introduced some of the sketches in this collection in June. The 2010 Fall season collection will be launched on August 3.
Material Girl has a nice mix of dresses, cute accessories, cigarette-cut jeans and jackets.
These clothes for teens created by Lourdes and Madonna will be available exclusively at Macy’s and online at macys.com.
The Material Girl collection is produced by Madonna’s brand, MG Icon, which she launched in collaboration with Iconix Brand Group. The group owns brands like Candie’s and Badgley Mischka.
Madonna plans to add cosmetics and fragrances to her junior collection in 2011. The singer’s new fashion empire will be expanding hand over foot in the next few years.
