The Beckhams Take Home Security Seriously
The Beckhams have converted their Hertfordshire manor into a fortress. Their property in England is now decked out with surveillance cameras, barbed wire, guard dogs, and 24-hour security guards made up of ex-members of British Special Air Service. The couple has also taken inventory of their possessions and have locked up their valuables.
Employees are also being affected by these changes. "Even if you’re only going there for a few hours, you still have to sign in and out of every room. The cameras watch you from the minute you go in – it’s like a military base," said a Beckham staff member.
Extreme measures are being taken after last year’s incident, when the couple saw their personal items posted for sale on eBay. Their employees were accused but then charges were dropped.
