The Benefits of Chocolate For Stress

The list of benefits associated with dark chocolate keeps growing.

There is less and less reason to feel guilty about eating chocolate.  Instead, it contains flavonoids and antioxidants beneficial for our body.

According to the website of the Journal of Proteome Research, eating 40 grams of dark chocolate daily for two weeks decreases stress.  A little guilty indulgence, at this dose, corrects the biochemical imbalance in question.

Previous studies showed that the antioxidants in dark chocolate reduced the risk of heart disease.  In addition, eating chocolate after a stroke also reduces the risk of death.  Chocolate is also good for the heart the way a glass of red wine is.

We also know that dark chocolate stimulates the brain, thus improving school results for young people, and it has effects that protect against aging. Of course, like any good thing, you must use moderation.
