The Dead Weather will broadcast a show live on MySpace

Fans can watch a concert by Jack White’s group live online.

U2 started the trend six months ago with a concert in Pasadena, California. Now other artists are jumping on the bandwagon and reaching out to fans live during shows.

Bon Jovi broadcast a few songs from the band’s concert in Dallas on Sunday, April 11. This time The Dead Weather are going live. This is one of three groups put together by Jack White, founder of the White Stripes.

The group’s first album, Horsebound, was extremely well received by fans and critics alike. May 3 is the day The Dead Weather will broadcast a concert live on MySpace. The concert will take place in the Third Man building. This is the record label started by Jack Black in Nashville and the site of the group’s first ever show.

The Dead Weather plan to play all of the tracks off their new album, Sea of Cowards, that arrives in stores on May 11.
