The Fray’s 2005 disc, How to Save a Life was a huge hit, and Billboard.com reported that this has put greater stress on the group to release a successful second album. It will be released this summer by Epic Records.
Producer Mike Flynn stated, "Everybody knows there’s expectations. They’re not just a band going in for the first time to make a record."
The producer also explained that he is pushing the group according to the expectations of their fans. Flynn spent time with the band in Denver where they pre-recorded six tracks that he described as "incredible".
