The Hurricanes trade Mikko Rantanen to the Stars

With the transaction deadline in the NHL coming up in a few hours, the big question was whether Mikko Rantanen was going to change addresses.

After all, the Hurricanes had acquired him a few weeks ago… but he didn’t seem open to signing a long-term deal.

And finally, tonight, we got our answer: Rantanen will have only passed through Raleigh. He was traded to the Stars.
