According to Canada’s ITV, Gregory Charles and Billy Talent received the most nominations. Billy Talent earned the right to compete in three categories, and have just released their latest album, Billy Talent II. The band is in the race for album of the year, group of the year, and rock album of the year.
Gregory Charles earned two nominations, for people’s choice and artist of the year. Diana Krall shares the nomination with Charles for the people’s choice award.
Eva Avila, the winner of Canadian Idol, was nominated for best new artist of the year.
The Juno Awards will take place on April 1.
