Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen sold their $5 million home in Bel-Air, and are moving to a Spanish style residence valued at $1.6 million in Larchmont, Los Angeles.
According to In Touch Weekly, Mary-Kate spotted this four bedroom house, one day while shopping in the area.
The twins are intending on spending more time in Los Angeles and sold their apartment in New York for a modest amount of $12 million.
