The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers are to headline Snowbombing 2014.
The ‘Firestarter’ hitmakers will take to the Forest Stage in Mayrhofen, Austria for the second time at the event – which takes place between 7 and 12 April – while the ‘Block Rockin’ Beats’ stars are ”very excited” about playing the festival for the first time.
Chemical Brothers said in a statement: ”We’re very excited to play such a unique festival, and a new one for us. We have been working on new material for a while now, so every DJ show gives us a chance to share music with people…let’s have a ball ”
Also announced to appear are Chase & Status, Rudimental – who played the festival last year – Groove Armada, Sub Focus, Breach and Nina Kraviz, as well as Four Tet, who will curate a special forest line up of Daphni, James Zabiela, Nathan Fake and Anthony Naples.
Tickets for Snowbombing start at £219 for accommodation and all the entertainment.
