The biggest source of the revenue was earned by the band’s A Bigger Bang world tour.
Country music is always popular in the United States, which is one reason why Tim McGraw and Faith Hill share second place on the list, with a combined income of $132 million for 2006. In third place is Rascal Flatts, with an income of $110.5.
