The Sequel to Fahrenheit 9/11

The controversial filmmaker Michael Moore has announced that he will be making a sequel of his documentary Fahrenheit 9/11.

Michael Moore announced Monday (May 13) that he will be shooting the next documentary sequel to Fahrenheit 9/11.  Paramount Vantage and Overture Films will produce the project. 

The sequel will start where the first one left off. As George W. Bush’s popularity is dcreasing, the war in Iraq continues, and the American economy weakens. 

The film is expected to be released next year, and may be presented at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival.

Fahrenheit 9/11 is the highest-earning documentary film of all times. It reported $119.1 million in the United States, and another $100 million internationally.
