Lavigne said, "Well, I’ve actually been approved by the government to play a show. I’ve already sold 10,000 tickets there, so I will be going to put on a concert for the fans."
Lavigne will still need to stay within the strict guidelines of the region, keeping her body covered from her chest to her knees, and not wearing any clothing with obscene images or references to drugs.
