Former manager for Britney Spears, Sam Lutfi, is suing the singer and her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, for defamation and breach of contract, reports People.
The suit filed yesterday (February 3) claims, "Jamie and Lynne launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life."
Despite the fact that Jamie and Lynne have reached their objectives, they still haven’t given up their anti-Lutfi campaign. The estranged manager admits that he had no other choice than to defend himself against their attacks and to initiate legal proceedings.
Last week, the singer’s father obtained a restraining order against Lutfi, accusing him of harassing the family.
