The Ting Tings have revealed that they accepted an offer to work with Dizzee Rascal, reports NME.com.
The rapper and the duo met at the Glastonbury Festival, where they came up with the idea for a collaboration. Ting Tings’ singer Katie White explained, "We saw Dizzee Rascal at Glastonbury and he told us that he was planning to do a cover of our song for Radio 1’s Live Lounge. He was like ‘You know, we should work together.’"
Speaking to the Daily Star, White added, "We would actually love to do that as he’s great. It would be good to do something new and just see what turns out. We make quite different music from each other but I think it would be interesting. I’ve got some ideas of what I’d like us to do but I don’t want to give them away."
