According to People magazine, the photographs taken showed the family spending last weekend, which was Father’s Day, in Miami. The couple took in an NBA basketball game, and also cruised on a rented yacht.
Friday evening, Spears’ husband, Kevin Federline, went out alone to a night club to promote his album, however, witnesses report that, "he was on his best behavior."
Federline, 28, was also celebrating a friend’s birthday that evening.
During a recent television inteview with Matt Lauer, Spears insisted that her marriage was not in trouble, saying of her husband,
"He cares so much, and his heart is awesome. He has a really big heart, and I love that."
