Rhys Ifans (Notting Hill), Brie Larson (The Babysitter) and Juno Temple (Atonement) will join Ben Stiller and Greta Gerwig in the dramatic comedy Greenberg.
The film was written and is being directed by Noah Baumbach (The Squid and the Whale), and filming is set to begin this month.
Stiller will play a New Yorker who goes to Los Angeles to housesit for his brother and meanwhile ponders his life. He ends up having a romance with his brother’s assistant (Gerwig).
Ifans will play Stiller’s best friend, who is going through a rough divorce. Larson will play a college girl who tries to tempt Stiller, and Temple will play her friend.
We can next see Rhys Ifans in The Informers on April 24 in select theatres. Meanwhile, Brie Larson is currently filming Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and Juno Temple will star in The Year One on June 19.
