According to the suit filed in court by Lonnie Jones, Randy Jones, and Silas Dukes, are suing Britney’s companies for proper compensation for the overtime hours that they worked. The men are asking for $25,000 in unpaid wages.
The bodyguards did say that they were paid normal wages, but their overtime hours were not compensated at an overtime rate. Then, on November 30, 2005, the three men were released from employment without receiving a final pay.
